FIELD: recovery of bogged vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of recovery of bogged vehicles using pulley blocks and tractor, slides with pulley blocks are placed on ground in front of tractor. Pulley-block is assembled, and slides with pulley-block and wire ropes is moved to vehicle. Wire rope of pull winch is reeved through block, and its free end is secured on towing hook of tractor. Free ends of said wire ropes are fastened on hooks of vehicle, and vehicle is pulled out by winding wire rope onto pull winch. Device for implementing the method contains the method contains tractor with auxiliary and pull winches, pulley-blocks and pull wire ropes. Device contains additionally detachable slides for placing and connecting pulley-blocks and pull wire ropes installed on tractor for moving over ground to vehicle.

EFFECT: reduced time and labor input for recovery of bogged vehicles.

The invention relates to the field of evacuation equipment, more precisely, to the pulling machine jams when using tackles.

For salvaged cars when paper jams, high traction, which provide the use of pulley blocks.

The known method of stuck cars, which initially producing moving and stacking blocks polyspast, then the Assembly diagram of the variable geometry mechanism, then pull the machine (see "Repair and recovery tanks. - M.: Voenizdat, 1956, s-305).

A device for pulling stuck cars containing winch, blocks sheave pulleys, ropes and anchors (ibid.).

The disadvantages of these methods and devices is the need to create anchors and complex schemes of tackles, and the lack of mechanized operations in preparation of pulling out, greatly increasing the time and intensity of work.

There is also known a method of stuck cars, which initially producing moving and stacking blocks polyspast using auxiliary winch, then the Assembly diagram of the variable geometry mechanism, then pull the machine (see "guidelines for evacuation of armoured vehicles". - M.: Voenizdat, 1981, p.70-72) prototype.

It is also known a device for pulling stuck cars containing tractor with vspomogatelnaya traction winches, blocks sheave pulleys and cables (ibid) prototype.

Shortcomings of the method and device are the lack of mechanized operations in preparation of pulling out, greatly increasing the time and intensity of work.

The present invention is to reduce the time and complexity of evacuation vehicles with difficulty.

The technical result of the invention consists in that in the known method of stuck cars, which produce the movement of blocks of the polyspast using auxiliary winch and an Assembly diagram of the variable geometry mechanism, and then pull out the machine, an Assembly diagram of the polyspast produce before moving blocks to the car.

The known device for the evacuation of the machine containing the tractor with auxiliary and traction winches, blocks sheave pulleys and cables, further comprises a movable container for placement, connections, and move to the machine block sheave pulleys and traction ropes.

Figure 1 shows the device in the initial position; figure 2 is an Assembly diagram of the variable geometry mechanism and moving it to the machine; figure 3 is a pulling machine.

Figure 1-3 shows: 1 - machine; 2 - tractor; 3 - towbar; 4 - traction winch; 5 - rope pulling winches; 6 - auxiliary winch; 7 - wire auxiliary winch; 8 - drum; 9 - additional cable; 10 - 1-th block of the polyspast; 11 - 2-block of the variable geometry mechanism; 12 - unit optional winch; 13 - rope; 14 - short cable; 15 - slide; 16 - wire; 17 - plate; 18 and 19 of the rod with nut.

Implementation of the method and operation of the device occurs as follows.

In the initial position, the cables 5, 7 and 9 coils and blocks sheave pulleys 10 and 11 mounted on the carrier 15, mounted on the tractor 1. The unit of the variable geometry mechanism is equipped with two horns hook (figure 1 and 2).

To build the schema of the polyspast removed from the truck and set on the ground in front of the tractor sled with blocks of variable geometry mechanism. The cable 5 of the winch 4 is passed through the block 10 and the free end of the rope is fixed to the towbar tractor. The cable 9 is passed through the block 11 and is fixed on the base block 10. The base blocks 10 and 11 of the connecting plate 17 and the rods with nuts 18. On the hooks of the block 11 is fixed to the ends of the cables 14. On tow hooks 3 of the machine by a cable 13 is fixed block 12 auxiliary winch 6. The winch cable 7 6 unwound, passed through the block 12 and is fixed to the hook of the block 11.

The rotation is performed by winding the winch cable 7 6 with simultaneous unwinding of the traction cables 5 and 9, or with the prior unwinding part of the cable 5 (2 and 3).

After moving the RAM blocks and cables 5 and 9 to the machine, attach the free end of the cable 9 to the towing hook of the tractor, remove the block 12 and the cable 3, and the hooks of the machine fix the free ends of the cables 14.

The use of the method and device allows to mechanize operations in preparation of pulling out, which significantly reduces the time and complexity of the work. In addition, the lifting scheme of the polyspast on the sled allows you to quickly perform preparatory work on the soft ground, because the specific ground pressure of the RAM blocks and ropes about 10 times less than the specific pressure on the ground of the person.

The method of evacuation of the machine tractor, which consists in the fact that the tractor is removed and placed on the ground in front of the tractor, skid mounted units of the polyspast, collect the variable geometry mechanism, move the RAM sheave pulleys and cables to the car, the cable pulling winch is passed through the block and the free end is fixed to the towbar tractor and the machine hooks fasten the free ends of these cables and pull the machine winding the cable pulling winches.

SUBSTANCE: the armored hull of the fighting vehicle has a streamlined shape with rounded off angles and inclined, armored plates in the fore and aft, hatches and cells for combat missiles on the boards and under the roof under the armored aerodynamic wing of an asymmetric profile producing a lift at the speed of movement compensating for the load on the running gear. SUBSTANCE: proposed track chain contains links connected by pins and provided with eyes with holes of edges to receive connecting pins. Grousers in form of straight-line ribs arranged in parallel with pin axis are made on outer side of link. Track chain is furnished additionally with axle for fastening grousers, two floating bearings and two rubber bands. The latter are arranged in body of links and connected to provide rigid fastening of grousers on their axle. Said axle is installed by ends on two floating bearings, each secured on its rubber band. Grousers can freely rotate around axle within the limits of space. According to proposed method, prior to moving the tractor, pontoon with platform held by wire rope is hinge mounted on tractor tube-manhole and ladder is hinge secured between pontoon and tube-manhole. Rope is fastened on pontoon. Other end of rope is connected with wire rope arranged on tractor. Towing ropes are secured on towing hooks of vehicle, and free ends of towing ropes are connected by ropes with floats. Tractor is moved under water to vehicle. Wire rope is released and pontoon is rigged out. Pontoon remains afloat. Operator passes from tube-manhole along ladder to pontoon, end of wire rope arranged on tractor is pulled out by rope and is secured on pontoon. Tractor is stopped at bogged vehicle. Standing on pontoon, operator pulls out of water the float, rope and end of vehicle towing rope, connects ends of wire ropes of tractor and vehicle and drops connected ends of wire ropes in water, and tractor is moved out of water to bank. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices used for converting wheeled vehicles into track vehicles. According to proposed method, track unit is mounted on rear suspension of scooter or motorcycle including frame, rear suspension with rigid fasteners of base members, and rocking axle with means of its fastening to rear suspension. Frame is hinge coupled with rear suspension by means of rocking axle. Track unit contains track made in form of endless belt and laid over hub being installed instead of rear wheel of vehicle to pass torque from engine to track, and track rollers arranged in lower part of track and installed on axles in two plates. Plates are made for mounting on rear suspension of both sides of hub using rigid fasteners of rear suspension base members and means of fastening of rocking axle to rear suspension providing articulated coupling of track unit with frame of vehicle.
