EFFECT: increased population of pseudomonas microorganisms in rhizosphere and rhizoplane of plant roots.

The invention relates to the field of agriculture, particularly for soil science and the way the intensification of growth involved in the formation of humus, microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas.

Intensification of agricultural production, chemical pollution and environmental degradation has led to depletion of humus horizon of the famous Russian black and progressive degradation processes homeoapathy. Effective ways of stimulating processes of selective growth of microorganisms in the soil and, in particular, in the rhizosphere and rhizoplane plant roots does not exist.

It is known that pre-treatment of soybean seeds with an aqueous solution of the potassium salt of 2,4,6-Tris(p-carboxymethylamino)-SIM-triazine (Cubicin) General formula:

The disadvantage of using this method is not sufficiently high activity poststimulatory Sebacina in relation to the increase in the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas.

Known heterochain ternary copolymer of acrylic acid, its amide, triacilglycerides-1,3,5-triazine (SPACH) as an antistatic agent [see Lavrovskaya, Vinsanity, Linkreplacer, Glu, Suissenautic, Hemogen, Vasagatan. An antistatic composition comprising hexahydrotriazine copolymer. - Vesti Academy of Sciences, 1989, No. 5, s-117]. The use of this copolymer as a stimulator of the growth of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in cultivation of legumes is generally unknown.

Technical solution to the problem is to stimulate growth gumusoobrazovanie microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in growing legumes.

The task is achieved by a method of promoting the growth gumusoobrazovanie microorganisms during cultivation of leguminous plants includes the use as a means of water races the thief ternary copolymer of acrylic acid, it amide and tricresol-hexahydro-1,3,5-SIM-triazine (SPACH) in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

Novitskaya, Vinsanity, Linkreplacer, Glu, Suissenautic, vs Soldatov. An antistatic composition comprising hexahydrotriazine copolymer. Vesti Academy of Sciences, 1989, No. 5, s-117]. For comparison, using the prototype application - poststimulatory Cubicin, which is produced and purified in accordance with the patent [see U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2083568. - Salt triazinetrione acids and means for presowing treatment of seeds of agricultural crops on MCL 6 07 D 251/54, a 01 N 43/68].

In the proposed method of preparing a simple tool by dissolving the required quantities SPACH or Suboxine in water at ordinary temperature. The prepared solution to handle the seeds of soybean cultivar “Bistrica” using dry etching, at the rate of 10 l to 1 ton of seeds. In control variants seeds before sowing treated similarly, with distilled water at the rate of 10 lt of seeds. Then the seeds are dried in an air-convection mode, leak filled with soil germinators, containing 400 g of leached Chernozem, slabovolnogo and grow in the adopted the same for each variety of plant conditions of humidity and temperature. The repetition of experiments is threefold.

The latter was determined after drying on the filter soil to constant weight at 105°C. To determine the generic and species of microorganisms used in terms of their cultural, morphological and physiological-biochemical properties by a known method [see Jholt, Ntrig, PSNI, Jsteele, Swilliams. Examples of usage of the proposed method of increasing the number of microorganisms in the rhizosphere of the roots of soybean are presented in table (examples 1-5A in the table, see the end of the description).

As can be seen from the table, the use of p is izlagaemogo ways to increase growth gumusoobrazovanie organisms when grown soybean (examples 1-5A) allows to increase the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in the rhizosphere of plant roots of soybeans in the culture medium MPA and agar of čapek in 11.6-of 13.6 and 15.6-18 times respectively in comparison with control (231-271 and 78-90 milliong soil instead of 20 milliong soil, respectively), while pre-sowing spraying of soybean seeds in an aqueous solution of known means Sebacina increases this figure is only 9 times (180 milliong soil).

Thus, the application of the proposed method of promoting the growth gumusoobrazovanie microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas by pre-sowing treatment of seeds of soybean, means on the basis of aqueous ternary copolymer SPACH allows to increase the number of microorganisms of the genus Pseudomonas in the rhizosphere of plant roots.
