The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely for friction products containing a reinforcing metal frame, for example, pads of disc brakes of cars, friction products for various machines and equipment, etc.

The disadvantage of analog is the complexity of manufacture of the product, due to the need to commit additional reinforcing expanded metal sheet (for example, by bolting, welding, and others), as well as, in some cases, the inability to manufacture products (for example, having small dimensions and thickness of brake pads of disc brakes subcompact cars).

Moreover, the possibility of compensation is absent from both of the projections of the polymer composite, which is surrounded by a metal over the entire height, and the holes in the frame, because the walls of the holes are in contact with the protrusions of the polymer composite over the entire depth. As a result, in conditions of variable thermal loads can crack the tabs, the spalling of material, etc. that reduce the strength of the protrusions “on the cut” and makes dangerous the further operation of the product.

The task, which is aimed by the invention, is to increase the strength of the connection of the armature and the friction element to shear loads under variable thermal loads during operation friction products. Another technical result, which can provide the claimed invention is the reduced mass of the friction element and the product as a whole, which reduces the cost of products, as well as reducing the strength requirements of the composite made of the tabs of the friction element, the panel is protected technology products.
