The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to an electrical circuit Board with protruding contact pins, which together form a zone of contact in the connector pin type, such as plug or liner, or in the second connector socket type, such as sockets, providing the possibility of data transmission in the multi-connection by a counter-movement of the two mating connectors. While the pins are made and installed in such a way as to reduce crosstalk between the signals transmitted in the establishment of multi-pin connection.

The invention relates also to a multi-pin connector, comprising a housing and contact pins passing one end through the bottom of the housing for installation on an electrical circuit Board. While the pins are made and installed in such a way as to reduce crosstalk of signals transmitted through a multi-pin connector, and the body is made a hole for mating with mating multi-pin connector to establish electrical connection through the contact zone on the contact pins.

The level of technology

Circuit Board and multi-pin connectors of the type described about the commonly contain many protruding contact pins. The location of the contacts is of great importance from the point of view of crosstalk that can occur between the electrical signals transmitted through the pins. As an example, you can specify, for example, in the known solution, described in the application great Britain No. 2329530. It is also known the use, in one form or another, compensation specified crosstalk using various methods. However, the task of reducing crosstalk to the lowest possible level continues to be relevant.

The invention

Accordingly, the problem to which the present invention is directed, is to offer a solution to achieve a lower level of crosstalk than in known devices.

The solution to this problem is provided due to the fact that the contact pins are made protruding from the plane of the circuit Board, essentially transversely with respect thereto, in the direction of the contact zone. In this direction, which are the contact pins is determined by the appropriate direction for docking. Due to this arrangement the distance that electrical signals must pass on the contact pins, is the minimum possible. This distinguishes the solution according to the invention from the known solutions, in which the s contact pins made first protruding in the direction corresponding to the direction of movement at the dock, and then, after bending, are deployed in the opposite direction.

Furthermore, with respect to the multipole connector according to the invention, the achievement of minimum distances, which are signals, provided that the pins of the multi-connector is made protruding from the bottom of the housing for the contact zone in the direction of the holes drilled in the hull.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention the pins protrude from the surface of the circuit Board in two or more planes in the transverse direction relative to the specified surface from which the pins protrude in the direction of the contact zone. This ensures not only the minimization of the distance, patent signals, but the largest possible effective mutual distance between the individual contact pins, which also reduces crosstalk.

In a preferred embodiment, the multipole connector according to the invention, the housing may have a box shape. While the pins may protrude from either side of the hull, and any of the other sides of the case can be made the hole for mating with mating multi-pin connector.

Figure 2 is similar to figure 1, but done on a smaller scale corresponding to the scale of the image in figure 3-5.

Figure 3 shows the mounting plate of figure 2, installed in the holder, providing support for the contact pins.

Figure 4 shows the housing for the mounting plate of figure 2 and 3.

Figure 5 shows the case in figure 4 and the mounting plate according to figure 3 in the collection.

Figure 6 presents an embodiment multipole connector according to the invention.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention

Figure 1 presents a circuit Board 1 having 8 conclusions of which are visible only 4 pins 2-5. Terminals are connected with the corresponding contact pins 6 to 13, preferably by means of respective components of the circuit made with the possibility of combating cross-interference between the signals generated during the passage of signals between the contact zone 0 and the corresponding conclusions.

Figure 3 shows the mounting plate of figure 1, 2, inserted in one of the holders that serves as a support for the contact pins 6-13. Specified parts of konfigurera who were able to enter them firmly into the housing 15, shown in figure 4. In the multi-pin connector that contains the circuit Board, will have the appearance shown in figure 5. Next, using the appropriate cover or other acceptable method inside of the terminals can be inserted wire. In the lower part (bottom) of the housing 15 may be provided with a hole for receiving the response of the connector, which may be provided with electrical connection at the contact zone 0, shown in figure 1.

Figure 5 by the arrow marked To the direction in which the body 15 must be moved towards the second connector for receiving the above-mentioned electrical connection. This direction is indicated on figure 1, to show that the pins 6-13 protrude from one side of the circuit Board 1 in a direction essentially corresponding to the direction denoted as K. In accordance with the invention, the pins protrude from the circuit Board, in essence, in this direction until the contact zone 0. This location corresponds to the minimal possible distance, which are signals on the contact pins.

From figure 1 it is also seen that the pins 6, 8, 10, 12 is exposed from the mounting Board 1 at a level that is above the level at which fees are contact pins 7, 9, 11 and 13. When the volume of the contact pins 6-13 curved so what they stand for zone 0 contact on the same level. Thereby is achieved a further reduction in the level of crosstalk. From figure 1 further shows that the outer ends of the contact pins 6 to 13 form an acute angle with the direction of the dock. Thereby improving the connection between the circuit Board according to the invention and a mating connector.

Figure 6 presents the option to perform multi-pin connector 14 according to the invention and the return of the connector 16. Multi-pin connector 14 includes a housing 17 with an opening 18 for receiving the response, the connector 16, which is provided with a latch 19 for fixing the connector 16 relative to the housing 17. The connector 16 at its portion 20 has multiple zones of contact, which is arranged to provide electrical connection with the contact pins in the housing 17. As will be explained hereinafter, the contact pins are configured according to the invention.

Multi-pin connector 14 is made with the possibility of mounting on the circuit Board 23, and the contact pins, of which 6 are two pins 21 and 22, are passed through one side of the housing 17 to enable their attachment to the circuit Board. From Fig.6 shows that the contact pins 21 and 22 protrude from the area of the circuit Board where they are soldered on to the Board which is attached to the STS 17, in the same way as described with reference to Fig 1. In particular, Fig.6 shows that the contact pin 22 protrudes from the circuit Board 23 at a level that is above the level at which the card is pin 21. When the pins are bent obliquely upward to the contact zone, which is marked by the arrow 0. This configuration corresponds to the fact that the distance that pass signals to the contact pins at the junction of the connectors 14 and 16 and which corresponds to the distance from zone 20 to contact the site where the pins 21 and 22 are soldered to the Board, is as low as possible. It should also be noted that the hole 18 does not necessarily have to be located on the side of the housing 17, which procureit side from which corps are contact pins 21 and 22.
