Method of support assembling involves placing cylindrical member on floor; putting replaceable head on cylindrical member and inserting threaded rod in head.

The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to adjustable supports of the elevated or raised floor.

A known set of elements to be adjustable floor stand, containing a threaded rod screwed with him nut, one end connected to the support plate for the installation of load-bearing structures of the floor, and a cylindrical element connected at one end to the plate for fastening it to the subfloor. (EP 0362718, class E 04 F 15/024, 1990).

From the same source of information is known a method of assembling an adjustable floor stand, including installation on the ground floor of the cylindrical element rigidly connected with the plate attached to the subfloor, and a threaded rod screwed with him nut connected to the support plate.

A disadvantage of the known solutions is the limited range of variation rack height determined by the length of the threaded rod. In addition, between the joined parts rack - cylindrical element and the threaded rod there is a gap, which leads to misalignment of the cylindrical mating surfaces and thereby reduces the quality of the connection.

The technical task of the present invention is the expansion of technological capabilities, implemented with the help of adjustable racks, i.e. use it for double floors with the discrepancies between the different dimensions of communication, laid in underground space, as well as increasing the reliability of the connection.

This problem is solved due to the fact that the set of elements to be adjustable floor stand, containing a threaded rod screwed with him nut, one end connected to the support plate for the installation of load-bearing structures of the floor, and a cylindrical element connected at one end to the plate for fastening it to the ground floor, is equipped with a replaceable nozzle with an inner conical surface and the cylindrical element is made short, and the difference between the diameters at the opposite ends of the nozzle is 0.4-0.6 mm

It is preferable that a ratio of a length of threaded rod to the length of the nozzle was 0.18 to 1.0, and the ratio of the height of the cylindrical element and its diameter is 0.8 to 1.2. In absolute values, the height of the cylindrical element is typically 1.5 to 2.0, see

The free end of the cylindrical element may be provided with a chamfer, which facilitates the Assembly process design for easy donning tubular nozzle on the cylindrical element.

The kit can additionally be provided with a cover plate having means for neutralizing static electricity.

The set of elements to be adjustable stand double floor contains a short cylindrical element 1, which is connected at one end to the plate 2, having openings for the passage of fasteners.

In the manufacture of the threaded rod, the cylindrical element and the nozzle with dimensions exceeding the specified range, the technical result is not achieved.

The kit may be provided with a plate 7, having means 8 for removing electrostatic electricity from the surface of the floor, made in the form of crossed metal strips.

6. The method according to claim 5, characterized in that the nozzle is pre-selected from a set of nozzles having the same cross section and different sizes according to the length.
