FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibrating facilities and it can be used for letting out ore or other materials and their separation. Proposed vibrating feeder has resilient supports, working member consisting of charging and discharge parts and vibrating drive consisting of two shafts with unbalance weight and motors, one per each unbalance weight. Place of arrangement of vibrating drive is determined basing on the fact that line of connection of axles of unbalance weights is located in area limited by two straight lines square to direction of vibration, one of which passed through center of mass, and the other is located at a distance from center of mass of 1/10L to side of charging part of working member. Axle of unbalance weights are located at different sides from line of direction of vibration passing through center of mass at distance equal to not less than 1/8 where L is distance between resilient supports in horizontal direction.

EFFECT: improved stability of operation of vibrating feeder at unstable supply and impact loads on working member at discharging.

The invention relates to the field of vibration technology and can be used for the production of ore and other bulk materials, as well as for their separation.

The closest in technical essence is a feeder consisting of a working body with loading and unloading the parts carrying tray) on elastic supports and vibrooccasion, consisting of mounted on the base frame of a motor with V-belt transmission of the vibration exciter, made from the body placed in it the master and the slave shaft with non-balances, the centers of mass are placed on one side of the axis of the connecting shafts, timing gears, and mounted on the control shaft of the drive pulley. The drive pulley is fixed by means of an intermediate sleeve eccentrically shifted by 180° relative to the centers of masses of non-balances (see the description of U.S. Pat. Of the Russian Federation No. 2152345, B 65 G 27/00).

The disadvantages of the known vibratory feeder should include the fact that it does not provide a stable work in unstable power supply and shock loads when unloading on the working body.

The technical problem on which the invention is directed ensuring the stable operation of the vibratory feeder in unstable power supply and shock loads when unloading on the working body.

The goal of the project is achieved by the fact that the known feeder, includes elastic support, the working body of the loading and unloading of parts and vibrooccasion of the two shafts with non-balances and motors - one for each balance weight location vibrooccasion determined that the line connecting the axes of the non-balances is located in the area limited by two straight lines perpendicular to the direction of vibration, one of which passes through the center of mass, and the second is separated from it by the value of 1/10 L from the boot part of the working body. The axis of the non-balances placed on different sides of the line of direction of vibration passing through the center of mass at the same distance from it, constituting not less than 1/8 L, where L is the horizontal distance between the elastic bearings.

All parametric values determined experimentally, and the deviation from these values is the violation of stability of operation of the vibratory feeder by changing the direction of vibration with the misalignment of the load.

The claimed invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows a diagram of the General form of the vibratory feeder.

The feeder has a working body of the boot part 1 and the unloading part 2, the elastic supports of a and b, located, respectively, in the loading and unloading part, and vibrooccasion of the two shafts 3 (the axis perpendicular to the plane of the drawing) with 4 non-balances and the engine is (not shown). The diagram also shows the position of the center of mass (CM), the direction of vibration and direct m and n, between which should be located axis vibrooccasion.

The proposed scheme describes the device in a static state. To describe the dynamics of the proposed vibration exciter (due to obviousness) we find it unnecessary.

The inventive object has passed laboratory tests on the basis of the Institute of the uralmekhanobr in comparison with feeder-crash GCT-1. The obtained results allow to conclude that the stability of operation of the vibratory feeder in unstable power supply and shock loads when unloading on the working body can improve performance by 11.5% and the efficiency of separation of 3.0-3.5%.

SUBSTANCE: method for extraction and underground use of coal includes cleaning extraction and dumping of coal, fixing and controlling ceiling and transporting coal along face to drift. On the drift, in moveable generator, coal is pulverized for intensive burning with use of jets in water boiler firebox, where high temperature of steam is achieved (about 1400 C), enough for decomposition of water on oxygen and hydrogen. These are separated, then oxygen is fed back to jets, and hydrogen is outputted along pipes and hoses in drifts and shaft. Variants of underground generator for realization of this method are provided. Also provided is method for extraction of disturbed coal beds by short faces. It includes extraction and dumping of coal on face conveyor, fixing of ceiling behind combine, moving conveyor line and support sections in direction of cleaning face displacement, control of ceiling with destruction and partial filling. Extraction of coal is performed in short curvilinear faces by long stripes along bed, in straight drive without forwarding drifts, with preservation and reuse of ventilation and conveyor drifts, equipped with mounting manipulator robots, with fixing behind combine by automatically operating support deflectors without unloading and displacing sections in area of coal extraction. Extraction and transporting of coal is performed by fast one-drum combine and curvilinear reloading conveyor, supplying coal to drift conveyor or immediately to underground gas or energy generator placed immediately on drift. Also proposed is face scraper conveyor for realization of said method, wherein pans are made with step along front face profile, greater, than along back one, while forming common line curved towards face with constant curvature. Also proposed is a method for controlling complex for unmanned coal extraction.

SUBSTANCE: vibrating transfer device contains frame, links, connecting rods, drive, trays, roller posts and sleeves. Trays are united in two sections by posts and posts of one section are located between posts of the other section. Both sections on posts with slides are installed on frame are connected by hinges, aided with links, connecting rods, and rods with eccentric pins on a pair of disks driven in motion by engine. Rods are supported in vertical position by sleeves and perform vertical vibrations, tray sections may reciprocate in horizontal plane, and links' ends may move along vertical and horizontal axes. Productivity of device changes from zero to maximum with increase of non-dimensional parameter K=(d+r-c)/b from zero to one (in absolute value) and decreases to zero with further increase of parameter K down to 1/b-1 (in absolute value), where d - rod length; r - connecting rod length; c - distance from disc centre to place of joint of links with trays; and b - eccentricity of pin fixation on disk.

EFFECT: increase of drive power efficiency and possibility to use device with one vibrating mechanism in multishelf transporting and technological constructions effecting consecutive transfer of material from one tray to other tray.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises a frame, tie rods, con rods, drive and trays (1). Posts (5) integrate trays into two sections, and trays of one section are arranged between trays of the other section. Both sections on posts with guides (6) are mounted on framer (7) and jointed with pins 12 via articulated system made up of tie rods (15), slide (14) and con rod (13), said pins being fixed off-center on a pair of disks (11) drive by engine (10). Tray sections reciprocate in horizontal plane asymmetrically due to conversion of engine rotation by articulated system. Device efficiency varies from zero to maximum with dimensionless parametre K=(r-c)/b increasing from zero to unity and reduces to zero with said parametre increasing to amount allowed by articulation diagram, where r is con rod length, c is the distance between disk center and tie attachment to trays, and b is eccentricity of pin attachment to disk.

Device contains two vibration mechanisms (25, 26) located on opposite sides of delivery unit for providing movement of above said metal cage. Each of vibration mechanisms comprises first set of said eccentric weights (31, 32, 33), which centres of masses (B) are oriented in parallel directions to each other, and second set of said eccentric weights (34, 35), which centres of mass are located with angular shift relative to location of those of first set of eccentric weights.

Proposed conveyor contains rigidly mounted on buntons chute-like section guide conductors with curvilinear sections, articulated members with two load-carrying units freely suspended from axles and arranged symmetrically on each member and provided with gear wheels for selective transportation of load, and guide rolling supports on axles of members for engagement with said guide conductors. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors with multichain traction member. Proposed scraper conveyor contains endless traction member consisting of parallel traction chains, two outer chains and one inner chain, closed in vertical plane on end sprockets and resting on guides of panline flight. It is provided with scrapers secured in turn by ends on outer chains, alternating with scrapers freely fitted with clearances between outer chains and attached by ends on inner chain. Scrappers secured on outer chains are provided with cavities for accommodating inner chain. Traction member is furnished with additional inner chain, both inner chains being arranged in middle part of panline flight symmetrically to each other relative to longitudinal axis of conveyor, and scrapers being secured by ends on both inner chains. Distance between outer and inner chains is set less than distance between inner chains.
