FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to brake systems of freight cars, namely, to design of brake riggings installed on bogies to transmit force of brake cylinder to brake shoes interacting with wheels. Proposed brake rigging includes vertical levers. Upper part of one of levers is connected with tie-rod of car brake system, and upper part of other lever, with shackle of dead point holder. Lower parts of vertical levers are connected by brace, and in middle parts brake beams are hinge secured being suspended through swinging suspension from brackets of side frames and connected by elastic rod installed parallel to longitudinal axis of bogie. One end of said elastic rod is secured in guide of first brake beam, and other end is mounted in guide of second brake beam for reciprocation. Novelty is that proposed brake rigging is furnished with second elastic rod connecting brake beams in mirror like manner, each elastic rod being provided with limiting head on one end and secured from side of one of brake beams by means of clamp with two coaxial holes feted on elastic rod and arranged inside guide. Bent-on wall of clamp encloses one of webs of brake beam guide and rod head. Elastic rods are installed in parallel on end parts of brake beams between brake shoe and spacer. One rod is secured in guide of first brake beam, and the other, in guide of second brake beam.
EFFECT: provision of parallel release of brake shoes from wheel roll surface at preservation of simple design.
The invention relates to brake systems used on freight cars railway transport, namely, to designs of brake rigging gear, mounted on the trolley and designed to transfer force from the brake cylinder to the brake pads, interacting with wheels.
Known AS the USSR №647163, 61 N 13/20, publ. in bull. No. 6, 15.02.79, which describes the design of the device for removal of brake pads of a rail vehicle. The device contains triangle with beams and struts are pivotally connected to the vertical arms. With the help of suspensions triangle suspended from the side walls of the truck. The vertical arms are connected pivotally with the puff. Spacers and tighten covered elastic straps, made in the form of a half ellipsoid of turns of wire and mounted between the vertical levers and beams of triangles with a backlash against them.
The disadvantage of this construction is inconsistent provision exhaust brake shoes against the tread surface of the wheel, because under the influence of dynamic loads during movement of the rolling stock of the elastic bracket is moved between the vertical arms and the beam of triangle that changes the center of gravity of the suspended triangle and distort it, thereby causing one end of the brake to odci contact with the surface of the wheel in the free state. Resulting in uneven wear of brake pads and reduced braking performance. Also known construction of the stabilizing device of the brake linkage truck car by A.S. USSR №774986, 61 N 13/36, publ. in bull. No. 40 of 30.10.80. This device has an elastic rod, connecting, suspended from the side walls of the frame on the pendulum so triangle is rigidly fixed on them brake pads bearing pads. The rod is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the truck and passes through guides triangles, one of which it is rigidly secured by nuts, and the other is mounted with the possibility of reciprocating motion.
This design is selected as a prototype.
The disadvantages of the above devices can be attributed to the close location of the elastic rod to the longitudinal axis of the truck, and thus the means of triangles that virtually prevents distortion triangle in the horizontal plane (in the plan) from the Popper is different horizontal forces, emerging in the process.
However, through hard nuts fastening the rod in one of the guides complicates the installation of the rod and disassembly of the brake system in the repair of trucks.
The task, which is aimed by the invention is the provision of a reliable removal of the brake pads from the wheelset when releasing the brakes, reducing the opportunities for mutual misalignment triangle in the plan, while maintaining a simple design and quick disassembly of parts brake transmission repair trucks.
The problem is solved as follows.
Triangle brake linkage connected on the terminal parts of the two parallel elastic rods, directed along the axis of the truck and having on one end a restrictive head. Moreover, one end of the first elastic rod, with the sides of the head, mounted in guides of the first triangle, and guides the second triangle mounted with the possibility of reciprocating motion. The second elastic rod connects triangle in the mirror. Each of the elastic rods secured from the head rail of one of triangles through brackets with two coaxial holes, worn on the rod and located inside the guide, and horizontalisation staples curves so that covers one of the shelves of the guide and head of the rod.
The essence of the invention is that the brake lever transfer truck of a railroad car consists of vertical levers, the upper part are connected, one with a pull of the brake system of the car, and the other with an earring holder dead point, the lower parts are connected by stretching and middle parts of the hinged triangle suspended on a pendulum suspensions on the brackets of the side frames and connected by elastic rods mounted parallel to the longitudinal axis of the truck and having on one side the head, the outer dimensions greater than the diameters of the holes in the rails. Thus the free ends of elastic rods are mounted with the possibility of reciprocating movement in the guide opposite triangle. Pneumatic drive is made in from of two individual double-acting pneumatic cylinders with possibility of use of air from main line of brake cylinder at braking for additional, drive apart from cylinder spring to provide clamp of rod of brake cylinder in brake-applied position and it is designed for fitting mechanical lock of brake cylinder rod onto brake cylinders of any type cars and locomotives.
