SUBSTANCE: multilayer rolled polymeric 2.7 mm thick floor covering has base comprising lower layer of nonwoven needle-stitched material of polyester or polypropylene filaments or mixture of filaments having thickness of 1.3-2.0 mm, density of 200-360 g/m2, and upper polymeric layer composed of at least two polyvinyl chloride layers. Lower polyvinyl chloride layer has glass fabric or mineral paper used as reinforcement material and having thickness of 0.6-1.0 mm. Thickness of transparent face layer is 0.12-0.50 mm. Middle polyvinyl chloride layer of polymeric layer may foamed and provided with decorative relief pattern.

EFFECT: increased decorative effect, improved wear resistance, heat and sound isolating properties and sanitary and hygienic qualities of rolled covering.

The invention relates to the field of layered materials, particularly to roll PVC floor coatings in construction, usually called “linoleum”.

In modern conditions the most important operational and technical requirements of polymeric materials for coating floors are:

the maximum of industrialization, technological and ukladyvaemost coatings;

- high physical-mechanical properties and physico-chemical properties (wear resistance, dimensional stability, small deformation under load, resistance to dirt and stains);

- certain sanitary indicators (low pollutant emission, low total toxicity for PVC floor coverings);

- high decorative and aesthetic and heat and sound insulating properties, as well as the low capacity of let polymeric materials.

Abroad and in recent years in the Russian Federation the most technologically advanced floor coverings are PVC foam coating to the base of the glass fiber type foamed coatings “Cushioned vinils” width from 3 to 4 meters, stacked on the entire area of single rooms carpet without prirezki, welding separate canvases, excluding these additional operations. Known multi-layer roll of plastic coating, representing heat and sound insulation linoleum, made from a fibrous substrate with a deposited elastic proclaim based on polyvinyl chloride and personal protective transparent film at a ratio of thickness of the PVC coating and the fibrous bases 2-7:1, wherein the fibrous base is made of and restowage cardboard on the basis of asbestos fibers (EN 20214004 C1, 15.10.1994).

Currently, however, because of the Carcinogenicity of asbestos fibers the use of asbestos-cardboard housing is prohibited.

Closest to the proposed technical solution is vinyl flooring (linoleum), consisting of two layers: the top and bottom. The top vinyl layer can be made from transparent PVC film having a printed pattern. The bottom layer of linoleum serves as teplozvukoizolirujushchej underlay (GOST 18108-80, Linoleum PVC on teplozvukoizolirujushchej underlying cause, 11.01.1984).

Known linoleum is the closest analogue to the stated floor and accepted by the applicant for the prototype. The disadvantages of the known coating should include low razmorozhennoe (high shrinkage according to GOST 18108-80 0,4-0,8%, but it is really up to 2.5%), which reduces the durability of the linoleum. The loss of heat and sound insulating properties during operation due to rotting and seal needle-punched, non-woven framework of jute, bast, and a mixture of synthetic fibers and recycled materials. Also known linoleum can be made only by the width of 1350-1800 mm and cannot be made with a width of 3 to 4 m for laying a single carpet without prirezki and welding of individual panels.

In the proposed invention (multi-layer roll of plastic floor covering) the above drawbacks, including prototype eliminated due to the fact that multi-layer roll of plastic floor covering in the structure of the bottom adjacent to the base of the PVC layer contains glass fiber (or mineral paper) weighing 30-100 g/sq.m, the total coating thickness in the range of 2.7-3.3 mm, the thickness of the facial protective wear-resistant layer is in the range of 0.12-0.50 mm, and the substrate surface is used needle-punched nonwoven material of polyester, polypropylene fibers or mixtures thereof by weight 200-360 g/sq.m.

Stated coverage also differs in that (medium) vinyl polymer layer the top layer is made of foam with multicolor decorative relief pattern that mimics the structure of natural materials - wood, stone, linoleum.

The invention is illustrated in figure 1,2,3, where figure 1 presents the claimed coating in cross-section, consisting of 4 layers (front transparent SL is I, middle foamed layer with multicolor decorative embossed pattern, a compact layer containing in its structure the glass, and the bottom layer - the basics of needle-punched nonwoven material from a mixture of polypropylene and polyester fibers), figure 2 presents the claimed coating in cross-section, consisting of 4 layers (front transparent layer, a middle foam layer with multicolor decorative embossed pattern, mineral paper and the bottom layer - the basics of needle-punched nonwoven material of polypropylene fibers), figure 3 presents the claimed coating in cross-section, consisting of 3 layers (front transparent layer, the lower compact layer with multi-color decorative pattern, containing in its structure the glass, and the bottom layer - the basics of needle-punched nonwoven material made of polyester fibers).

The claimed coating consists of 2 or 3 PVC upper layer and the lower layer - the basics of non-woven needle-punched material, while the lower, adjacent to the base layer contains in its structure reinforcing the base - fiberglass (or mineral paper)that allows you to get razorscale coating width up to 4 m, and to obtain such coverage from foamed middle PVC layer with multicolor decorative embossed picture is om.

The claimed coating inherently presents a new design of polymer linoleum, which can be implemented at the enterprises producing PVC floor covering, as follows.

Example I

1. Ha the first stage, the top layer is made of a polymeric floor coverings, consisting of three PVC layers and fiberglass, in the following ways, for example:

- applying a primer layer of PVC plastisol composition weight 550-600 g/sq.m and gelation heat treatment on the heated drum (cylinder) at a temperature of 130-140°to obtain a lower compact layer thickness of 0.6 mm;

- deposition of the middle layer of PVC plastisol composition containing a blowing agent - porofor CHS-21 in the amount of 360 g/sq.m and its heat treatment on the heated drum (cylinder) at a temperature of 130-140°for pre-gelation medium layer;

- drawing on the middle layer multicolor printed by intaglio ink containing a foaming inhibitor;

- applying face of the transparent protective layer of PVC compositions completetly in the amount of 350 g/sqm and heat treatment of all three layers in a heat chamber at a temperature of > 200-220°With foam middle layer with the formation of the decorative relief pattern due to the impact of the inhibitor is spinimana in paints;

- the cooling of the upper polymer layer thickness of 1.5-1.6 mm and wound into a large roll width 4100 mm

2. In the second stage is the duplication of the upper polymer layer with a basis of needle-punched non-woven fabric of polyester staple fibers by weight 360 g/sq.m from the top polymer layer obtained in the first stage.

On the back side of the upper polymeric layer, the adhesive layer composition of PVC plastisol and is combined with the base - punched nonwoven material width 4100 mm, and then heat treatment is performed duplicated coating on the heated cylinder with a diameter of 1.8-2.0 m at a temperature of 140-160°C.

Thus formed fabric multi-layer polymer coating thickness of 3.3 mm is cooled to a temperature of 20-23°C, is the trimming of the edges to the width of 4000 mm material and cutting on the cross cutting device for measuring the length rolls of 25 meters each.

Example II

- applying face of the transparent protective layer of the compositions of PVC plastisol in an amount of 25 g/sq.m and two layers of heat treatment in a heat chamber at temperatures > 200-220°With foaming of the lower layer with the formation of the decorative relief pattern due to the impact of the foaming inhibitor in paints;

- the cooling of the upper polymer layer with a thickness of 1.7 · 1.8 mm and wound into a large roll width 4100 mm

2. In the second stage is the duplication of the upper polymer layer with a basis of needle-punched nonwoven material from a mixture of polyester and polypropylene fibers in a ratio of 80% - 20%) weighing 250 g/sq.m from the top polymer layer obtained in the first stage.

On the back side of the upper polymeric layer, the adhesive layer composition of PVC plastisol and is combined with the base - punched nonwoven material width 4100 mm, and then heat treatment is performed duplicated coating on the heated cylinder with a diameter of 1.8-2.0 m at a temperature of 140-160°C.

Thus formed fabric multi-layer polymer coating thickness of 3.0 mm is cooled to a temperature of 20-23°C, is the trimming of the edges to a width of 4000 is m and cutting on the cross cutting device for measuring the length rolls of 25 meters each.

The proposed device of the multilayer rolled polymer coating consisting of 3 layers with a thickness in a certain ratio, thanks to the application of the compact structure of the lower polivinilhlori the underwater layer as a reinforcing material glass fibre or mineral paper weighing 30-100/sq.m operates as a single design to improve its durability, razmorozhennoe, decorative and aesthetic and heat and sound insulating properties and to ensure the preservation of these properties in the future life coverage for a long time.

Comparative physico-mechanical characteristics of the claimed coating and is known for manufactured products (prototype) is shown in the table, which implies that the inventive multi-layer roll of plastic coating has better performance razorscale and durability, which allows to achieve the required performance in accordance with SNiP.

Thus, the claimed device, thanks to the introduction into the structure of the material reinforcing substrate of glass fiber (mineral paper) allows you to create an optimal design for a floor covering width from 3 to 4 meters with improved sanitary and hygienic characteristics, a significant increase in its razmorozhennoe, wear resistance and durability, throughout life to maintain these properties that meet the requirements for PVC floor coatings, laid directly on the concrete base in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
