FIELD: the invention is assigned for application in heat-exchange apparatus in particular in chemical and other industries specifically for heat treatment of bulk material.

SUBSTANCE: heat-exchange apparatus has housing, heat-exchange pipes arranged vertically and fixed in pipe grates. Heat-exchange apparatus is provided with discharge arrangement placed under lower pipe grate and composed of fixed and moving plates which have hollow holes corresponding to hollow holes in the lower tubular grate. At that the fixed plate is joined without gap with lower pipe grate and moving plate is installed with possibility to make back-and-forth motion in horizontal plane overlapping size of holes. Moreover the moving plate is installed on vertical flat rings.

EFFECT: allows to expand technological possibilities of using vertical housing tube heat-exchange apparatus for realization of heat-exchange between solid bulk material and liquid or gaseous heat-carrying agent, intensifies heat-exchange and give possibility to regulate this process.

The invention relates to heat exchange apparatus, in particular for heat treatment of bulk materials, and can be used in chemical and other industries.

The known device for bulk material handling, heat transfer process which is performed by direct contact of the hot or cold coolant from the flow of material. For example, the shaft of the dryer with the free fall of material, artificially sustained by installing shelves of various kinds, or the dryer with a slow movement of material moving in the mine solid mass, the velocity of which is determined by the number of selected processed material (Lykov MV Drying in the chemical industry.// M., Chemistry.- 1970.- S-163).

The main disadvantage of these devices is small, the intensity of the heat treatment process, the unevenness of the material in the cross section of the mine, resulting in uneven heat transfer.

Closest to the technical nature of the claimed object and by the greatest number of similar features is the device that is selected by the authors as a prototype and represents a vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger, comprising a housing and connected tube, which is fixed beam vertical heat exchange tubes (killer Whales who A.G. The basic processes and apparatus of chemical technology.// M., Chemistry.- 1973.- S-331). Such devices are, as a rule, for the heat treatment of liquid or gaseous materials.

The main drawback of these heat exchangers is the inability to provide uniform conduction of heat throughout the volume in the processing of solid bulk materials, as well as low heat transfer rate.

The technical problem of the invention is the expansion of technological possibilities of using a vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger for conducting heat exchange between solid bulk materials and liquid or gaseous coolant, the intensification of heat transfer and the possibility of regulation of this process.

This object is achieved in the heat exchange apparatus containing casing, a heat-exchange tubes arranged vertically and secured in the tube sheets, and according to the invention the heat exchanger is equipped with a discharge device located beneath the lower tube sheet and consisting of the fixed and movable plates, both plates are related to each other and the lower tubular lattice through holes, while the fixed plate is connected without a gap with the lower tube sheet without gap, and the movable plate is installed with the possibility of return is atno-and-forth movement in a horizontal plane on the amount of overlap of the holes.

In addition, the movable plate is installed on a vertical flat springs.

Distinctive features of the proposed technical solution from the prototype are:

a) beneath the lower tube sheet is unloading device consisting of fixed and movable plates;

b) slabs are related to each other and the lower tubular lattice through holes;

in the fixed plate is installed under the lower tube sheet without gap;

d) a movable plate is installed with the possibility of reciprocating movement in a horizontal plane on the amount of overlap of the holes.

These distinctive features ensure the proposed technical solution the criterion of “novelty”. These features of the invention are its difference from the prototype and determine the novelty of the proposal, these differences are significant because they enable the creation of achievable technical result, reflected in the technical task, and are absent in the known technical solutions with the same effect.

The claimed technical solution is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows the proposed heat exchanger with unloading device, a General view in vertical section; figure 2 handling the device in closed position; figure 3 - discharge condition is the device in the open position.

The proposed heat exchanger of figure 1 includes a casing 1, a vertical heat exchanger tubes 2, top 3 and bottom 4 tube, upper hopper 5 for feeding the processed solid bulk material hopper bottom 6 for removal of the treated solid bulk material discharge device.

The discharge device located beneath the lower tube sheet 4, consists of a fixed plate 7, the movable plate 8 mounted on the flat spring 9, and the drive reciprocating movement of 10.

Fixed 7 and 8 mobile plates have through holes 11 corresponding to each other and the holes in the lower tube of the grating 4. The fixed plate 7 is installed below the lower tube plate 4 without a gap closer. Thus, the holes in the bottom of the tube sheet holes align with the holes in the fixed plate 7. The mobile plate 8 mounted on a parallel-plate springs 9 can make reciprocating movement in the horizontal direction. The amount of movement of the movable plate 8 is equal to or larger than the diameter of the holes 11 in the stationary plate. The diameters of the holes 11 in the stationary 7 8 and the movable plates should be equal to the inner diameter of the holes in the lower tube to the grid 4 of the heat exchanger. The distance between the holes 11 in one of the horizontal direction is s equal to or larger than the diameter of the holes 11 in the plates. The flat spring 9 mounted in the same direction, provide a plane-parallel movement of the movable plate in an arc. Moving the movable plate 8 is carried out by the actuator 10, for example pneumatic or hydraulic, reciprocating movement with stops in the extreme positions. Heat exchanger operates as follows.

Bulk product from the top of the feed hopper 5, which is located under the bundle of heat exchange tubes 2, under its own weight moves along the tube to the discharge space of the device and fills it. An unloading device in the initial state is in the closed position (figure 2). The holes 11 in the stationary 7 8 and the movable plates are displaced relative to each other, and the material cannot move along the tubes. Annulus enters the cooling or heating fluid in the form of liquid or gas medium. When the drive 10 of the discharge device is periodic alignment holes 11 7 fixed or mobile 8 plates. The residence time of material in the heat exchange apparatus and the speed of its movement is governed by the frequency and time of opening and closing of the discharge device.

The proposed heat exchanger, maintaining such advantages of the prototype, as a high degree of heat exchange surface, allows the processes of heat transfer between the solid granular material and liquid or gaseous coolant in a vertical shell-and-tube heat exchangers. Due to the uniform distribution of the granular material around the pipe space and a uniform and controlled rate of movement of material in each tube to achieve a high intensity of heat exchange process.
