FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: drilling device includes a rotator and hoisting gear, consisting of two force hydraulic cylinder with separator ring between them, through which rod passes, provided with pistons mounted in cylinders. Hoisting mechanism also includes fixed and moveable rollers and flexible links. Moveable rollers are placed inside the hollow of force cylinders and are fixed on outer surfaces of pistons, and fixed ones - on outer surfaces of end covers of cylinders. Force cylinders are made of different diameters, while cylinder for hoisting drilling columns greatest diameter. Plant is provided with two bars, fixed on upper and lower end covers and made in form of guides for rotator, separator ring and end covers are provided with fixing assemblies on front and back supports of post and hydraulic cylinder for raising the post to working position.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified construction.

The invention relates to mining, and more particularly to constructions of hydraulic drilling rigs.

Known drilling rig, including gradated and the feed mechanism consisting of a fixed rod with a piston and a movable cylinder, rollers mounted on the cylinder, rollers mounted on the rod, and flexible links (see U.S. patent No. 3089550, NCI 173-147, 1963).

Also known drilling rig, including a rotator and a mechanism for pulling, lifting, consisting of two power cylinders with a spacer ring (faceplate) between them, through the ring passes the rod, supplied installed in the cylinder by the piston, the fixed and movable rollers and flexible links, and the movable rollers placed inside the cavity of the power cylinder and fixed on the outer surfaces of the pistons and movable on the outer surfaces of the front cylinder (see USSR author's certificate No. 390250, CL E 21 In 3/02, 1970).

The specified technical solution closest to the proposed to the technical essence and the achieved result and is taken as a prototype.

To the disadvantage of the prototype (and similar) should be attributed to the fact that they value effort on the rotator equal as during the descent and ascent of the latter. However, it is known that the lifting force used in the elimination of coming up with the ATA drill string, should be 3-4 times greater than the feed force on the rotator.

The technical result of the invention is by increasing the speed of descent of the rotator to obtain the total increase in round-trip transactions per unit of time with the same capacity of the pumping station.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the rig, including the rotator and the mechanism tripping, lifting, consisting of two power cylinders with the spacer between them, through which passes the rod, supplied installed in the cylinder by the piston, the fixed and movable rollers and flexible links, and the movable rollers placed inside the cavity of the power cylinder and fixed on the outer surfaces of the pistons, and fixed on the outer surfaces of the front cylinder, according to the invention, the power cylinders made of different size diameter, with large made the lift cylinder to the drill, and the installation is equipped with two rods attached on the upper and lower end caps and is designed as a guide for rotator, and the spacer ring and the end cap is equipped with units for fastening the front and rear supports of the mast and hydrocylinder lifting the latter.

The invention is illustrated in the drawings, which depict:

The rig contains the vehicle 1, the chassis of which is placed the front bearing 2 masts, oil station 3, the cylinder 4 of the lifting mast and the rear bearing 5 of the mast.

The mechanism for tripping (see figure 2) includes a housing 6 of the lift cylinder, the casing 7 of the feed cylinder and installed between the spacer ring 8, the housing 6 exceeds its diameter casing 7, and both buildings are enshrined in the separation ring rigidly to the perception of the load from the lifting of the whole structure of the mechanism hydrocylinders 4 via a shackle 9, secured to the ring 8.

At the other end of the cylinder 7 has end cover 10 to node 11 of the fastening mechanism for front leg 2 and at the other end of cylinder 6 - end cover 12 with an earring 13 fastening to the back of the support 5. Through the spacer ring is missing from the rod 14, with the piston 15, which forms a rod cavity 16 and the piston 17, the rod forming the cavity 18. The cavity 16 is connected with the oil station 3 sleeve 19 and the cavity 18 is a sleeve 20.

On the outer surface of the piston 15 has a roller 21 on the outer surface of the piston 17, the roller 22. On the outer surface of the cover 12 has a roller 23 on the outer surface of the cover 10 to the roller 24. Flexible Zveno one end fixed on the carriage 26, around rollers 24 and 21 and a second end secured to the inner surface of the cover 10. On the carriage there is a rotator 27. Flexible link 28 to one end fixed on the carriage 26, around the rollers 22 and 23 and a second end secured to the inner surface of the cover 12.

Two rod 29 with their ends rigidly fixed to the end caps 10 and 12 and serve as guides for the carriage rotator.

Thus, the parts and components corps cylinders + spacer + end cap + rod" form a monolithic structure, which performs the role of mast installation.

High-pressure hoses for supply of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic rotator mounted on the hydraulic cylinder 4 of the lifting mast.

Works proposed rig is as follows.

The working agent from the pumping station 3 serves the sleeve 20 in the rod cavity 18, and the piston 17 moves down and moves in a downward direction, the roller 21, the Latter through the roller 24 through a flexible link 25 moves upward along the guide rods 29 of the carriage 26 with the rotator 27. The advantage of the proposed drilling rig in comparison with the prototype is to increase the speed tripping, because with the same capacity of the drilling rig (i.e. the magnitude of the diameter of the cylinder 6)reducing the diameter of the cylinder 7 can improve the speed of descent of the rotator at the bottom.
