FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-conventional power sources, and it can be used in plants using energy of wind, river, deep sea and other currents. Proposed plant contains one or several vertical shafts and horizontal rods with blades. Said hollow rods are installed on shafts for limited turning relative to their axes. Opposite blades of each rod are rigidly secured on rod square to each other and eccentrically relative to axis of rod. Shafts adjacent in horizontal direction are made for rotation in opposite directions.

EFFECT: provision of simple ecologically safe device operating at any direction of current in liquid and gaseous medium and at medium interface.

The present invention relates to alternative energy sources and can be used in installations using wind energy, river, deep sea and other currents.

The known device that converts kinetic wind energy into electrical energy (see ed. mon. No. 1020622, bull. No. 36, 1983, No. 1116307, bull. No. 36, 1984, No. 1423777, bull., No. 34, 1988, French patent No. 2704908 and others).

The known device that converts the energy of sea waves, tides (see ed. mon. No. 1097819 and others).

These devices are not universal, bulky, require orientation in the flow and not always environmentally friendly.

These drawbacks to some extent excluded in the device (see patent No. 2141576). The objective of the invention is to create a simple, environmentally friendly device that is not critical to the direction of flow, and working in liquid and in gaseous environment, and also on the topic of environments.

Figure 1 presents the scheme of arrangement (module a minimum of difficulty) with single shaft, two rods and blades overhead. In comparison with the known proposed device has the following advantages:

- can work in liquid and in gaseous environment, and also on the topic of media without orientation in the direction of flow;

- allows you to collect installation of any power of unified modules;

- environ the automatic safe noise factor, as the speed of movement of the blades is less than the flow velocity.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has two circular bladed rotors mounted one on top of other, linear generator in-between, and central pylon coupled with rotors. Blades of circular rotors are position so as to provide for opposing rotation of rotors.
