The invention relates to medicine, in particular to x-ray diagnostics, and can be used for the diagnosis of progressive and non-progressive forms of dysplastic coxarthrosis in the early stages of disease development.

Well-known traditional, existing for hundreds of years the clinical method of determining the type of flow dysplastic coxarthrosis, only apply if already developed clearly and distinct forms of the disease in adults. In adolescents, especially in the initial stages of the disease, when clinical and radiological signs of disease are expressed not enough to determine the type of the pathologic process is difficult and often not possible. Simultaneously, it should be noted that, in order to objectify the definition of the type of flow dysplastic coxarthrosis in adolescents, it is necessary to conduct x-ray examination of the hip joints (at least 4 x-rays in the respective projections) after certain time intervals (not less than 3 times per year). The closest analogue of the proposed method is a method of laser biophotometrical diagnosis of early signs of dysplastic coxarthrosis in adolescents (EN 2001101685 AND, 20.11.2002), including the detection of asymmetry biofotometriya indicators on healthy and diseased hip joint. This method allows to diagnose the initial manifestations of dysplastic coxarthrosis adolescents at the earliest (dorentinahetemi) stages of development of the disease, can not help in determining the type of the pathologic process (progressive, non-progressive) in the affected area that has a direct impact on the choice of tactics of treatment.

Our proposed method for the diagnosis of the disease consists in the following. In the serum of a teenager diagnosed with dysplastic coxarthrosis determine the content of the somatotropin. Blood sampling was carried out from Vienna, in the morning, on an empty stomach by a standard method. Principle of the test osteo hormone direct action of somatotropin is based on the fact that the defined hormone and its synthetic analogue (labeled with iodine-125) specific antibodies compete with each other for the number of binding sites, resulting in the formation of insoluble precipitate.
