FIELD: pipeline transport.

The invention relates to a hydraulic mineral raw materials, namely, to the pressure slurry pipeline, operated in seismically dangerous areas.
Known pressure slurry pipeline, consisting of a pipe rigidly connected by a flanged connections (Spivakovsky S.A., Dyakov VK Transport machines. M: mechanical engineering, 1983, s, RES).
However, a disadvantage of the known pressure of the slurry pipeline is the unreliability of their use in seismically dangerous areas because of the potential for slurry pipeline breaks when they oscillatory processes, caused by seismic activity in the region of the strip of slurry line.

A disadvantage of the known design pressure of the slurry line is the possibility of fracture during forced oscillations caused by natural and man-made causes. Natural causes include earthquakes, landslides, wind exposure, technological - breakthrough reservoirs, acts of war, accompanied by explosions, blasting operations in peacetime, and other factors that cause fluctuations in the soil.
When variations are almost the s, transmitted to the slurry line, can be both vertical and horizontal planes, and in both directions simultaneously. A complicating factor is the presence of multiple foci of oscillation, at the same time or different times occur at various points along the length of the slurry line.
With a hard-method of connecting pipes, forming a slurry line, the latest in the wave propagation fluctuations and laying them one on another possible complex oscillatory process with resonance phenomena, the parameters of which almost defy mathematical description due to the complexity of the physical model. And this makes it impossible to reasonably choose the design parameters of the slurry line, adequately appropriate actually occurring loads in its elements.
The objective of the invention is to improve the reliability of operation of the slurry line due to the exclusion of impact on components of the slurry line - pipe oscillations related items and information of the calculated physical model loaded to disturbing forces single-span beam with two hinged supports.
The technical problem is solved due to the fact that the pressure in the slurry line, including pipes, fasteners, pipe supports according to the invention each support is provided with a rocker arm, which in its middle is the second part of the hinge connected to the support, and their free ends connected by hinges to the ends of adjacent tubes, each connecting element includes an elastic coupling, the modulus of elasticity of the material adopted is less than the modulus of elasticity of the material of pipes.
In one case, an elastic sleeve covers the outside of the ends of the adjacent pipe and attached to them by means of bandages, with the inner side in the middle part of the coupling are tide disposed between the ends of adjacent pipes and made flush with the inner surface of the pipe.

Since adopted the design of the connecting elements provides circuit loading of the pipe 1 corresponding to a single-span beam with two swivel bearings, calculation parameters and the design element is in the slurry line is straightforward, since the calculation can be made using known methods of structural mechanics.
In addition to the possibility of a reasonably accurate prediction of loads on structural elements of the slurry line, the magnitude of the loads is greatly reduced, as they do not impose additional load caused by the influence of oscillatory processes related with the estimated span of the pipe sections of the slurry line, including resonance phenomena.
Features of the invention can significantly improve the lifetime of individual elements of the slurry line and the reliability of the slurry line in General by excluding the impact related with the estimated span of the pipe sections of the slurry line and the information of the calculated physical model loaded to disturbing forces single-span beam with two hinged supports.

The recorder of each of the N supports is made of the unit for computing the absolute value of load, second unit of reference voltage, second comparator, logical unit.

SUBSTANCE: foundation of the support is provided with three-dimensional pyramidal frame made of metallic rod members. The bottom ends of the members are set in the foundation supports and connected with the ferroconcrete foundation plate through insertion members. The top ends are interconnected to form a single unit provided with device which has jack with movable axle and can be adjustable for height. The bottom device for setting pipeline is secured to the bearing ring of the movable axle of the jack. The top device has metallic table to which metallic pipeline is secured. The spacer made of a material with low friction coefficient is interposed between the pipeline and bearing members.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has pair of symmetrical (relative to pipe line) reservoirs filled with ballasting soil which are connected with load-bearing band and flexible load-bearing strips secured to outer longitudinal sides of rigid rectangular frames forming the framework of reservoirs; they are engageable with pipe line below its center generatrices. Device is provided with cover plate located above load-bearing band; edges of this cover plate are laid on pipe line and are connected above upper generatrix of pipe line at overlap. Transversal sizes of reservoir exceed width of trench; reservoirs are located in pits without transfer of weight of ballast to their bottom ; reservoir are made in form of boxes. Bottoms of reservoirs and load-bearing band are made from single cloth of flexible material passed under inner longitudinal sides of flat frames and secured on their outer longitudinal sides. Cover plate, load-bearing band and flexible load-bearing strips are secured in center part; angle between planes of rigid frames of reservoirs does not exceed 180 deg.

SUBSTANCE: proposed centering mount is provided with four-wheel bogie, electric pump, electrohydraulic control mechanism with hydraulic locks, centering mechanism made in form of two opposing coaxial hydraulic cylinders with spacer cones on rods and pushers and pressing units located radially in centering mechanism housing, planetary hydraulic motor and reversible electrohydraulic distributor. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laying of main lines in settlement soils. According to proposed method, trench is dug out and artificial base is formed after which pipeline is laid and trench is filled with soil. When preparing the base, widenings are dug out at designed pitch at level of trench bottom symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of pipeline. Prior to laying pipeline, load-bearing diaphragm made in form of plate is placed on bottom of each of widenings with overlapping trench bottom in cross direction. Longitudinal edges of said diaphragm are furnished with anchoring members. Filling of trench is carried out without displacement of anchoring members of load-bearing diaphragms towards pipeline. For this purpose filling of widenings is done starting from ends of pipelines remote from pipeline and symmetrically relative to pipeline. Load-bearing diaphragm is manufactured of cloth durable in soil, and its edges longitudinal relative to pipeline are furnished with eyes. Anchoring members are made of rot-resistant materials in form of stretched articles fitted in eyes of load-bearing diaphragms. Invention provides description of pipe laying method depending on level of ground water in trench.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for trenchless replacement of underground pipelines of different application. Proposed device has pipe breaker with knife, pulling member, detachable well expander to force fragments of broken pipe into surrounding soil and pull new pipe into well. Detachable guide is installed additionally before pipe breaker being connected with breaker and made in form of elastic lobes with ends curved inwards. Pipe breaker is provided with radial slot in which detachable knife is installed. Expander is made in form of truncated cone whose smaller base in contact with base of pipe breaker is installed coaxially with pipe breaker being equal in diameter to pipe breaker. Larger base of conical expander is displaced radially to side of knife through value of eccentricity equal to half difference of diameters of expander bases.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport and it can be used at repairs of main lines. Prior to replacing defective section of main line transporting combustible or explosive liquids and gases, section to be repaired is emptied, defective spool is cut out with provision of isolation of combustible and explosive gases and liquids from welding site by placing overlapping members at ends of pins adjoining section under repair, and new spool is welded in place. Prior to welding new spool placed between overlapping members, inert gas is fed into space of new spool and pressure in built exceeding pressure in adjoining sections of pipeline under repair.
EFFECT: improved safety at repairs.
FIELD: building, particularly for laying pipelines, for constructing buried passages during pipeline laying, laying cable lines and power lines.
SUBSTANCE: device has hollow conical working tip connected with stem through hinge and through rotary support. Stem is secured in rotary supports to flange mounted on front end of pipeline in the line of puncture direction. Installed in pipeline to be laid is vibrator drive connected to stem. Device has cage connected to stem, vibrator forming circular vibrations and made as unbalance. Unbalance is formed as hollow cylinder sector arranged inside working tip on rotary supports and connected to cage. Device also includes feeding mechanism.

FIELD: building, particularly construction of underground pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: device adapted to perform movement along trench comprises container for pipeline billets, means for progressive extraction thereof, hardening resin storage tank, means for continuous impregnating fibrous billet base with hardening resin as billet is fed in trench, means for pumping compressed air into billet cut to impart cylindrical shape to it after billet laying in trench and resin hardening means. Fibrous billet base is provided with loom of crossing threads. Method of pipeline assembling involves arranging billet cut near trench; impregnating fibrous billet base with hardening resin; covering billet cut with tubular protective shell; laying billet cut in flattened state into trench in top-down direction; closing ends thereof; pumping compressed air with the use of pneumatic means to impart cylindrical shape to billet cut; hardening resin by heating thereof with the use of electrical resistors built in fibrous billet blank.

SUBSTANCE: ballasting device has ballasting plate which is set in working position by horizontal rotation and introducing it in the undisturbed soil. The plate is set in rotation with the axle provided with the bell-crank actuated with traction mechanism. The bottom end of the axle is sharpened. The top end is provided with a tip for the bell-crank. Upon setting the ballasting plate in working position, the hinges of the plate are provided with ties which lock the pipeline with yokes.

SUBSTANCE: a reciprocating striker is positioned in the casing of the pneumatic percussion mechanism. The air-distributing system of the mechanism includes the front and rear working chambers, inlet and exhaust valves and a fixture for closing and opening of the exhaust channels made in the form of a spring-loaded end face stopper coupled to a tractive member. At actuation of the pneumatic percussion mechanism, before the supply of compressed air, the exhaust channels are closed, they are opened after the inner cavities of the pneumatic percussion mechanism are filled with compressed air.
EFFECT: provided automatic cyclic action of the pneumatic percussion mechanism.
