SUBSTANCE: proposed fixing accessory is designed for use in installation and wiring duct whose inner space is divided into at least two compartments 12A and 12B isolated from one another by partition 13 and having two covers 14A, 14B, each being related to respective compartment 12A or 12B; respective partition 13 relates to one of these covers. Proposed straight-through fixing accessory has longitudinal wall 32 that can be used instead of any mentioned partition and at least one passage 31 and fixing means 33 running in longitudinal direction and designed for fixing this straight-through accessory on base 11 of installation and wiring duct. Proposed accessory is used, for instance, in electrical equipment installation and wiring ducts.

EFFECT: simplified design and reduced manufacturing cost of accessory and duct.

The present invention generally relates to mounting boxes, which are used, for example, to hold, store and protect various equipment, particularly electrical equipment, as well as for retention, placement and protection of wires, cables, pipes or other items required to service this equipment.

As is known, the mounting box of the above-mentioned type comprises a base having an open cross-section, which is used to mount this mounting boxes on any wall or partition, or on any other support, and a cover for closing the base, attached to it a removable manner, for example, in the lock.

More specifically, the invention has relation to that case, when the internal volume of such mounting boxes or, more precisely, the internal volume of its Foundation, which, however, in this description will be systematically renamed internal volume mounting boxes for the sake of simplicity, is divided in the transverse direction, at least two compartments, which run in the longitudinal direction parallel to each other and, for example, adjoin one another with their lateral sides, and which are separated from each other, at least one septum, called emoi in this case, the separation a partition.

One of these compartments, called here the installation compartment is designed to accommodate any equipment while the other compartment, called here by the Bay cabling, designed to accommodate wires or cables and, if necessary, itself, in turn, can be divided into two or more compartments of the lower level in the case when laying electrical cables or wires with currents of different voltages, they should preferably be separated from each other.

Thanks to this technical solution has the opportunity independently to carry out the required work in one of these compartments, without the need to touch another compartment.

In addition, for each of the compartments of his height, or depth, is fully accessible to accommodate all the necessary equipment or cabling and without interaction between the elements of this equipment or these cable lines or wires.

In particular, if we talk about the installation compartment, its internal volume is fully available to accommodate the necessary equipment without the need to pass in this volume, wires or cables under the said equipment or next to it that allows, ceteris paribus, the best way to minimize the total in the cell system.

However, in this case the problem is in the transition wires or cables from the battery compartment wiring in the installation compartment in the case, when you need to connect this equipment to the wires or cables.

In accordance with French patent, 2719887, partition, which in this case must be overcome, belongs to the basis of this wiring duct, forming a single piece with the bottom part of the base.

Thus, it is necessary to provide at different places along this partition is a special cut-outs, in this case, the semicircular notches opening at its free edge.

The systematic formation of such cuts implemented in the manufacture of the profiled element by extrusion, makes this profiled element is more complex, which leads to increased cost of production.

In addition, during installation of such wiring duct, these cuts are not necessarily those places that are desirable to the user.

Essentially the same can be observed in the French patent, 2660120, in which, however, mentioned partition containing the cut forms a part other than the reason of this mounting boxes and fixed removable manner on the authorized part of this Foundation.

In accordance with additional French patent, 2280849 mentioned partition belongs to the cover wiring duct, partially forming with it a single unit, which corresponds also other options implementation.

However, as in the previous case, there must first be provided in various places in this partition corresponding cutouts or perform these cut-outs at the user's request for the passage of wires or cables, which is accompanied by inherent technical solution disadvantages.

The technical task of the present invention is to provide a design which allows a simple way to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and has additional advantages.

This technical problem is solved due to the fact that the gate valves for mounting boxes, the internal volume of which consists of at least two compartments separated from one another, at least one baffle component integral with the cap (14A)associated with a first of the compartments according to the invention intended for local replacement cover, with which the whole is partition, contains, on the one hand, at least one longitudinal wall, through which he is able to replace mentioned the partition wall and which contains, at least one pass, and on the other hand, the means of engagement, which are also in the longitudinal direction and in which the gate valve can be fixed on the basis of the wiring duct.

Preferably, the means of engagement are, at least partially, by the elastic latching, and gearing contain at least one tab, which is located of the said longitudinal wall and protrudes from the wall.

In this case, preferably, the said tongue is protruding from the back side of the longitudinal wall.

In addition, preferably, the means of engagement contain at least one hook, which is located at some distance from the longitudinal wall and goes in the opposite direction to the wall.

Preferably, the gate valve includes the front wall, which in its connection with the longitudinal wall forms a generally dihedral angle.

In this case, preferably, one or more hooks are hand end of the front wall, the opposite longitudinal wall.

Preferably, the front wall follows the contour of the cover, while the front wall is generally curved, or front wall is essentially a straight line.

Thus, in accordance with this invention, the proposed solution is systematically used to obtain the desired passage, and the specific type of valve is just such a passage.

The second compartment, which in this case represents the lower compartment 12, is usually designed to accommodate electric wires or cables 18, as shown schematically by the dotted lines in figure 2 and 3.

Thus, in the subsequent presentation of this compartment will be, without distinction of essence defined concepts, to be called either “the second compartment 12V or lower compartment 12V”or “compartment wiring 12V”.

As described above constructive solutions are well known and/or do not constitute the object of the present invention, is not given here described in more detail.

In the following presentation will describe only those structural elements that are necessary for understanding the invention.

Designed, therefore, for local replacement cover 14A, which belongs to the partition 13, the gate valve 30 in accordance with the invention, in General, and in the presented here options of implementation, contains, on the one hand, at least one longitudinal wall 32 by means of which the valve can replace the partition wall 13 and in which the at least one passage, in this case, the desired passage 31, and on the other hand, in accordance with various implementations described in more detail below, means gearing 33 that was also held in the longitudinal direction, parallel to the partition wall 13 and by means of which this gate valves can be mounted on the mounting base 11 of the trunking 10.

In this embodiments of the gate valve 30 in accordance with the invention further comprises, on the one hand, the front wall 34, Kotor is in its connection with the longitudinal wall 32 forms a generally dihedral angle, on the other hand, two transverse walls 36 arranged parallel to each other and at some distance from one another.

The front wall 34 has a shape corresponding to the form in question cover 14A. In the implementation presented in figures 1-4, this front wall is generally curved as mentioned cap.

Designed for interaction engagement with the console 22 of the base 11 instead and in place of the bend 23 of the partition 13, the tongue 40 in the practical implementation acts on the rear side of the longitudinal wall 32 and along its free edge.

In practice, there are two hooks 41' and 41", located at some distance from one another and in line with each other, and each of these hooks are essentially located in accordance with one of the two above-mentioned sections of the reeds 40' and 40".

In practice, these two hooks 41' and 41", designed for interaction by elastic latching, with a side wing 17A of the base 11 instead and in place of the pull tab 20 of the cover 14A, operate from the front end wall 34, the opposite longitudinal wall 32.

In the preferred implementation, as it is shown in Appendix figures at the entrance fixture 30 in accordance with the invention can be installed by elastic snap cap 14C associated with the second compartment 12V wiring duct 10.

This gate valve contains, thus acting on the rear side of its longitudinal wall 32 in the immediate vicinity of its front wall and 34 of the console 42, designed for action instead of and in place of the console 25 of the dividing walls 13 of the cover 14A associated with the first compartment 12A, and has a configuration basically similar to the configuration mentioned console 25.

This console 42 pass valve 30 is adapted, therefore, to interact by elastic latching, with pull-tab 26 of the cover 14C associated with the second compartment 12V.

The preferred way, and so, as is the case in the presented here options of implementation, at the entrance of the valve 30 in accordance with the invention can be installed or that the equipment, as on any appropriate support.

For this purpose, the front wall 34 of the said wall reinforcement made the cutout 43 in which is located the frame 44 mounted essentially parallel to the bottom 15 of the base 11 of the wiring duct 10.

Then one or more cables or wires 18, required for the installation of appropriate equipment, are derived from the second compartment 12V this wiring duct 10 to be inserted in the entrance to the valve 30 through the passage 31, which is specifically provided for this purpose.

As soon as this wiring is made, the appropriate equipment can be mounted at the entrance of the valve 30 in its frame 44.
