The invention relates to the field of coatings and can be used as a primer when painting surfaces of steel, aluminum and their alloys.

In the world practice known chemical - and corrosion-resistant primers used for the dyeing of terrestrial and underwater metal structures based on aqueous dispersions of polymers (latex).

So in 1939 the German firm BASF Corp. (US) obtained aqueous dispersion of a polyacrylate and polyurethane, recommended by them as a primer to protect from rust metal structures (Patent EP No. 0551568, MKI C 09 D 5/08, 09 D 133/06, C 09 D 175/04, 1993).

Later in 2003, the company d.w. Ostendorf GMBH & Co Kb (DE) create a composition for water-based corrosion protection of metal structures, including esters of acrylic and methacrylic acids (Patent EP No. 1298174, MKI C 09 D 129/14, C 09 D 133/06, C 09 D 151/00, C 09 D 5/02, 2003).

According to the authors, the composition differs in that it does not contain emulsifiers. Method of manufacture of the composition is as follows:

A mixture consisting of water (10 concerns), crosslinking agent (0,5 concerns), 15%aqueous ammonia solution (0,1 concerns), conventional antifoam (0,4 concerns), butylglycol (4 concerns), titanium dioxide (25 concerns) and barium sulfate (7 concerns) are thoroughly dispersed to the size of particles less than 10 microns, then add 52 concerns polyacrylate aqueous dispersions and 1 concerns polio atanasovo sealer. the pH of the composition 8,5-9,0, which is controlled by a 15%aqueous ammonia.
