The present invention relates to a dental prosthesis with an implant having multiple pins, each of which is mounted in a conical mounting hole nanoscaling implant and each of which has a corresponding occlusal tapered shank for connection to a dental prosthesis.

SUBSTANCE: device has conic extra-osseous part and intra-osseous part made as a whole and connected to each other by means of threaded neck part. The extra-osseous part is composed of two parts of which the first one is rigidly connected to the neck part and intra-osseous part and the second one is designed as closure appliance of truncated conic shape with fitting surface formed by irregular protrusion arranged on greater base diameter and rigidly connected along the cone axis to rod having a flat all along the rod length. The fitting surface of the first part is manufactured as through groove of irregular shape arranged along end surface diameter in perpendicular to its axis and turning into dead cylindrical hole connected to it. The closure appliance is mounted on the first part by matching congruent fitting surfaces of extra-osseous part pieces with smooth external conic surface being formed. Thread on the intra-osseous part has the same rounded pattern all along its length and pitch growing smaller in the direction of its rounded end having three notches for self-tapping.
EFFECT: simplified design; reliability in operation; shorter engraftment period.
