Device is provided with additional two coaxially mounted rollers, mounted in zone of connection of end of flexible link, skirting side roller of carriage, and single roller, mounted in zone of connection of second end of flexible link. One of branches of flexible link after carriage roller skirts single roller and each branch of flexible link skirts coaxially mounted rollers on opposite sides.

The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to installations for drilling small and medium-depth wells.

Known drilling rig, which includes the basic machine with mast on the upper and lower ends of which are mounted rollers, and the feed mechanism of the drilling tool in the form of a cylinder with a movable body with rollers and mounted rigidly on the mast shaft, the drive of the drilling tool mounted on a flexible link, the ends of which are connected to the mast and which in turn encircles the roller on the housing of the hydraulic cylinder, mast rollers and the second roller on the housing of the hydraulic cylinder /see the Federal Republic of Germany patent No. 1583848, CL E 21 5/06, 1975/.

The disadvantage of this setup should include the complexity of the design and, as a consequence, small reliability.

Closest to the proposed to the technical essence and the achieved result is a rig that includes a platform and placed on the platform of the oil station drive, mast and feed mechanism drive drilling tool, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, the body of which is rigidly fixed on the platform and on the free end of the rod which has a carriage with two rollers placed along the length of the rod, two rollers mounted at the top and bottom of the mast, and a flexible link attached with their ends in place is extremely what about the position of each of the rollers of the carriage when vtyanuta and extended rod of the hydraulic cylinder and around the rollers of the carriage with internal hand, but clips of the mast from the outside (see U.S. patent No. 2868019, NCI 175-165, 1959).

To the disadvantage of the prototype should include the fact that the feed mechanism of the prototype includes the installation of a hydraulic cylinder on the mast that aggravates and complicates the last complicates supply lines installation and eliminates the possibility of installation in cold weather.

The technical result of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages of the prototype.

The technical result of the invention is achieved by the fact that the drilling rig, including the platform and placed on the platform of the oil station drive, mast and feed mechanism drive drilling tool, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, the body of which is fixed on the platform and on the free end of the rod which has a carriage with two rollers placed along the length of the rod, two rollers mounted at the top and bottom of the mast and flexible link attached with their ends in end position of each of the rollers of the carriage when vtyanuta and extended rod of the hydraulic cylinder and around the rollers of the carriage on the inner side, and the rollers of the mast with external according to the invention the installation is equipped with an additional two coaxially mounted between the rollers, placed near the mounting end of the flexible element, the envelope of the extreme roller carriage, and a single what oliku, established in the area of attachment of the second end of the flexible link, with one of the branches of the flexible link after roller carriage around a single roller and each of the branches of the flexible element around coaxially mounted rollers on opposite sides, and the mast is mounted to rotate around a point that is coincident with the axes coaxially mounted rollers has a drive of its rotation, and when drilling vertical wells placed perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder.

The combination of known and proposed essential features of the invention is a causal relationship with achievable technical result of the invention and allows us to assert that the proposed solution meets the conditions of patentability - novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability of the proposal.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows the proposed drilling rig.

The drilling rig includes a self-propelled vehicle 1 is placed on its chassis platform 2. On the platform is installed in the mast 3 with the carriage 4, the carriage 4 is installed on the mast 3 can move along the length of the mast. The second end of the flexible element 15 is fixed at the point 16, is placed at the level of the roller 14. One end of another flexible element 17 is fixed on the lower end of the carriage 4 and the branch of the flexible element 17 in turn encircles the lower roller 7, the second coaxially mounted rollers 13 on the opposite side of the flexible element 15 and the outer roller 11. The second end of the branches of the flexible element 17 is fixed at the point 18, is placed at the level of the rollers 13, i.e. in the place of the extreme positions of the roller 11 with extended piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder.

All machinery and equipment of the drilling rig, including a pump for rinsing wells and workplace driller, except the support 12 with the rollers 13 of the mast 3, posted by entombed 19, allowing the heat of exhaust gases of the engine self-propelled means 1 to create within the shelter of the positive temperature and to ensure year-round operation of the proposed installation in areas with a long duration of low temperatures.

The mast 3 is installed with the possibility of rotation around a point coinciding with the axis of the roller 13 has a drive rotation /not shown/ and when his turn may take the perpendicular, oblique or parallel /in the transport position/ position relative to the platform.

Works proposed rig is as follows.

When applying the operating agent from the pumping station in the piston 20, the cylinder chamber 8, the rod 9 is moved to the right and through the roller 10 in the branch 15 of the flexible link creates an axial force that moves the actuator 5 of the drilling tool up when removing the tubing from the well.

When applying the operating agent in the rod 21 of the cylinder chamber, the piston rod 9 moves to the left and through extreme roller 11 in the branches of the flexible element 17 generates an axial force that moves the actuator 5 downward, creating an axial load on the drilling tool.

The combination of the axis of rotation of the mast with the axes of the rollers 13 allows the rotation of the mast from its vertical position into an inclined and horizontal /transport the second/ back and forth without movement of the branches 15 and 17 of the flexible link and without creating in the branches of the axial forces.

The cylinder 8 of the feeder is placed near oil station, which allows to simplify both the hydraulic system and the entire design of the installation.

In comparison with known systems in which the cylinder is placed on the mast, the proposed setup allows to considerably simplify the design of the hydraulic system installation, to reduce the load on the mast, to improve the working conditions of drilling personnel and to increase the operating time of the rig in the cold period, and hence to increase the ratio of the extensive use of equipment.
