FIELD: equipment for cleaning dust-laden gases in chemical, food and metallurgical industries.

SUBSTANCE: filter includes vertical cylindrical body with conical bottom provided with connecting means for dust removal, connecting means for feeding dust-laden gas into filter, lid, an exhaust pipe and connection means for cleaned gas extraction. Connection means for dust-laden gas feeding is tangential to the body. The exhaust pipe also serves as a filter. Connection means for cleaned gas extraction is composite and partly formed of porous material. Attached to wind wheel are rods with blades rotating together with the wind wheel around a filtering member.

EFFECT: provision of continuous regeneration of filtering exhaust pipe surface, increased efficiency of duct-gas system separation due to increasing duct particle velocities, reduced size due to usage of working space for centrifugal gas cleaning and filtration, simplified production and operational reliability.

The invention relates to techniques for cleaning dust-Laden gases and can be used in chemical, food and metallurgical industries.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the claimed solution is a cyclone filter, comprising a vertical cylindrical tank with conical bottom, provided with a socket to remove dust, rotating exhaust pipe constituting a filter element made of porous metal, and fitting for clean gas discharge, mounted in a bearing unit vetrano wheel, fitting for supply to the apparatus dusty gas stream positioned tangentially to the housing, the cover with connection socket [RF Patent №2150988 C1, MKI 7 01 D 50/00, 04 9/00. Feature of the filter is the combined effect of the centrifugal field and filtering.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the presence of a seal between the rotating shaft and, as a consequence, the possibility of leakage into the atmosphere of dust particles, as well as significant losses due to friction in the seal, leading to low efficiency of regeneration of the filter element, and the relative structural complexity.

The objective of the invention is to increase eff is aktivnosti filter-cyclone.

The technical problem is solved by the fact that the proposed filter-cyclone comprising a vertical cylindrical tank with conical bottom, provided with a fitting for dust removal, fitting for supply to the apparatus dusty gas stream positioned tangentially to the housing, the cover with connection fitting, exhaust pipe, simultaneously performing the functions of the filter and fitting for clean gas discharge, and represents a team of construction partially made of a porous material, vetrano wheel, what is new is that the wind wheel is attached to the rod with blades, rotating together with the wind wheel around the filter element.

The technical result is to increase the efficiency of the filter-cyclone.

Filter-cyclone includes a vertical cylindrical housing 1 with a conical bottom 2, provided with a socket 3 for dust removal, rotating exhaust pipe constituting the filter element 4 made of a porous material (metal, ceramic, metal and polymer mesh and the like), and fitting for clean gas discharge 8, the charge port is 5 for supply to the apparatus dusty gas stream, located tangentially to the housing, the cover 11. On the exhaust pipe fixed vetrano wheel 6, which in turn by means of a connecting rod 9 is attached to the blade 10. Between the blades 10 and the filter element 4 there is a gap S, the value of which depends on the desired degree of cleaning of the filter surface. To reduce friction losses and maintain the wind wheel is bearing 7, firmly planted on the exhaust pipe.

Filter-cyclone operates as follows.

Powder-gas flow through the fitting 5 is fixed tangentially to the shell 1 of the filter-cyclone gets inside the device and due to its specific mechanical energy causes the rotation of vetrano wheel 6. Dust-Laden gas stream passes circumferentially around the exhaust pipe 4 and moves spirally downwards, ensuring the separation of large particles of the dispersed phase from the dispersion medium (gas), and at the same time is filtered through the porous side surface and the lower end of the exhaust pipe. The rotation of the blades 10 around the filter tube 4 helps to create between them a sufficiently large driving force, which ensures a continuous regeneration of the filter surface and increase the radial velocity of the dust particles, which increases the efficiency of the filter-cyclone.

The proposed parentfolder-cyclone provides:

continuous regeneration of the filter surface of the exhaust pipe;

- improving the efficiency of the separation process of the dust and gas systems by increasing the radial velocity component of a particle of dust;

- compactness of the apparatus in the working volume for centrifugal purification and filtering dust-Laden gas;

- simplicity in manufacture and reliable in operation.
