SUBSTANCE: device is designed to control water tap by pressing on pedal in public service and industry. Proposed device contains pedal and water tap body with shutoff member. Shutoff member of tap and pedal are furnished with bellows, or diaphragm, or plunger chambers. Said chambers are filled with liquid and are interconnected by flexible pipeline.

The invention relates to equipment and sanitary-technical profile and can be used in municipal and industrial sector.

As you know, when carrying out hygienic water treatments are cases useless expiry of water from the tap or faucet, stop that fails because of busy hands. The magnitude of these losses, as a rule, exceeds the amount of useful water.

To eliminate identified problems require taps and mixers with advanced features ergonomically comfortable, controlled not only from the muscular force of arms, but also on foot effort.

Known water faucet, the handle is made in the form of two shoulders of the lever, the ends of which are connected with two-foot pedals through metal cables attached to the wall of the bathroom with the aid of the guide rollers. With each turn of the pedal in one or in the other direction is alternately opening and closing the taps with hot and cold water (RU, patent 2023928, IPC F 16 K 3/62, publ. 30.11.1994, is the similar.

The disadvantages of this device include its structural complexity, bulkiness, the need to secure the pedal to the floor surface without the possibility of free movement, as well as low reliability of the mechanism of the lock is the first drive in the course of its operation.

The closest technical solution to the proposed device is a device for saving water to the faucet with foot control (RF, application 2000129188, country priority KR, IPC E 16 To 31/62, publ. 27.10.2002,) prototype. The device consists of a body of water faucet and included in its composition sealing bar element (valve body)moving under the action of the attached end of the steel wire placed in the braided metal hose connecting the valve casing with the pedal. The other end of the steel wire is connected to the pedal element that is part of a pedal and comprising mechanism for causing movement of the steel wire when the foot impacts on the pedal.

In this device the connection of the pedal with the valve body carried by a flexible metal hose, however, the nodes and elements of the pedal and hose structurally complex, expensive and not very reliable in operation.

For example, the connecting metal hose with steel wire is not flexible enough and at small radii bends are prone to "jamming", hose size is limited in length. In addition, operation of the pedal element and the hose is made in conditions of high humidity, which requires the use of expensive corrosion-resistant materials, in particular, the wire should be projectors, toulene stainless steel.

The technical result that will be achieved as a result of use of this invention is to improve the reliability of the device and reducing the cost of manufacture.

The technical result is ensured by the fact that the device for saving water containing the pedal, the water valve with a shut-off organ, pedal and stop valve water valve equipped with bellows, or diaphragm, or piston chamber filled with fluid and is connected by a flexible pipe, and the stop valve water valve is further provided with a lock.

The invention consists in the design of the device.

Supply pedal and valve body the body of the water valve bellows, or diaphragm, or piston chamber filled with fluid and is connected by a flexible pipe, and the supply shut-off organ of the body of the water faucet lock, allows to increase the reliability of remote control water valve implemented with the use of pedal effort to expand its functionality to simplify the design and reduce the cost of the device.

As the material of bellows or diaphragm chamber, and the connecting pipe can be used an inexpensive polymer, rubber or other materials having the desired elasticity and durability.

From the analysis of scientific-technical and patent literature, the combination of these features have been identified that allows to make a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed technical solution the criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where

figure 1 shows the device, the pedal and the locking body which is provided with a bellows cameras;

figure 2 shows the device, the pedal and the locking body which is provided with a diaphragm chambers;

figure 3 shows the device, the pedal and the locking body which is provided with a plunger chambers.

The device shown in figure 1, includes a housing of a water faucet 1 by its constituent shut-off body of the sealing element 2, a piston 3, a return spring 4, the fluid-filled bellows chamber 5 and the retainer 6; pedal member housing 7, a cover 8, the return springs 9 and fluid-filled bellows camera 10, and a flexible conduit 11.

The device shown in figure 2 and 3, is structurally identical to the to prepare, presented in figure 1, with the difference that the composition of the shut-off organ and pedal includes a fluid-filled chamber of the diaphragm 12 and 13 (figure 2) or fluid-filled piston chamber 14 and 15 (figure 3).

The operation of the device is as follows.

Pressing his foot down on the pedal, the lid acts 8, located in the housing 7, and a fluid-filled bellows chamber 10 (Fig 1), or diaphragm chamber 13 (2), or plunger chamber 15 (Fig 3).

As a result, in chamber 7 of the pedal of the fluid is displaced through the flexible tubing 11 in a similar bellows 5 (1), or membrane 12 (2), or plunger 14 (3) camera, a subset of the closure body of the valve body 1. This leads to an increase in the volume of these chambers, and hence the movement of the rod 3, to host the sealing element 2, the opening and closing water faucet device. While it is possible that the foot pedal and the locking device of the crane is equipped with various types of cameras such as the pedal is provided with a bellows, and a stop valve - diaphragm chambers, etc.

When removing foot effort from the pedal under the action of the spring 9 returns to the initial position of the cover 8. At the same time, under the action of the spring 4 returns to the initial position of the rod 3 and peretaplivanii fluid from the chambers 5, 12 and 14 building the sa crane in the camera 10, 13 and 15 of the housing 7 of the pedal. The graph is taken as averaged temperature calibration graph and steady values of outside temperature are drawn above corresponding values of level. When taking subsequent measurements, the averaged temperature is determined again and if the value of level get lower it is assumed that water loss takes place because of leakage or evaporation of water caused by disturbance in leak-proofness of the air bag.

SUBSTANCE: method involves applying disinfectant on installation surface and flushing installation with fresh water after disinfection operation finishing. Disinfection is performed by aerosol treatment carried out by accelerating anolyte particles up to speed of not less than 100 m/c.
