FIELD: building, particularly raised floor panels installed on adjustable supports and used for assembling floors in rooms equipped with computer or other electronic devices.

SUBSTANCE: panel includes inner load-bearing layer of resin-bonded chipboard material, upper and lower layers of sheet metal. At least two opposite sides of inner load-bearing layer are impregnated with primer and aqueous glue is applied to the sides. Above sides are then covered with polyvinylchloride coating. The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the panels off the floor, mounted on adjustable supports on the ground floor and designed primarily for rooms, equipped with computers or other electronic devices.

Known panel raised floor, mounted on adjustable feet and consisting of an inner supporting layer, made of wood material and United to glue metal sheet covering the upper surface of the inner layer, and a metal lucabrasi element covering the bottom surface and partially side faces. In the open lateral sides of the inner supporting layer made of excavation to install lamina edging profile of the electrically conductive material (EP 0391628, class E 04 F 15/024, 1990).

A disadvantage of the known solutions are increased labor costs associated with fabrication edging profile separately from the design of the panel.

The closest analogue to the claimed solution is the panel raised floor, including internal base layer of a wood composite material, the upper and lower layers (GB 990491, class E 04 F 15/024, 1965).

In the famous decision of the upper layer panels made from vinyl plastic, which reduces the rigidity of the panel increases its deformability, by referring the t dimensions in plan and does not provide removal of frictional electricity from the upper surface of the floor.

The technical task of the present invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the panel raised floor comprising an inner supporting layer wood composite material, the top and bottom layers, the top and bottom layers are made of galvanized steel, at least two opposed spaced side faces of the inner base layer impregnated with primer and then applying them water glue and coating of polyvinyl chloride, and the primer and water adhesive made of an acrylic base with the addition of graphite dust, and the inner layer has at least two layers of high density in contact with the top and bottom layers of the slab, this electrical resistance between the outer surfaces of opposite ends of the plate, covered with polyvinyl chloride is not more than 0.1 Ohm.

The connection cover is made from PVC with an inner bearing layer panel is implemented by timepressure under the pressure of 6-8 kg/cm2up to 150-300°and shutter speed for 3-5 seconds.

The end faces of the panel beveled to its base at an angle 5-8°mostly 6°.

The floor panel is designed for installation on adjustable feet floor consists of an inner solid base layer 1 made of chipboard material, the lower and upper layers 2 and 3, is made of sheet metal.

To ensure dissipation of electrostatic charges, as well as to increase rigidity of the ends of the panels of the floor, at least two opposed spaced side faces of the base layer wood composite material impregnated with primer and then applying to it the water of the adhesive 4 and the cover 5 is made from PVC.

To do this on the side faces of chipboard material is applied primer coating to a depth of 2-3 mm Next to the primer layer put water glue, use a primer and water acrylic glue by adding a conductive component, made in the form of graphite dust.
