SUBSTANCE: dental prosthesis (10) is supported by implant and has several basal recesses (13) in prosthesis body (12). One conic cap (7) is fixed in each recess by potting with self-hardening plastic material. Each cap (7) is put on conic shank (6) of prong (2) introduced into conic opening of enosseous implant (1). To produce mentioned prosthesis, prefabricated members only are used. Conic caps (7) are fixed in body (12) of dental prosthesis (10) by potting it during single visit in dentist's room for producing prosthesis ready for use.

The present invention relates to a dental prosthesis with an implant having multiple pins, each of which is mounted in a conical mounting hole nanoscaling implant and each of which has a corresponding occlusal tapered shank for connection to a dental prosthesis.

Application fixed by pouring conical caps as connecting elements connecting the tapered shanks of the pins and dental prosthesis, allows for the use of prefabricated elements in just one session visit the dental practice, in particular without removing the cast and production models, completely make denture with conventional methods, especially by gluing or by polymerization, by combining conical caps in their position in which they are tapered shank, with the body of the prosthesis. Thus, in particular, there is no need to model, make and handle on a tapered shank pin primary crown. Due to this also eliminates any need for after fabrication of the actual denture and fit the dentist any more the operations in the dental laboratory. It does not require any removal of casts and production models.

Use only pre-fabricated elements can eliminate the shortcomings and solve problems associated with the expansion of the filling mass. There is no need not only time-consuming simulation of the primary and secondary elements, but also long-term preparation of secondary elements. The optimal orientation of the tapered shank is provided through the free positioning of the straight and bent pins in the conical hole of the implant.

The outer side of the conical cap 7 has a circular protrusions 9, which serve as retaining ledges for fixat and conical cap after filling the plastic.
