The invention relates to a printing method and printed form for producing securities.

Know the use of securities, including notes, images in the form of painted across the width of the relief lines (U.S. Pat. US No. 4033059, CL G 09 F 7/16, 1977 - prototype).

This image is obtained using metallographic printing form on the surface of which is made deep strokes that form the printing elements having in cross section a triangular or trapezoidal symmetric profile. In the printing process when the contact printing plate with media on it are colored embossed lines with the same color within the entire profile of each line.

A disadvantage of the known technical solution is low security securities from a fake.

Also known a method of creating a latent image against forgery of securities, including execution using profile clichés relief lines on paper and then get on stamped paper of the image using the traditional type of printing, such as offset (U.S. Pat. RU # 2091239, CL 42 D 15/10, 1997).

This method has the following disadvantages: the sequential use of two processes of image acquisition and the complexity of providing precise alignment of the relief lines on paper with colorful and the imagination.

Problem solved with the present invention is an image obtained with an element of protection in the form of a latent image formed by embossed lines with different color side faces of lines per one contact with metallographic printed form.

Technical result achieved when using the present invention is to improve the reliability of the protection securities from a fake.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that the metallographic printing form for the manufacture of securities made with the printing elements in the form of in-depth strokes to provide educational opportunities on the media hidden colorful images to protect the paper against forgery, the profile of strokes has an asymmetric shape with different angles of inclination of the lateral faces.

The form is made with a triangular or trapezoidal profile of the stroke.

The side faces are vertical to the surface of the form angles in the range from 5° to 70°.

The angle of the strokes to the generatrix of the plate cylinder does not exceed 45°.

The width of strokes ranges from 60 to 500 μm, the depth of the strokes is from 20 to 150 microns.

The width of the gap elements between strokes ranges from 60 to 700 microns.

The form may have a ledge at the bottom of the stroke.

Over the awn steep face of the bar is made with micro-relief.

According to another variant of the method of manufacturing securities is that the carry forward of ink from the ink film thickness is not more than 2.5 μm on the metallographic surface of the printing form with an asymmetric profile of the strokes forming the printing elements, a clear gap elements from paint, providing additional forward a different color of ink from the ink film thickness not less than 5 μm, followed by re-purification of the gap elements, then when exposed to the printing plate on the carrier simultaneously carry two of the paint layer with the obtaining of the latent image in the form of embossed lines, the side faces are painted in various colors.

Securities are manufactured according to the above method.
