SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with body detoxication due to introducing sodium hypochlorite at concentration of 75-90 mg/l at the volume of 400 ml at the rate of 70-80 drops/min. The present innovation enables to restore hemodynamics, normalize the level of thyroid hormones and the values of immunological status and decrease the values of lipid peroxidation due to applying less concentration of sodium hypochlorite that, in its turn, also, prevents the damage of peripheral veins.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to efferent methods of detoxification in intensive care patients.

Sodium hypochlorite is the vector of active oxygen, a strong oxidant [1, 2]. Oxidation is one of the most basic and universal of biochemical processes in the human body that ensures inactivation of exogenous and endogenous blood products. Active oxygen released from sodium hypochlorite, alleviating effect on the products of tissue breakdown. This is its detoxifying and immunomodulatory action.

There is a method of introducing into the human body drip infusion through the catheter into the vein of the oxidant is sodium hypochlorite at a concentration of 300-600 mg/l and with a speed of 50 to 70 drops per minute. Used subclavian, jugular and femoral vein [1, 2].

The disadvantages of this method include:

- complications of catheterization vein (artery puncture, pneumothorax, puncture thoracic duct, air embolism, trauma to the brachial plexus nerve, trachea, thyroid gland, development of phlebitis, thrombophlebitis);

for catheterization of Central veins of the required operating conditions, special tools and consumables;

the presence of the catheter in Central Vienna for a long time restricts the mobility of the patient.

The known is the method of introduction of sodium hypochlorite in a large peripheral vein, the concentration of sodium hypochlorite is not more than 300 mg/l and the speed of 20-40 drops per minute [3, 4].

However, this concentration of sodium hypochlorite is considered to be ineffective and shall not delay the growth of a number of pathogenic microbes, such as the speed of the drug creates a lot of inconvenience for the patient and for the staff. It is also an important factor in this method of introduction are complications, such as burning, pain, redness and swelling along the blood vessel, i.e. paravenozhnykh infiltrate.

There is a method of introduction of sodium hypochlorite in a large peripheral vein, and the concentration of sodium hypochlorite 300-600 mg/l up to 600-400 ml per session and the speed of 50-60 drops per minute [5].

The task of the invention is to provide a method of intravenous infusion of sodium hypochlorite, which consists in increasing the efficiency of treatment of pathological conditions associated with the disturbance of homeostasis and endogenous intoxication.

The technical result is to increase the effectiveness of treatment for pathological conditions associated with the disturbance of homeostasis and endogenous intoxication, preventing the damaging action of sodium hypochlorite on the peripheric vein.

This is achieved in that in the method of intravenous details the Ziya sodium hypochlorite, including the effect on blood sodium hypochlorite by entering it into a peripheral vein according to the invention when exposed to blood using sodium hypochlorite with a concentration of 75-90 mg/l, and its introduction in the peripheral veins produce speeds of 70 to 80 drops per minute.

The method is implemented as follows.

Sodium hypochlorite (GH) is produced by electrolysis of 0.9% NaCl solution by electrochemical installing EDO-4. The concentration of the resulting solution is 300-600 mg/l Of the resulting solution of sodium hypochlorite take 50,0 ml and add to 350,0 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution. The resulting solution has a concentration of 75 mg/L. This solution is used for transfusion in the peripheral veins in patients with diseases involving endogenous intoxication, namely tireotoksikoza, chronic pyelonephritis and uric acid diathesis.

Treatment exercise 4-6 infusions every day or two with the concentration of the solution 75-90 mg/l in a total volume of 400 ml in a single session, the impact produced with a speed of 70 to 80 drops per minute.

The difference between the claimed invention from known is that intravenous infusion into a peripheral vein of sodium hypochlorite is carried out at a concentration of 75-90 mg/L. While there are no complications that occur during infusion of sodium hypochlorite at a concentration of 300-600 m is/L. The infusion rate is 70 to 80 drops per minute, which allows to reduce the time of introduction of the solution, which is convenient for the patient and for the staff, and also has a pronounced effect of detoxification.

Example 1. Patient R. 24 years enrolled in the endocrinology Department 26.04.02. Diagnosis: diffuse toxic goiter II senior Thyrotoxicosis moderate in the stage of decompensation. Due to the lack of a positive effect of traditional therapy conducted intravenous infusion of sodium hypochlorite with a concentration of 75 mg/l at the speed of 80 drops per minute. Patient C. 33 years old, he enrolled at the endocrinology Department 15.05.02. Diagnosis: chronic autoimmune thyroiditis thyrotoxicosis moderate. From tables 1-4, it follows that during infusion of sodium hypochlorite with a concentration of 75-90 mg/l observed improvement of hemodynamics, normalisatie levels of thyroid hormones, and normalization of immunological status indicators, normalization of indicators of lipid peroxidation, reduction of endogenous intoxication.

Thus, the application of this method allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment at a much lower concentration of sodium hypochlorite, contributes to the reduction of complications, the method is simple to implement.
