SUBSTANCE: the method for salvaging of trinitrotoluene, whose term of safe storage has expired consists in the fact that trinitrotoluene is fed to the combustion chamber in a melted state (at a temperature of 80 to 90 C) and burnt off in the atmosphere of gaseous fuel-methane not containing oxygen in its composition, as a result of burning due to own oxygen of trinitrotoluene, a great amount of own carbon (soot) is extracted, which then finds industrial application. For burning of trinitrotoluene use is made of an installation including a combustion chamber, pressure regulators for delivery of molten trinitrotoluene and gaseous fuel (methane), electric igniter and a filter for catching soot.

EFFECT: provided safe method for salvaging of trinitrotoluene in the combustion chamber in the atmosphere of gaseous fuel (methane).

The invention relates to a method of burning solid fuel and can be used in the disposal of TNT.

According to the data in the world has accumulated about 4 million tons of ammunition, to be disposed of only in Russia these stocks reach 1.7 million tons, 350 tons of them are explosives (he), and the main - TNT.

Known methods of utilization of TNT expired term safe storage:

1. Use as industrial EXPLOSIVES, individually or as mixtures with ammonium nitrate.

2. Crushing tires.

3. The allocation of TNT useful chemicals.

4. The production of diamonds.

The use of TNT as a source of chemical raw materials allows to obtain a wide range of dyes, hardeners, components of the polymer compositions.

The aim of the present invention is to provide a safe way to dispose of TNT in the combustion chamber in an atmosphere of gaseous fuels - methane.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the proposed plant, which is a thick-walled combustion chamber 1 with screw-on nozzle 2, in which is placed a filter 3 for trapping soot. Methane gas and molten TNT fed to the combustion chamber through pipelines, the flow is governed by the gear 4. Ignition of the combustible with the art is the electric igniter 5, in this first ignited molten TNT, and then into the combustion gas methane.

TNT in the combustion chamber is fed in molten (at a temperature of 80° ... 90° (C) the form, which becomes possible due to the relatively low value of its melting temperature. Intensive decomposition of TNT starts at temperatures in excess of 150° C, therefore the proposed method of disposal of TNT is safe.

In the combustion of TNT due to the minimal amount of oxygen available in the TNT, is a chemical decomposition scheme CaHbOcNdC+CO+N2, in which a large amount of carbon soot, which can be later used in the chemical industry as a key component in the manufacture of rubber products, paints and varnishes, electrical products and so on

The proposed method allows to combine the processes of recycling of TNT and conventional carbon black production, increasing by burning her out, because obtaining industrial soot based on the combustion of methane under conditions of lack of oxygen.

1. The method of disposal of TNT expired term safe storage, characterized in that, with the aim of ensuring explosion and fire safety, TNT baking is carried out in the combustion chamber in a molten (at a temperature of 80...90° (C) the form and is burned in an atmosphere of gaseous fuels - methane, does not contain oxygen, as a result of burning, due to its own oxygen of TNT, a large amount of free carbon (soot), which later finds industrial application.

2. The method of disposal of TNT according to claim 1, characterized in that the combustion of TNT is used, the installation comprising a combustion chamber, gearboxes for feeding molten TNT and gaseous fuel (methane), the electric igniter and a filter for trapping soot.

FIELD: uncharging of ammunition filled with hexogen-containing explosives.

SUBSTANCE: the method is based on crushing of the explosive charge being in the ammunition body by action on the central part of the charge simultaneously by a face circular milling cutter and by jets of high-pressure liquid, the peripheral part of the charge is influenced by jets of high-pressure liquid by feeding them through the nozzle heads of the nozzle block being at the end of a hollow rod accomplishing a translational motion, the ammunition body accomplished a rotary motion, and extraction and transportation of the explosive mix and liquid are performed by feeding of low-pressure liquid jets through the nozzles of the nozzle block. The claimed method is realized with the aid of an installation, made in which on the face surface of the nozzle block installed at the end of the hollow rod, is a circular milling cutter with grooves located in the zone of action high-pressure liquid jets, and two nozzle heads are installed, their water-supplying ducts are symmetrical relative to the axis of the nozzle block. An additional nozzle head with water-supplying ducts is located on the side surface of the nozzle block.

EFFECT: enhanced safety of uncharging of ammunition and obtaining of explosive suitable for further use.
