SUBSTANCE: proposed drain valve is design for organization of draining liquids of different type from containers. Proposed drain valve has seat secured in bottom of reservoir, cup installed on seat and overflow unit. The latter contains axially movable tube. Float arranged in cup is secured on outer surface of tube. Shutoff member is mounted on lower end of tube. Overflow unit is passed for axial displacement through cup. Overflow unit is mechanically coupled with rod of shutoff member lift handle. Cup is secured on seat by means of bayonet joint. Overflow unit is furnished additionally with inner tube. The latter is partially arranged inside overflow unit tube. Inner tube is installed for axial displacement and subsequent fixing in position relative to overflow unit tube by means of union nut and sealing gasket. The latter is clamed between tubes of overflow unit by union nut. Two diametrically opposite brackets are made on overflow unit tube from side of its upper end. Tie-rod is secured in each bracket from side of lower end. Upper end of tie-rods is secured in clamp. Longitudinal cut is made on free end of rod forming, at least, two cantilever flexible lobes. Each lobe is made in form of upward widening stop from outer side. Clamp is fitted on rod through stops on flexible lobes with possibility of action onto clap when shutoff member of drain valve is lifted by its handle.

EFFECT: improved reliability of drain valve owing to simplified design and overflow unit tube made symmetrical and adjustable in height suspension of overflow unit and possibility of its mounting in reservoirs differing n height.

The invention relates to drain valves to drain connection of the capacity of different types of fluids, including for draining water from the flush tank from the top starting with different height, used for flushing toilets installed in the lavatories of buildings for various purposes.

Known the drain valve, which merges the specified amount of water in the inlet opening of the cumulative camera, locking element which is controlled by the float opens when filled with water accumulating chamber and the location of the float in the cell at the specified level. However, this drain valve is too bulky and has a complex design.

The closest to the invention by the technical is usnote and the achieved result is the drain valve, containing the saddle, mounted in the bottom of the vessel, a Cup mounted on the saddle and node outage, including movable in the axial direction of the tube, on the outer surfaces of which are fortified placed in a glass float and at the lower end of which is mounted a shut-off element, and pipe node overflow skipped with the possibility of axial movement through the glass, and the node overflow kinematically connected with the rod handle lifting the locking element (patent FR 2609297, 08.07.1988).

However, this valve does not provide the possibility of its installation in containers of various heights, which is associated with a fixed height of node outage, but a complicated system adjust the length of the rod handle lift gate valve reduces the reliability of his work.

Task to be solved by the present invention is directed, is to increase the reliability of the drain valve by simplifying its design and execution symmetric, height-adjustable suspension tube site overflowing with adjustable height of node outage and the possibility of locating in different containers.

The mentioned technical problem is solved due to the fact that the drain valve includes a seat attached to the bottom of the vessel, a Cup mounted on the saddle and node outage, including movable in the axial direction of the tube, on the outer surface of which is fortified placed in a glass float and at the lower end of which is mounted a locking element, moreover tube site overflow skipped with the possibility of axial movement through the glass, and the node overflow kinematically connected with the rod handle lifting the locking element, with the glass attached to the saddle by means of a bayonet connection, a node overflow further comprises an inner tube, which is partially located inside the tube site outage, and the inner pipe is installed with the possibility of axial movement and subsequent fixing its position relative to the tube site overflow through the Union nut and gasket sandwiched coupling nut between the pipes node overflow pipe node overflow from its upper end made two diametrically oppositely spaced bracket, each which is fixed with the lower end of the rod, and the upper end of the rod is fixed in the bracket, the free end of the rod is made a longitudinal incision with the formation of at least two cantilever elastic petals, each of which the outer side is made in the form of extending to the top of the stop bracket is attached to the rod through the lugs on the elastic petals stem from the influence of the stops on the bracket when lifting the handle rod of the locking element, the drain valve.

The analysis of various types of drain valves showed that one of the main requirements is inost their work and the universality of their use. Setting the glass on the valve seat by means of a bayonet connection allows you to easily assemble and disassemble the drain valve without using a special tool that dramatically reduces operating costs and allows you to quickly assemble the drain valve if installed in a vessel, for example in the waste-holding tank of the toilet, and in the process of operation to quickly clean the valve or replace the damaged valve components. The fastening rod to the bracket loosely mounted on the stem of the handle enables you to use the drain valve in the case of non-axial positioning of the rod handle and tubes node outage. Using the Union nut and gasket for fixing the position of the tubes node overflow relative to each other allows tightly and rapidly the ro to connect the pipes.

Thus, achieved the goals set forth in the invention technical problem - improving the reliability of the drain valve and the possibility of installation in different containers.

The bracket 16 attached to the shaft 8 through the lugs 18 on the elastic petals 17 of the rod 8 with the possibility of exposure lugs 18 on the bracket 16 when lifting the handle 9 of the rod 8 of the locking element 7, the drain valve.

The drain valve operates as follows.

In the closed position, the locking element 7 is located on the saddle 1 and pressed against the latter by the pressure of a liquid medium, if any, is in the tank. Site outage 4 does not allow you to rise to the level of liquid medium in the vessel above the point where you want the upper section of the inner pipe 11 of the node overflow 4. If necessary, drain the liquid from the tank lift handle 9, which causes the moving up of the rod 8. After reduction of the level of liquid medium in the vessel below the level of the float 6 starts the backward movement of the pipe 5 node overflow down to 4 until the locking element 7 will not fall on the saddle 1. The drain valve automatically returns to its original closed position.
