The invention relates to medicine, namely to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and relates to a method of obtaining from medicinal plants means having hepatoprotective activity “Lahaina”.

A method of obtaining funds with hepatoprotective activity “Lahaina”, consisting in the extraction of dried crushed to 3-10 mm grass Russian Thistle 25% ethanol at room temperature by the method of percolation on the battery 5 percolation 6 hours each at the ratio of raw material : solvent 1:2 (prototype) [1].

However, with this method of obtaining “Lahaina” not a high yield of the target product and the concentration of extractives.

The objective of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the method for increasing the yield of the target product and increase the concentration of extractives.

This object is achieved in that according to the method of obtaining funds with hepatoprotective activity, “Lahaina”, dried grass Russian Thistle is crushed to 3-10 mm and the extraction is carried out with 25% ethyl alcohol at room temperature by the method of percolation on the battery of 6 percolation 6 hours each at the ratio of raw material : solvent 1:2,6

The method is as follows.

Example 2 (prototype). The mere increase in the ratio of phases raw material : solvent also allows to increase the output of the drug. In particular, when the magnification ratio of the phases from 2 to 2.6 efficiency of extraction on 5 percolator increases with 71,24 to 80,86%. However, the concentration of extractives in this case decreased from 3.45% to 3,01% (see table 1 parameters of the extraction of Salsola Collina and characteristics of the finished product at different ratio of phases and the number of percolation).

The proposed method relates the number of stages of extraction with increase in the ratio of phases raw material : solvent means and allows the flax to increase the efficiency of removal with preservation of the established concentration of substances in the extract. Compared with the existing method proposed option increases the yield of extractive substances per unit of raw materials by 35%, increases the degree of depletion of raw materials 13%.

Therapeutic adequacy of the preparation obtained by the new technology, confirmed experimentally. In the optimal dose of 5 ml, corresponding to 160 mg of dry extract preparation obtained by the proposed method as a liquid extract made by known techniques, to 2-3 points reduces the degree of obesity of hepatocytes by 30-40%, shortens geksenalovy sleep and reduces the specific gravity of the liver of mice with CCL4-hepatitis (see table 1).

Thus, as can be seen from table 1, the choice of the mode of extraction grass Russian Thistle, namely the correlation of phases and the number of percolation, significantly affects the yield of extract and exhaustion of raw materials.

Together with this, the proposed method is more economical. At the same flow rate of raw materials by increasing the correlation of the phases and use the extra is on percolator flow of extractant increased by 8.7%, yield - 27.6%. As a result, the unit consumption of grass Russian Thistle reduced by 22% and the extractant by 14%, resulting in reduction of raw material costs in the cost of the extract on average by 17%. The full cost of production taking into account the additional costs, including the cost of servicing the additional percolator, increasing by 11.2% (table 3).

Detailed analysis of the cost structure shows that although the amount of fixed costs in the total amount of the finished product with the use of 6 percolation increases by 7.3% due to the increase of the shop costs per unit of production fixed costs decreased by 15.8%. Variable cost cost total output grow in proportion to the production volume. Per unit of production variable costs decrease by 9.3% due to the fact that with the use of 6 percolation increases the product yield.

Thus, the proposed method for Lahaina is not only more effective in ensuring a finished product, but also rational from an economic point of view.
