The present invention relates to the field of gas and gas condensate, namely the solid blowing agents for the removal of the reservoir fluid from a gas well or vodokanalstroi mixture of gas-condensate wells.
Known solid foaming agent for removal of the reservoir fluid of gas and gas condensate wells containing the following components, wt.%: powder Foundation (kssb or sulfonic acid) 20-80, surfactant-based monoalkylphenols ether of polyethylene glycol on the basis of polymetacrylate (OP-10, OP-7) 10-70, plasticizing additive (CMC) 1-18, facilitating the addition of 0,3-0,7 [1].
However, the disadvantage of this structure is the low removal efficiency mineralized vodokanalstroi mixture.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a solid foaming agent for removing liquid from a gas well [2]. Solid foaming agent has the following composition, wt.%: anion active surface active substance 10-60, water-soluble salt of hydrofluoric acid 7-56, carboxymethylcellulose 6-12 and water 27-29.
The disadvantage of the solid foaming agent is the presence in its composition of a water-soluble salt of hydrofluoric acid. Soluble salts of hydrofluoric acid in the interaction with soluble salts ka is ice and magnesium form a poorly soluble in water, precipitation of the fluorides of calcium and magnesium. In addition, a known foaming agent removes the produced water with the soluble salts of calcium and magnesium, 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% from gas wells that are not applicable to wells with higher content of hardness salts.
The aim of the present invention is to increase the efficiency of removal of the reservoir fluid from a well, producing produced water with a higher content of water-soluble salts of calcium and magnesium.
This objective is achieved in that the known solid foaming agent for removal of the reservoir fluid from the well containing the carboxymethylcellulose and anionic surfactant, according to the invention it further comprises complexing agents is the disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, the pH stabilizer is sodium carbonate and the amplifier foam - detergent, and as anionic surfactants contains verucasalt sodium in the following ratio, wt.%:
Carboxymethylcellulose | - 40-50 |
Verucasalt sodium | - 35-45 |

Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) is a binder and antiretroviral.
Anionic surface-active substance (SAS) - verucasalt of sodium is the main substance - foaming agent.
The disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid - complexing agents, which translates polyvalent metal cations in solution, improves the conditions of foaming, and thus facilitates removal of the reservoir fluid from the well to the surface.
Sodium carbonate - water softener and pH regulator.
The detergent power of foaming, for example synthetic detergent “Crystal” and other
Example. Prepared mixture of dry ingredients: carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), sodium carbonate, disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid “Trilon B”, detergent, synthetic detergent CMC “Crystal” and add a solution of veracolate sodium. The mixture is pre-mixed, and then extruded to obtain a homogeneous rods emerging from the nozzles of the extruder. The firmament rods foaming agent (surfactant) is delivered to the bottom of the borehole using known equipment.
The number of terminals of the foaming agent, enter squarzina, determine for each well separately depending on the characteristics of the well (reservoir pressure, the volume of removed fluid content of gas condensate and other).
The ratio of the foam is determined as follows.
Prepare the compositions of the inventive solid foaming agent concentration. The prepared compositions are placed in a beaker and stirred by a mixer of the type “Voronezh” when 10000-12000 rpm-1. After stirring determine the ratio of the foam in a known manner.

The effectiveness of the proposed foaming agent is determined by the values of K (the ratio of foaming).
From the obtained data shows that the greater the ratio of the foam are compounds 2, 3, 4, which are the best.
The use of the present invention will improve the efficiency of removal of produced fluids from the wells, producing produced water with a higher content of water-soluble salts of calcium and magnesium.
