Fork grip 6 is locked in bogie members, pressure is fed into hydraulic jack 7, and platform body 1 is moved to thrust against ground, and at further travel of rod 11, appliance lifts up bogie releasing spring set from weight of vehicle. Spring set and friction wedge are demounted and transported to repair station on platform body 1. Procedure is reversed for mounting spring set and friction wedge.

Object of the invention is the simplification of the structure and kinematics fixtures with integrated safety technology operational current repair of railway rolling stock, in particular changing springs trucks and friction wedges, the free movement of devices on a mobile car repair in the area of composition without razzaki trains, improve the reliability and durability of the device.
