SUBSTANCE: installation includes housing jointly secured to telescopic struts. Inside housing driven latticed drum with pouring-over helix is mounted in hollow perforated shaft. In order to set operation mode, inclination angle of drum axis is regulated due to changing height of struts and desired revolution number of drum is set.

The present invention relates to pharmaceutical equipment, specifically, to devices for grinding CT and removing them from the dust.
Known automatic line German company KILIAN, intended for the production of compressed tablets (see attached brochure). The line includes the installation to Saltovka and aspiration (dedusting) tablets containing a vertical cylindrical housing, which is installed inside the screw mechanism. Tablets coming from Tabletpress, captured by a screw, rise and purging. During tedding auger tablets with them are removed sharp edges and sucked the dust.
The disadvantages of the installation KILIAN should be attributed to its low productivity and high costs associated with construction of a screw mechanism, which occupies almost the entire volume of the body. For this reason, the processing of the other tablets (with a different diameter, fragility, and so on), you need to choose a new installation of the proposed firm KILIAN range.
More productive, in our opinion, is the technology of Saltovka and aspiration tablets with the use of an inclined drum with inner pouring node. Search by IPC class A 61 J 3/00 revealed no patents relating to devices for Saltovka and aspiration medicinal tablets. On the other hand, from the Ural branch of the nya known in the art installation for Saltovka, aspiration and sorting non-medical items, such as a device for sorting flat crystals containing a cylindrical casing with mechanical disks, one of which is connected with the actuator, and a pneumatic chamber (see A.S. USSR №997842, 07 4/08, 1983).
Closest to the proposed invention is the air-mechanical separator for fractions involving connected with aspiration system housing, which is equipped with a driving net drum with pouring shelves inside (see RF patent №2010622, CL VV/00, 1994 - prototype).
The disadvantages of the prototype should include the lack of modes Saltovka for different medicinal tablets.
The technical challenge is to extend the functionality by providing modes Saltovka and aspiration required for various medicinal tablets.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the plant for Saltovka and dust control pills, including the base of the rack, the drive is connected to the suction system of the body, inside of which is placed equipped with a pouring device net drum, kinematically associated with the drive pulley is located by means attached to the surface of the radial rods connected with bearing units mounted on the axis, the issue is Lannoy in the form attached to the housing of the perforated pipe, one end plugged and the other is equipped with a pipe for supplying compressed air into the drum, equipped pouring spiral in the form of a tape attached to its surface, in this case hinged on the racks are adjustable in height.
