The disadvantages of this droppers are no control flow depending on pressure, low operational reliability and the complexity of the design.

The closest analogue to the declared object in terms of total signs is an injector for drip irrigation, including outlet and a porous body, in which the purpose of providing a controlled supply of water, increase reliability the spine of irrigation and simplify the design has a pressure regulator, made in the form of interconnecting porous element (SU inventor's certificate No. 812237. MKI3A 01 G 25/02. Injector for drip irrigation / Vchurin, Husain and Nepitani (USSR). - Application No. 2773423/30-15; claimed 31.05.1979; publ. 15.03.1981, bull. No. 10).

The disadvantages of this injector, selected us as naiblizhajshee analogue, are of low reliability due to clogging of the porous material by phytoplankton, the absence of control flow depending on the pressure in the irrigation pipe.

The invention consists in the following.

Task to be solved by the claimed invention is directed, enhanced operational reliability and the ability to control the flow of water depending on water pressure in the irrigation pipe.

Technical result - increasing crop yields and reducing irrigation rates.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known dispenser-dropper, including made in the irrigation line, the control valve water supply to the injector, having a split housing with a water conducting channel in the form of a helical groove with a tapered holes on its surface, connecting the screw groove with the outer surface of the housing, and the diameter of the conical hole, paired the groove is less than the outer surface of the shell.

Due to the fact that irrigation pipe is made the control valve and the injector screw groove with tapered bores is achieved above technical result.

Information to implement the claimed technical solution are as follows.

Dispenser dropper includes irrigation pipe 1 and made it elastoplastic valve 2. On the irrigation pipeline mounted injector 3, consisting of a plug housing made of two symmetrical halves 4, 5. Under elastoplastic valve 2 in the body there is a collection chamber 6. In the case of the injector is made of water conveyance channel 7 in the form of helical grooves with tapered bores 8 on its surface, connecting the screw groove with the outer surface of the housing, and the diameter of the hole, conjugated with groove, is smaller than at the outer surface of the housing. For mounting the injector on the irrigation pipeline in the upper part of the body of the injector includes a yoke 9, and in the lower part of the hood-latch 10.

Dispenser dropper works as follows.

Before watering any ctor mounted on the irrigation pipeline and bury in the soil. The length of the injector should provide moisture to the root zone of the soil to the desired depth. When turning on the water supply for irrigation pipe 1 pressure (head) at the beginning of the pipeline will be more, and at the end of the pipeline is less due to hydraulic losses.

The flow of water through the valve 2 can be defined by the equation

where μ - coefficient of discharge; ω - the cross-sectional area; H is the head above the center of gravity of the valve; g - acceleration of free fall.

The equation shows that with increasing pressure the flow through the valve will increase.

As in the pipe 1 has a hydraulic losses, increasing the length of the pipeline pressure will decrease, which will lead to a reduction of the flow.

To ensure a uniform flow of irrigation water droppers along the entire length of the pipeline, they provide elastic valves 2, which when increased pressure in the irrigation pipe 1 block hole and reduce the expense and under reduced pressure, the valves are lifted, changing the size of the living section of the hole, creating a greater flow of water. Thus, the use of the elastoplastic valve 2 provides the same flow all droppers. The water flowing under the valve 2, is stored in the chamber 6 and out through water conveyance ka the Alu 7 moves down along a helical line. The stream of water is involved in two movements: rotational and translational down under the action of gravity, and rotational movement causes centrifugal forces, which press the stream to the periphery of the helical grooves and push the water through the tapered hole 8. Thus there is a uniform wetting of the entire root layer of the area and depth.

Since the diameter of the outlet 8 is greater than the diameter of the inlet, the flow rate will be reduced, which prevents erosion of the soil in the zone of the injector. This ensures uniform wetting and, ultimately, improved crop yields, and reduced irrigation rates.

1. Dispenser dropper, including outlet and the plug housing, wherein the outlet is equipped with a valve, made in the form of elastoplastic valve and placed in the lower part of the drip line and split housing of the injector is mounted on the irrigation pipeline through the clamp and retainer.
