Claimed composition contains (wt %): epoxy diatomaceous resin 64.8-68.4; polyethylene polyamine 9.0-11.0; epoxy aliphatic resin 6.5-8.5; dioctyl phthalate 6.5-8.5; zinc oxide 3.5-5.5; aerosil-380 2.1-3.5.

EFFECT: adhesive composition of improved persistence, wide range of working temperatures and high sorption resistance to nitroethers.

The invention relates to the field of structures and materials artillery ammunition, in particular to the field of creation adhesives for durable bonding polyamide ring that is used as the installation of additional charge in laying fighting machine, with cover combustible enclosure of charge from pyroxyline pulp paintings. This composition has high strength characteristics, but does not provide the level of required adhesion characteristics when bonding dissimilar materials (polyamide, pyroxyline-cellulosic cloth).

To solve the required composition with a low fluidity, sufficient durability and high level of mechanical and adhesive characteristics.

The technical task of the present invention to provide an epoxy adhesive composition for durable polyamide mounting ring material combustible cartridge case from pyroxyline-cellulose fabric with a high level of mechanical, adhesive and performance.

- aliphatic epoxy resin deg-1 - 6,5-8,5

- dioctylphthalate (DOP) - 6,5-8,5

- zinc oxide - 3,5-5,5

- Aerosil - 2,1-3,5

- polyethylenepolyamine (Pepa) - 9,0-11,0

Use epoxy composition dioctylphthalate can improve its adhesion to dissimilar materials and technological properties, to increase the durability up to 3 hours, and Napo Prov.% of a combination of a mechanical mixture of zinc oxide with Aerosil reduces the curing time up to 24 hours at a temperature (15-35)° With and as well as improve the migration resistance of the epoxy composition to nitroform. Allowed to use epoxy compound KDA consisting of epoxy Dianova resin ED-20, plasticized aliphatic epoxy resin deg-1 in the ratio shown in the present invention.
