Device for compacting soil in trench under pipeline
FIELD: construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices used for repair of underground pipelines and it can be used for compacting soil at sides and under pipelines of large diameter at repairing with digging down. Proposed device has single-bucket excavator as base machine whose working equipment is source of compacting motions, mechanism to transmit said motions to soil secured to dipper stick and working members with compacting plates. Mechanism to transmit compacting motions to soil is made in form of cylindrical ram connected to dipper stick of excavator and provided with fork on lower end whose eyes are connected with saddle. Ram is movable enclosed by cup with eyes on its upper end carrying rocker with tie-rods. Working members are made in form of two opposite bell cranks provided with compacting plates on ends. Bell cranks are hinge-connected with eyes of fork by means of common axle. Bell cranks are hinge-connected with tie-rods of rocker, and eyes of cup are hinge-connected with shackle of excavator dipper stick by means of tire-rod.
EFFECT: provision of guaranteed compaction of soil under large-diameter pipeline.
The invention relates to the field of repair of underground pipelines and can be used for compaction of soil on the sides and under the pipeline mainly large diameter at its repair with the tunnel.
To date, the pipeline after repairs buried without prior compaction of soil around the pipeline.
The need for surgery sealing prove the following factors:
1. When doing major repairs with digging the pipeline on one side of the pit constantly relies on the hard earthen prism, and on the opposite side of the pipeline lies on svezhenanesenny the ground with voids under the pipe. Naturally, under such conditions, the pipeline laid on svezhenanesenny the soil falls below the design position, flexing the pipeline and causing increased tension in it, especially around the transverse seam. Cases of breakthrough oil in the locations of the transverse joints of the pipeline.

It is known Device for soil compaction in the trench while pipe laying (see A.S. USSR №1520185 A1, IPC E 02 D 3/046, 1989), containing the source for sealing movements, basic machine, a carrier source sealing motion transmitting mechanism sealing motions to the ground.
Source sealing movements made in the form of the exciter of vibrations in the vertical plane. The transfer mechanism sealing the movements consists of glass, connected to the oscillation exciter and the rocker arm, pivotally connected with the glass. To the ends of the rocker arm attached two vertically spaced working body, made in the form of vertical posts with sealing plates at the end. The design of the fastening sealing plate allows it to attach at an angle.
However, the specified device  is designed for the compaction of soil, located on each side of the pipeline during the construction, when the pipeline falls on hard ground.
Such a device  cannot seal the soil will have is asisa under the pipeline, and is guaranteed to eliminate voids under the pipe, which are formed during the free backfill. The layout method of sealing plate angle does not address the issue of compaction of soil under the pipe of large diameter, as due to significant loads, directed perpendicular to the rack of the working body, a transmission mechanism sealing movements turns out to be extremely massive and the corresponding source of sealing motion (vibrator) also is not practical bulky.
The closest technical solution, selected as a prototype, is a device for soil compaction in the trench beneath the pipeline repair (see Patent EPO 0220373 A2, IPC E 02 D 3/074, 6.05.1987,), , containing as basic machine shovel excavator working equipment which is the source of seal movements attached to its handle transmission mechanism sealing motions to the ground and the working body with the sealing plate.
The disadvantage of this device for soil compaction in the trench beneath the pipeline , selected as a prototype, is that it is designed for compaction of soil, located on each side of the pipeline, only during construction, when the pipeline falls on hard ground, this device may not seal the soil under the pipe, and strinati voids under the pipe, which are formed during the free backfill.
The technical objective of the proposed device for soil compaction in the trench beneath the pipeline when the repair is to achieve a guaranteed compaction of soil under the pipe mainly large diameter (over ⊘ 820 mm and ⊘ 1020...1220 mm) and the elimination of voids in the pipeline that remain free after filling.
To achieve the mentioned technical result of the proposed device for soil compaction in the trench beneath the pipeline during repair, containing as basic machine shovel excavator working equipment which is the source of seal movements attached to its handle transmission mechanism sealing motions to the ground and working body with a sealing plate, unlike the prototype is equipped with additional working body with a sealing plate, and the transmission mechanism sealing motions to the ground is made in the form of a cylindrical rolling pin attached to the arm of the excavator and having on the lower end of the plug, with lugs which are connected to the saddle, and the rolling pin movably covered by glass lugs on its upper end, bearing rocker rods, while working bodies made in the form of two oppositely located with the ends of the sealing plate two shoulders arms, arnino connected to the lugs of the fork by means of a common axis, the arms pivotally connected with rods rocker arms, and ears cups pivotally connected to the shackle arm of the excavator by means of thrust at an angle that provides compression of the soil under the pipe.
Introduction to the operation of the seal allows you to:
- to repair pipelines with digging two pipe layers instead of the traditional three.
- eliminates the appearance of dangerous stress state of the pipeline during maintenance repairs;
- eliminates damage to the insulation of the repaired pipeline due to subsidence adjacent to the pipeline soil.
The proposed device for soil compaction in the trench in the repair of pipelines is illustrated in the drawings, figure 1-3.
Figure 1 shows a General view of the device for soil compaction in the trench in the repair of pipelines; figure 2 - section a-a in figure 1; figure 3 is a cross-section B-B in figure 1.
The inventive device for soil compaction in the trench in the repair pipeline consists of a single bucket excavator 1 (1), work equipment 2 which serves as a source of sealing movements of the transfer mechanism sealing motions 3 to the ground, which is attached to the handle 4 of the working equipment by means of cylindrical rolling pin 5 and the adapter 6. Skalka 5 shall be located on the lower Kontsevich 7, to oscam which is pivotally attached to the saddle 8. To the same oscam through the common axis 9 attached two working body, made in the form duplica levers 10 with sealing plates 11 at the ends. The roller 5 is movable along the axis of the cover glass 12, with lugs 13 on its upper end that is connected to the ring 14 of the excavator 1 thrust through 15. The outer diameter of the Cup 12 covered by the hole of the rocker arm 16 to limit movement along the axis of the Cup 12 by a nut 17 (figure 2).
The adapter 6 is a box in which to put the end of the handle 4 and is attached thereto by two conical bushings 18, tightening the bolt 19. Such complicated structure of the compounds is due to the fact that it is impossible to put a hole adapter 6 coaxially with the hole of the handle 4.
From turn the handle 4 is limited by a stop 20, which presses the handle to the support 21 by bolts 22. To the flange of the adapter 6 is attached to the flange 23 of the sleeve 24 through the spacer 25, and the sleeve 24 is still connected with the rolling pin 5.
For guiding the position of the working body relative to the pipe 26 is provided by a spring-loaded pointer 27 provisions of the working body height and the pointer 28 on the horizontal axis.
For determining the initial position of the work equipment 2 before beginning operation at each cycle and to determine the magnitude of the reversal of the boom to the frame of the excavator priceplan fixed strap 29, and to the cab attached to the moving arrow 30, the hydraulic cylinder 31.
At the ends of the rocker arm 16 pivotally mounted thrust 32, the second ends of which are also pivotally connected with two shoulders arms 10.
The device operates as follows.
Excavator 1 set with respect to the pipeline 26, summing the pointer 28 to the pipeline, as shown in figure 1, and the angular starting position of the working equipment 2 excavator 1 is put on the markings on the fixed plate 29. After that, the handle 4 with the sealing plates 11 is lowered vertically downward until it touches the pointer 27 with the pipe 26, and then the hydraulic cylinder 31 is lowered to the yoke 16 by moving the sealing plate 11 under the pipeline space.
Returning the rocker arm 16 to its original position, remove the sealing plate 11 from under the pipeline space, and, lifting the handle 4 is up, remove the sealing plate 11 from the soil. After working equipment 2 deploy on a given stationary plate 29 angle. The cycle repeats.

FIELD: equipment for pipeline laying and repair.
SUBSTANCE: mechanism comprises several identical carriages with outer and inner frames. Outer frames are provided with longitudinal guiding paths. Inner frames have guiding running wheels. Outer frames are installed on running wheels by longitudinal guiding paths. Each frame is provided with clip-on chucks connected one to another by hydraulic cylinders located in corresponding carriages. Carriages have support means resting upon pipeline. Support means are installed on inner frames. One carriage is fixedly connected with neighboring carriage through mounting panel used for attached implements mounting.
EFFECT: simplified structure and increased productivity.
