The invention relates to the mining industry, namely, drilling machines, and can be used for drilling blast holes for various purposes.

Known drilling machine, comprising a transport base, a mast with stops at the top connection, the movable rotator with guides on which, by means of fastening elements mounted parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mast and the guide surface of the power feeding cylinders (hydroplanes)focused their rods for engagement with the lugs of the upper communication masts, becoming drilling, hoisting winch, rope and rope blocks (see Msitaken, Baimanov. The machine can equally successfully to drill different in castle rock, using free or forced (by means of power cylinders with plungers, feed, sliding to a stop at the top connection of the mast) submission rotator with rod on the bottom.

The disadvantage of this solution is slow performance when drilling hard rock high power in connection with the use of the full stroke of the piston rods of the power cylinders feeding, resting in the special stops at the top connection of the mast of the machine that requires waiting idle rods (retraction under its own weight) for carrying out the process of the overwind rotator in which eshiwani another link rod.

The machine can improve the performance of drilling vertical wells in hard rocks of high power by reducing auxiliary operations because of the possibility of the output rod of the power cylinder feed overwind preventing rotator while building the next links in the rod, stops the top link.

The disadvantage of this solution is the poor performance of drilling directional wells, because it increases the waiting time of loss of contact rods of the power cylinders submitting the tabs in the upper connection of the mast, that is a necessary condition for inclusion cylinder control and output rods of the power cylinders supply stops for the top connection.

The proposed solution aims to improve the performance of drilling deviated wells by reducing time auxiliary operations while building the next links of the drilling rod.

This is achieved by the fact that in a drilling machine, comprising a transport base, a mast with stops at the top connection, the movable rotator with the guides, which made the brackets and fixed cylinders control associated with their rods with the power feed cylinders, through which fastening elements associated with the guides rotator using axes, placed perpendicular to the guide surfaces, are mounted parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mast and track surfaces, oriented their rods for engagement with the lugs at the top connection of the mast and have the ability to move relative to the guide rotator and the output rod stops for the upper connection of the mast, becoming drilling, hoisting winch, rope and rope blocks, axis and mating with them the surface of the fastening elements of the power cylinders of the filing is made conical, with the cylinder rods of the control is rotated in the direction of the stop of the upper connection on the angle equal to the half angle is the inclination of the conical surfaces.

The drilling machine includes a transport base 1, the mast 2 stops 3 in the upper link 4, the movable rotator 5 with the guides 6, which made the brackets 7 and fixed cylinders control 8 associated with their rods 9 with power feed cylinders 10, which by means of fastening elements 11 are connected with the guides 6 of the rotator 5 using axes 12, placed perpendicular to the guide surfaces 6, installed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mast 2 and the guide surface 6, are oriented with their rods 13 for engagement with the lugs 3 of the upper link 4 mast 2, and have the ability to move relative to the guide 6 rotator 5 and the output rod 13 for stops 3 top connection 4 of the mast 2, the drill became 14, hoisting winch 15, the rope 16 and the cable blocks 17. When the axes 12 and mating with them the surface of the fastening elements 11 of the power cylinder feeder 10 is made conical, and the rods 9 of the cylinder control 8 is rotated in the direction of the stops in the top 3 link 4 by an angle equal to the half angle of the conical surfaces.

At the beginning of the drilling rods 13 of the power cylinder feeder 10 is fully engaged and the feed cylinders 10 by means of fastening elements 11 and 4 axis 12 is pressed against the guide surfaces 6 of the rolling rotator 5 by means of the rods 9 of the cylinder control 8. Moving the rotator 5 by means of the lifting winch 15 and rope 16 through the cable blocks 17 is raised to its extreme upper position. Ingrown rods 13 of the power cylinder of the feeder 10 are opposite the lugs 3 of the upper link 4 mast 2. After installing the link drilling rod 14 in the rotator 5 is the free supply of rotating drilling rod 14 on the bottom and is the actual drilling process.

In the case of oblique drilling hard rock rods 13 of the power cylinder feeder 10 forward and rest their ends to the lugs 3 of the upper link 4 mast 2, creating additional axial pressure on the face. After drilling the full length of one link rod 14 of the cavity power feed cylinder 10 are connected to a drain line, and the rod 9 of the cylinder control 8, rotated by an angle equal to the half angle of the conical surfaces of the axes 12 and fastening elements 11 of the power cylinder 10, almost simultaneously with the disabling of the power cylinder 10 to move the latter by means of fastening elements 11 and the conical axes 12, removing the rods 13 for stops 3 upper link 4, which provides the quick rise of the rotator 5 to the full length of the next link rod 14 and its subsequent growth, in the process, the rod 13 of the power cylinder feeder 10 get totally involved, i.e. do not hinder the movement of the rotator 5, even at full speed.

Before drilling the next link rod 14, the rod 9 of the cylinder control 8 move along the conical axis 12 by means of fastening elements 11 of the power feeding cylinders 10 and press the latter to the guide rails 6 of the rotator 5, after which the drilling is resumed.

The proposed solution due to the conical axis and mating with them tapered surfaces of the fastening elements of the power feed cylinder and rotate the cylinder to control the direction of thrust in the top ties at the angle equal to the half angle of the conical surfaces, allows for the drilling machine both vertical and inclined wells quickly and is guaranteed to eliminate the contact surfaces of the stops in the upper connection of the mast with the rods of the power cylinders supply when moving the latter along the axes, which not only reduces the time auxiliary operations and improves the performance of drilling, but also eliminates the bending load on the rods of the power cylinders supply and increases their durability.

SUBSTANCE: claimed additive contains (mass parts): Lignopane with molecular weight of 10-50 kDa 78-82; silicone waterproofing agent (antifoaming additive 139-282) 0.4-0.5; and additionally sodium carbonate 3-5; sodium sulfate 3-5; nitriletrimethyl phosphonic acid 5-10; superplasticizer 0-10. Additive content is 0.15-0.8 % calculated as cement mass. Concrete mixture may comprise (kg/m3) cement 300-500; filler 1590-2030; water 105-190; coarse filler (chip and/or gravel of grade 5-20 mm or 5-40 mm) and/or fine filler (sand of fineness not more than 5 mm). As fine filler at least one component selected from group containing quartz sand, sand from igneous formation, sand from metamorphic formation, haydite sand, and sand from blast-furnace dross is used. Unloading channel is made in form plunger, fixed by shear pins in starting position in a cylinder, with solid axial channel, connected to hermetic working chamber. Said channel has output onto side plunger surface which output is sealed at starting position and is connected to lower inner space of device after destruction of shear pins and displacement of plunger to lower position, which occurs after unloading of device under effect from its weight and weight of support of tubing pipes during interaction with polluted well portion.
