SUBSTANCE: apparatus has supporting members made in the form of cables attached in cantilevered manner to frame top, and irrigation pipeline connected to vehicle through pumping unit. Irrigation pipeline is coupled to frame by means of carrier carcass. Irrigation pipeline and carrier carcass are made sectioned. Each carrier carcass section is defined by pair of C-shaped bent profiles with flat rings at their ends. Profiles are arranged at an angle to one another with their wide strips to define trough. Sections of flexible pipelines made from low-pressure polyethylene are laid on trough. Ends of pipelines are embraced with bands made in the form of steel bushings. Ends of pipelines are joined by means of adapter member. Input parts of connecting member are made conical. Each adapter member is formed as hollow screw with left-handed and right-handed conical threads on their outer surface. Mid portion of screw has disk for fixing irrigation pipeline sections in operating position in rings of carrier carcass by means of paired spacer bushings and attachment means. Disk of adapter member is equipped with group of openings used for assembling-dismantling works. Openings for connection to threaded ends of cables are made in peripheral portions of carrier carcass flanges.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of precipitation in the form of rain drops through width of mobile unit, reduced material usage, simplified construction, and enhanced reliability in operation.

The invention relates to agricultural irrigation technique and can be used in a mobile sprinkler installations for overhead irrigation.

Known sprinkler comprising a frame made of pipes with a handle mounted on it, the drum, the tubular axis of which is connected through a flexible hose drum to the sprinkler riser apparatus, in which, to simplify design and improve maintainability, the handle connected to the frame hinge, made hollow and is hydraulically connected with the tubular axis of the drum, while the junction of the sprinkling apparatus is mounted on the free end of the arm; provided with supporting wheels and the handle is equipped with a backup vertical position when watering and lock the horizontal position during transportation (see SU, copyright certificate №1500208. This sprinkler accepted by us as naiblizhajshee equivalent.

The disadvantages of this setup are of low reliability, the design complexity and high materiality at 1 m working width.

The essence of the claimed invention is as follows.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known sprinkler. containing a console attached to the top of the frame supporting elements in the form of cables and irrigation piping associated with the vehicle through the pump installation according to the invention the irrigation pipeline to the frame connected by means of a supporting frame, irrigation pipe and bearing frame made in sections, each section supporting frame formed by a pair of C-shaped bent profiles and flat rings at their ends, and the profiles a wide shelves are installed at an angle to each other and form a trough, which laid section of flexible pipelines of low pressure polyethylene, and the ends covered by bandages and related transition elements made in the form of a hollow screw with left and right tapered threads on the outer surface, while the middle part of the screw has a drive to capture sections of irrigation pipe in the rings of the supporting frame by means of pairwise installed remote sleeves and fastening means; drive the transition element is equipped with a hole to run the Assembly and dismantling; on the periphery of the flanges of the supporting frame with holes for connection with the threaded ends of the cables; the lead-in part of the connecting element is made conical.

Due to the fact that irrigation sectional line made from polyethylene pipes low pressure, and framing - from-shaped roll-formed sections, is achieved by the above technical result.

Information confirming the possibility of implementing the claimed invention are as follows.

Sprinkler installation (see figure 1) contains a console attached to the top 1 frame 2 supporting elements 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in the form of cables and irrigation pipe 11 from the left and right wings. The pipe 11 is connected to the vehicle 12 through the pump unit 13 and the suction is labuci valve 14.

The frame 2 is made of pipe and wedge-shaped. The top 1 wedge forms a pipe, located parallel to the road surface (vehicle chassis 12). As a means of transport can be used crawler tractors class thrust 3 (T-150K, DT-75M, VT-100 and others).

Suction floating valve 14 provides the abstraction of irrigation water from the open channel 15 when the vehicle 12.

On the surface of the irrigation pipe 11 with a given step are placed sprinkler heads.

Irrigation pipe 11 to the frame 2 is connected via a supporting frame 17. Irrigation pipe 11 and the support frame 17 is made sectional. Each section 18 of the supporting frame formed by a pair of C-shaped cold-formed sections 19 and 20 and the flat rings 21 and 22 at their ends (see Fig. 2-4).

Cold-formed sections 19 and 20 wide shelves are installed at an angle to each other and form a trough. On the chute supporting frame 17 are stacked section 18 of the irrigation pipe 11 made of polyethylene of low pressure. The ends of the tubes in each section 18 is covered by a casing 23 and 24 and associated transition element 25. The transition element 25 is made in the form of a hollow screw with left and right tapered threads 26 and 27. The lead parts 28 and 29 of the connecting element 25 is made conical. The middle part of the transition element 25 has a drive 30 for fixation of adjacent sections 18 and p is cast pipe 11 in the rings 21 and 22 of the supporting frame 17 by means of pairwise installed remote bushings 31 and 32 and the means 33 is mounted. The transition element 25 provided with a hole 33 to complete the Assembly and dismantling of a special key 34 and clamps (not shown). On the periphery of the rings 21 and 22 of the supporting frame 17 with holes 35 for connection with threaded ends 36 of ropes supporting elements 3-10 through special nuts 37 and shaped washers 28.

Sprinkler operates as follows.

Irrigation water from the open channel 15 floating suction valve 14 during movement of the vehicle 12 is fed into the cavity of the pump unit 13. They are water under pressure is directed in the left and right wings of the irrigation pipe 11.

Sprinkler nozzles on the irrigation pipeline 11 precipitation in the form of rain distributed throughout the length of the pipeline 11, similarly to the width of the capture of the sprinkler installation.

Having anti-corrosion properties, sections of irrigation pipe 11 made of polyethylene of low pressure have a limited service life. The design sprinklers has the properties of fast Assembly and dismantling of its individual sections 18. To replace the plastic pipe low pressure operator sprinkler installation goes as follows. Release means 33 mounting rings 21 and 22 and the disk 30 of the transition element 25 (see figure 2). Next, a special key 34 holding the capture of one of the pipe sections 18, clinivet transition element 25. During the rotation of the left and right-hand threads 26 and 27 of the transition element 25 to freely release the ends of the pipe section. Doing so as in the related section 18. Each section has flexible pipeline segment positioned on carrier member made in the form of pair of longitudinal supports having bent C-shaped profile and flat rings at their end portions. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for mechanization of drop sparkling of farm crop. Proposed truss includes central panel in form of regular pyramid with square base made of pipes with flanges for connecting bottom chords and four suspensions. Suspensions are orientated along ribs of pyramid and one post. Post is arranged in central panel on one of side faces along apothem. Left-hand and right-hand cantilevers are mated with central panel. Each cantilever consists of one end panel and thirteen intermediate panels. End panel is made in form of guy truss. End panel is mated with truss panel by means of distance piece and inclined braces whose mated ends are orientated downwards in cross vertical plane of truss and are located lower than distance piece. Ends of front and rear water passing pipes are connected with guy truss pipeline by V-shaped water passing member. Panels of guy truss are formed by posts and distance pieces, inclined braces and tension members vertically orientated in longitudinal vertical plane. Water passing pipeline of guy part of truss is furnished with drain cock. V-shaped water passing member consists of steel pipes of equal section equal to sections of front rear water passing pipes and pipe line of guy truss. One of pipes of V-shaped water passing member is sectional and provided with threaded sleeve. Sleeve is fitted on threaded bushings. Bushings are installed with displacement outwards from ends of pipes. Bushings are connected by closed girth welds with end sections of parts of pipes to be connected. Insert made of plastic, for instance, fluoroplastic, is mounted between end faces of sectional parts of pipes and in plane of threaded bushings. Inner section of insert is equal to sections of pipes of V-shaped water passing member. Proposed two-cantilever self-aligning truss for sprinkling machines provides uninterrupted delivery of sprinkling water to short range heads of intermediate panels and long-range heads on guy part of truss.

EFFECT: reduced materials usage, improved sprinkling.

Proposed truss has upper and lower chords, central panel in form of regular pyramid with square base and left-hand and right-hand cantilevers mated with pyramid. Central panel has square base made of tubes with flanges for connecting lower chords and four suspensions orientated along ribs. Panel is provided with one post located on one of side faces along apothem of pyramid. Each cantilever consists of thirteen intermediate panel and one end panel. Ends of front and rear water tubes in guy-rope part are relative mated by V-shaped water supply member with tube of truss guy-rope part. Panels of guy-rope part of truss are formed by posts and braces, tilted struts and tension members orientated in longitudinally vertical plane. water supply pipeline of guy0rope part is furnished with drain valve. Proposed truss provides 15-20% reduction of materials usage.

SUBSTANCE: girder has central panel with two cantilevers pivotally fixed thereon. Each of two cantilevers is made in the form of mutually perpendicular vertical and horizontal girders having belts, columns, angle braces and sprinkler heads on water supply girder. Pipelines on central panel and water supply girder are made in the form of curved circuit line in transverse-vertical plane of sprinkler unit. Circuit line equation is y=a/2(ex/a+e-x/a), where a is distance from surface of field to be irrigated to pipeline arranged in mid portion of central panel; e is Napierian base (Napierian number); x and y are abscissae and ordinates of unknown points of pipeline in Cartesian coordinates XOY, the beginning part of which is aligned with field surface and with vertical axis of symmetry of girdle.
