The invention relates to the mining industry, namely, drilling machines, and can be used for drilling blast holes for various purposes.

Known drilling machine, comprising a transport base, a mast with guides and stops at the top due to the rods of the power cylinders feeder mounted on the movable rotator installed with the possibility of axial movement along the guides, becoming drilling, hoisting winch, rope and rope blocks (see p.22, Msitaken, Baimanov. The operator of the drilling machine on the career. M.: Nedra, 1984. - 308 C.). The machine can equally successfully to drill breed any strength using free or forced (using rods of the power cylinders with plungers, feed, slide out to the stop of the upper communication masts) submission rotator with rod on the bottom.

The disadvantage of this solution is slow performance when drilling hard formations in connection with the use of the full stroke of the piston rods of the power cylinders feeding, resting in the special stationary stops (tides) and the upper connection of the mast of the machine that requires waiting idle rods (retraction of the rod under its own weight) cylinders for carrying out the process of the overwind rotator by means of a lifting winch for building the next links in the rod.

The closest one is drill the howl of the machine, including transport base, the mast with the guide rails and movable lugs, hinged connected through the axes with the mast and placed in the top connection of the mast to the rods of the power cylinders feed, which is fixed perpendicular to the bearing surfaces of the movable stops on the movable rotator installed with the possibility of axial movement along the guide rails of the mast, and made with the possibility of their withdrawal from the zone of action of the rods of the power cylinders filing with cylinder control placed on the mast, becoming drilling, hoisting winch, rope and rope blocks (RF Patent No. 2188295, CL E 21 3/00, 7/02, 19/086, 2001).

The machine can improve the performance of drilling hard rock high power by reducing time auxiliary operations, mainly in vertical drilling, because of the possibility o stops moving from the zone of action of the rods of the power cylinders filing hindering the rapid rise of the rotator when the capacity of the next link of the drilling rod.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is that the pivot axis is placed perpendicular to the bearing surfaces of the movable stops. This accounts for their turn in the direction perpendicular to the direction of action of the rods of the power cylinders supply and, as a consequence, when an inclined drilling in mind slow retract (sinking under its own weight) rod of the power cylinder feed not quickly withdraw the movable stops in contact with the rods of the power cylinders supply from the zone of action of the latter because of the danger of damage to the rods and seals, which ultimately increases the auxiliary operations in inclined drilling hard rock and reduces performance.

The proposed solution aims to improve the performance of drilling deviated wells by reducing time auxiliary operations while building the next links of the drilling rod.

This is achieved by the fact that in a drilling machine, comprising a transport base, the mast with the guide rails and movable lugs, hinged connected through the axes with the mast and placed in the top connection of the mast to the rods of the power cylinders feed, which is fixed perpendicular to the bearing surfaces of the movable stops on the movable rotator installed with the possibility of axial movement along the guide rails of the mast, and made with the possibility of their withdrawal from the zone of action of the rods of the power cylinders filing with cylinder control placed on the mast, becoming drilling, hoisting winch, rope and rope blocks, movable stops made with the possibility of rotation around the axes in the direction of action of the rods of the power cylinders of the filing, with their axes located in the plane of the computers is enoy the bearing surfaces of the movable stops, and connected with the cylinder rod control, and each other, via a lever rotation that is installed between the movable stops, and the cylinder control pivotally connected with the lever and rotate the mast of the machine.

The drilling machine includes a transport base 1, the mast 2 with rails 3 and movable stops 4, pivotally connected by means of axes 5 to the mast 2 and placed in the upper link 6 mast 2 for rods 7 power feed cylinder 8, which is fixed perpendicular to the bearing surfaces of the movable lugs 4 on the movable rotator 9 installed with the possibility of axial movement along the guide rails 3 of the mast 2, and is made with the possibility of output from the zone of action of the rods 7 power feed cylinder 8 with cylinder management 10 placed on the mast 2, the drill became 11, hoisting winch 12, rope 13 and the cable blocks 14. When this movable stops 4 made with the possibility of rotation around the axis 5 in the direction of action of the rods 7 power feed cylinder 8, the axis 5 is placed in a plane parallel to the bearing surfaces of the movable lugs 4, and connect the tive with the rod 15 of the cylinder control 10, and between them, via a lever turning 16 that is installed between the movable stops 4 and the cylinder control 10 pivotally connected with the lever of rotation 16 and the mast 2 of the machine.

The machine works as follows. At the beginning of the drilling cylinder control 10 is locked and its shaft 15 through the axes 5, rigidly connected with movable lugs 4, and the lever turning 16 holds the movable stops 4 in the upper link 6 of the mast 2 in the zone of action of the rods 7 of the power cylinder 8 rotator 9. In the case of oblique drilling hard rock rods 7 of the power cylinder 8 forward and rest against the movable stops 4, creating additional pressure on the rig becoming 11. After drilling to a depth of one link of the drilling rod 11, the cavity power feed cylinder 8 are connected with a drain line and, almost simultaneously, the movable stops 4 with the rod 15 of the cylinder control 10, the axes 5 and lever rotation 16 is output from the zone of action of the rods 7 power feed cylinder 8 rotator 9 in the direction of action of the rods 7 and do not hinder the rapid rise of the rotator 9 fully extended, the rod 7 of the movable lugs 8 by means of the lifting winch 12 and the rope 13 through the cable blocks 14 in the process of building the next links of the rod 11.

The proposed solution by placing the axes of the movable lugs in a plane parallel to the reference surface the needs of movable stops, and turning the latter in the direction of action of the rods of the power cylinders feed allows you to quickly (without waiting for shrinkage rods) output movable stops from the zone of action of the rods of the power cylinders feeder that allows for inclined drilling hard formations to reduce the time auxiliary operations while building the next links of the drilling rod and improve drilling performance.
