EFFECT: increased forces of wheel-to-rail adhesion when locomotive moves off from place.

The present invention relates to the field of rail vehicles and can be used in the design of diesel and electric locomotives as mainline and shunting etc.

Known a pair of wheels of the locomotive, described in the book Design, calculation and design of locomotives. Despite its efficiency, this system is not the only contributes to the wear of the tires wheelset and other units of the locomotive, due to the ingress of sand, but also clutter up the path, and require significant investments in the training of sand before filling it in locomotive and complicates his outfit.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is to increase the friction wheels of the locomotive to the rails at the time of driving and being under the train.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the tires on their thickness equipped with various width and height of the grooves in which are movably spring-loaded flat compression springs of rectangular shape plungers carrying sickle-shaped hooks with a notch made on their surfaces facing the head rail of the railway track, and mudpluggers cavity mentioned grooves are connected to each other by channels associated with the radial passage in the wheel centres, attached to a controlled source of compressed air located on the locomotive.

A pair of wheels of the locomotive consists of axis 1 with a pressed on her wheel centers 2 and roller 3. The channel 14 is in contact with the circular channel 16, which is made axially fixed stop 17 provided in the guide 18, is rigidly fixed on the frame of the locomotive bogie (bogie frame in the drawing not shown) and spring relative to its compression spring 19. A pair of wheels interacts with the rails 20. All fixed lugs 17 with its circular channels 16 are connected by means of pipes 21 with a source of compressed air locomotive.

Under the action of compressed air pressure plungers 6 are moved in the direction of arrow D, elastically deforming the flat compression springs 10, which contributes to the output of the slots 5 of the hooks 7, which slide out from them at a slight distance of about 5-7 mm as a pair of wheels rotates, each of the hooks 7 can come into contact with the rail 20, and because of the presence on them of the notches 8 allows you to increase the strength of adhesion of the wheel to the rail. It should be noted that when each of the hooks will be included in the contact zone of band 3 with the surface of the rail head 20, it utopics back in the groove 4 in the direction opposite to the arrow D against the force created by the compressed air on the piston 6, but despite this notch 8 it will still be in contact with the rail head 20 and, therefore, to create conditions for the coupling of a wheel and a rail. As soon as the locomotive of the train will get steady movement, the air supply pipe 21 and cease under de is a result of the elastic properties, flat compression spring 10, the plungers 16 are returned to the initial position such as that shown in figure 3. Further the described process can be repeated.

Feasibility advantage of the proposed technical solutions in comparison with known practice, obviously, because it allows you to effectively increase the strength of adhesion of the wheels with the rail at the time of starting of the locomotive under the train.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway car running gear. Proposed mounted axle comprises differential axle, bearing assembly and two half-axles fitted one into another. Inner bearing assembly incorporates jointing barrel to be fitted on thrust and radial bearings intended for precise location of bearing outer races. Required radius of transition is set in half-axle, at transition from solid cross-section to cavity between bottom surface and cavity inner cylindrical surface to rule out concentration of stress at said transition. Solid cross-section half-axle is made integral with thrust collar, ledges and two journals to locate radial and thrust friction bearings.

EFFECT: required relationship between angular velocities of the wheel, higher reliability and safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering, particularly, to rail and automotive vehicles. Vehicle wheel pair includes axle and wheels the hubs o which are rigidly connected with the axle, and roll surface of at least one wheel is made on rim connected with hub with possibility of rotation. Connection of rim with hub is made by means of revolution surfaces, and connection parameters are chosen from condition that torque determined by friction forces in connection at the start of vehicle movement could be greater than torque which should be applied to wheel pair for vehicle take-off. Connection of rim with hub is made by means of insertion between them of spheric pair parts with spheric surfaces being able to perform sliding motions in three directions of the mentioned surfaces.

EFFECT: decrease in wear of rim and rail or wheel and road roll surface, better bend of road negotiation.
