Extruder for high moisture content products

FIELD: food-processing industry and agricultural-and-industrial complex, in particular, equipment for utilization of high-moisture content food wastes.

SUBSTANCE: extruder has cylindrical screw casing with charging device and die. Torpedo-type head is located at screw end. Compression seal is provided immediately before torpedo-type head and liquid component inlet device is located immediately after compression seal.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in extruding high moisture content products.

The invention relates to equipment for moisture recycling food waste and is intended for use in processing agro-industries.

Known extruder [RF Patent № 2172677, 27.08.2001 was]intended to enter into an extrudable product of the liquid component. However, this extruder is not possible to mix the liquid component with the filler, further complicating the use of prefabricated and storage.

The prototype is the extruder [Twister, Screw presses for plastics. - L.: Goskomizdat, 1962. - 467 C.], in which the end of the auger before the matrix set the nozzle to “torpedo”. The disadvantage of this extruder is the low productivity in extrusion products high humidity (60...70%).

The technical result of the claimed extruder is improving its performance during extrusion moisture product.

The technical result is achieved in that the extruder moisture products, immediately before the nozzle torpedo performed the compression speed, and immediately after the compression bolt is made an input device of the liquid component.

Device for introducing the liquid component is made in the form of at least one fitting in the screw housing.

Device for introducing the liquid component in the designs in the form of at least one set screw in the housing of the screw, at the core of which is made through the channel.

The extruder comprises a cylindrical auger casing 1, which has a boot device 2 and the matrix 3. At the end of the auger 4 is installed nozzle torpedo 5, in front of which is mounted a compression bolt 6. Between the compression valve and a nozzle torpedo made fitting 7.

The extruder operates as follows. The product is moistened to optimum value according to the technological requirements through the hopper 2 is fed into the auger housing 1 and t is stirues to the matrix 3. On its way the product is extruded through the compression bolt 6. After compression of the seal in the product through the nozzle 7 under pressure is introduced a liquid component. The flow rate of the liquid component provides the final moisture of the product within sustainable form of extrudate. The nozzle torpedo 5, intended for mixing the components of the extrudate, evenly distributes the liquid component in the product, which ensures its quality at the output of the matrix. The compression bolt 6 prevents the liquid component in the channel of the screw and guarantee a sustainable mode of extrusion with the specified capacity.

The use of multiple points of entry of the liquid component improves the uniformity of its distribution in the extrudable product.

The location of the input device of the liquid component in the product in the installation screw allows you to change the write position of the component along the radius of the channel, which moves the product. It also increases the uniformity of the liquid component in the extrudate.

The location of the outlet 11 on the side surface of the rod screw, oriented in the circumferential direction in the direction of rotation of the screw, prevents clogging by the material of the holes 11.

An extruder including a screw body with the boot device and the sensor mounted at the abuse auger, at the end of which is mounted the nozzle torpedo, characterized in that immediately before the nozzle torpedo set the compression speed, and immediately after the compression bolt is made an input device of the liquid component.
