FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has hollow cylindrical body, branch pipes for extraction and output of sample and locking element. Body is made thick-walled. End portions of body are made in form of truncated cone and interconnected, on the side of lesser bases by means of channel. Branch pipe for extraction of sample is made elongated, with length equal to body diameter, and is let through in transverse direction of body through the center of said channel. Within limits of branch pipe cross-section its hollow is separated by slanted solid wall on two portions, each of which is connected thereto. One portion of branch pipe hollow is meant for taking sample, other one - for feeding reagent into well product. To receive trustworthy information about sample, by setting flow to homogenous state, inner surface of cone, on the side of larger base, is provided with rigidly fixed blades for turbulization of flow flowing into body, while diameter of channel connecting cones is selected equal to diameters of their lesser bases.

The invention relates to the field of oil industry, namely osteoma equipment mining oil wells, in particular, to a device for selection of the average sample product formation at the wellhead for research purposes.

Known for the selection of the average sample fluid at the wellhead through the valve wellhead equipment [1].

The disadvantage of it is that it is not possible to obtain reliable information due to the inhomogeneity of the flow cross-sectional area of the pipeline.

The lack of similar partially fixed in the device for selection of the average sample of fluid from the tubing at the wellhead [2], comprising a housing with inlet and outlet nozzles, lapped tube with two holes a and B and the handle to rotate 90°. It also contains respiratory and drain pipes. To seal the tube in the housing tube is provided with Salnikov device and a coupling nut.

The known device the technical nature more closely to offer and it can be taken as a prototype.

Its disadvantage is the complexity of the design, therefore, it is less reliable in operation. In addition, due to the inhomogeneity of the flow of the well fluid, select the representative sample is also of low quality and does not allow to obtain reliable information about the downhole products.

For the of ACA of the present invention is to simplify the construction of devices for sampling of product formation at the wellhead and obtaining high-quality samples, therefore, reliable information about the product reservoir, and extending its functionality.

The problem is solved by the described device comprising a hollow cylindrical body, nipples for selection and discharge of the sample, and the stop element.

What's new is that its body is made thick, the ends of which are made in the form of a truncated cone, and communicated among themselves, from smaller bases with the help of the channel, and a nozzle for sampling performed elongated, with a length equal to the diameter of the shell, and skipped through across the body through the center of the above-mentioned channel, while within its section of the cavity of the pipe divided by oblique deaf by a partition into two parts, each of which with it has a message, one part for sampling and the other for reagent supply into production wells, for example, emulgator, moreover, with the aim of obtaining reliable information about the sample by changing the flow in a homogeneous state, the inner surface of the cone, with the larger base, equipped with fixed blades for turbulence coming into the body of the flow, and the diameter of the channel connecting the cones, is chosen equal to the diameter of the smaller grounds.

A device for sampling of product formation contains thick-walled cylindrical body 1 (see figure 1), the ends of which are made in the form of truncated cones 2 and 3, with smaller bases facing each other, communicated between a reduced channel 4 with a diameter equal to the diameter of the above-mentioned bases of the cones. The outlet pipe for sampling communicated with the drain pipe 11 with the locking element 12 fixed to the housing by means of electric welding. The device operates as follows.

With the passage of the fluid through the narrow channel 4 through the opening 8 of the pipe 6 for sample enters the drain pipe 11 for removal and forth through the open shut-off element 12 into the receiving container (container of Fig. not depicted).

At the end of the sampling required volume shut-off element 12 is closed. If necessary, the sampling is repeated in the above sequence.

Technical and economic advantage of the invention is to obtain high-quality samples, therefore, reliable information about the products of the reservoir, which will allow technically competent to develop oil reservoirs, and the combination of him and the node to enter the chemical in the stream, expanding the scope of its application.
