Vehicle track chain

FIELD: transport engineering; crawler vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed track chain contains links connected by pins and provided with eyes with holes of edges to receive connecting pins. Grousers in form of straight-line ribs arranged in parallel with pin axis are made on outer side of link. Track chain is furnished additionally with axle for fastening grousers, two floating bearings and two rubber bands. The latter are arranged in body of links and connected to provide rigid fastening of grousers on their axle. Said axle is installed by ends on two floating bearings, each secured on its rubber band. Grousers can freely rotate around axle within the limits of space. Space is made inside link to that its wall in direction of vehicle movement is made square to support surface of link, and upper part and opposite wall are made in form of common spherical surface providing angle of rocking of grouser equal to angle between support surface and surface of link at moment of their touching.

EFFECT: reduced energy consumption at operation of track unit, reduced negative action onto surface of ground, increased traction and coupling properties.

The invention relates to transport machinery, mainly for caterpillar vehicles.

Known track chain of a vehicle (AS the USSR №971697, bull. No. 36 of 30.09.86 g), containing the United finger links, bearing on their sides of the lugs with holes, which are placed in the connecting fingers, and on the outer side parts made of the lug in the form of straight edges parallel to the axis of the fingers.

This design does not provide the maximum possible coupling properties of the track Assembly with the supporting surface, requires a high energy consumption when driving, materially breaches the surface soil layer.

The closest technical solution and the achieved result is a track chain of a vehicle (AS the USSR №992299, bull. No. 4 from 30.01.83 g), containing the United toes links, bearing on their sides of the lugs with holes, which are placed in the connecting fingers, and on the outer surface of the lugs made the lugs in the form of straight edges so that the lugs on the middle lug is parallel from the finger, and the lugs on adjacent eyelets are set at different angles to the axis of the finger.

The disadvantage of this design is that the hard part Grun what and when interacting segmented on red separate parts, that reduces its resistance to displacement along the axis of movement of the machine, while damage to the surface soil layer in the square, more supporting surface. While driving the vehicle requires additional energy to turn the propeller on wet soils will experience high sticking lug.

The invention aims to reduce energy costs during operation of caterpillar tracks, reducing the negative impact on the surface layer of the soil, the increase in traction and grip properties.

The technical solution is achieved in that in the design of track chains have been added to the axis of the mounting lugs, two floating bearing, two rubber band, placed in the body parts and United in such a way that the lugs rigidly attached to the axis of the fixing lug mounted with their ends on two floating bearings, each of which is fixed in its rubber band, while the lugs are free to rotate around the axis within the limits allowed by the special cavity filled inside the link so that the wall cavity, which is in the direction of travel of the vehicle, is made perpendicular to the supporting surface level, and the upper part and about voprosa wall - in the form of a single spherical surface, providing the swing angle lug equal to the angle between the reference surface and the surface level at the time of their contact.

The invention is illustrated by the drawing, which shows a sketch of the crawler track vehicle.

Track chain of a vehicle includes the United finger 1 links 2, bearing on their sides of the lugs 3 with holes, in which the connecting pins 1 and on the outer side links 2 has a lug 4 in the form of straight edges parallel to the axis of the fingers 1, the axis of the fastening lug 5, mounted on two floating bearings 6, each of which is fixed in the corresponding rubber band 7, posted links in the body 2 so that the lugs 4 are free to rotate around the axis 5 within the limits allowed by the special cavity filled inside link 2 thus, the wall cavity, which is in the direction of travel of the vehicle, is made perpendicular to the supporting surface of the element 2, and the upper part and the opposite wall of the cavity made in the form of a spherical surface, providing the swing angle of the lug 4, equal to the angle between the reference surface and the surface of the element 2 at the time of their contact.

Tracked circuit operates after the existing image.

During movement of the vehicle link track chain, moving on the descending branch of the chain touches the supporting surface. At this time relates to the supporting surface and the lugs. Freely rotating on its axis, it is to the point of contact will be in a vertical position.

Vehicle first support roller will run into the link. This link will perform a rotational movement around the center of the track roller, while pulling on the axle lug. The latter, in turn making the rotational motion around the axis of the mounting will be in the ground perpendicular to the support surface without turning the inside of the soil. On soft soils, the lugs will sink into the ground completely on hard soils - part, and on slippery surfaces and frozen soils dipping lug will be significantly limited due to the elasticity of the rubber band. In all these cases, the possibility of implementing traction will be close to the maximum, as in a vertical dive, the lugs will not produce a preliminary shift between hard layers of soil and the latter during the movement will not be shifted. The thrust force on the lugs from the side of the link will be provided through the vertical wall of the cavity that the por which leads to its small displacement relative to the wall in the direction of movement of the vehicle.

When the movement of the link in the ascending branch of the caterpillars of the lugs out of engagement with the ground, thus due to the force of elasticity of the rubber band he will make a movement relative to the link down and rotational movement relative to the center of application of force of interaction between link and grouser against the motion of the vehicle that will improve self-management.

Thus:

1. Due to the fact that the lugs embedded in the bearing surface of the soil in the vertical position, the ground structure and the forces in it are changing slightly, allowing the implementation of more traction and less breaks the surface soil layer.

2. As on solid ground dipping lug in the soil is significantly limited during movement thereon supporting rollers do not have to overcome the force of resistance to motion that occurs when hitting popularny ground lugs that will reduce energy consumption while driving. At the same time on a slippery surface, each of the lugs will be individually adapted to the nature of the surface and enter into cooperation with its irregularities that will improve traction properties of the vehicle in such conditions.

Listed circumstances, the government allows to make a conclusion about the achievement of the objectives of the invention.

SUBSTANCE: proposed track chain has links connected by pins and provided with eyes with holes to receive connecting pins. Large and small grousers are made on outer side of links. Said grousers are essentially straight-line ribs arranged parallel to holes for connecting pins. Links are provided additionally with two hydraulic cylinders of small and large cross-section, with pistons of small and large areas, springs of pistons of small and large cross-section, separating valve and pipeline. Both cylinders are interconnected by pipeline accommodating separating valve. Large grouser is rigidly secured on small-area piston, and small grouser, on large-area piston. Spring of small cross-section cylinder loads small-area piston from top, and spring of large cross-section cylinder loads large-area piston from bottom. Grousers are made so that large grouser-to-ground contact area considerably exceeds similar area of small grouser, and separating valve opens when liquid pressure from side of small cross-section hydraulic cylinder reaches definite value.

EFFECT: reduced resistance at moving, increased traction and coupling properties, increased service life of track chain.

SUBSTANCE: proposed track of vehicle contains closing links installed in parallel to each other and interconnected by pins with bushings, each link consists of two semilinks 3 and 4 which are in intimate contact through longitudinal horizontal planes 5. Inclined adjoining cross surfaces 6 and 7 of semilinks 3 and 4 are arranged at both side from horizontal planes, being connected by dowel one end of which is press-fitted in cylindrical hole 9 made in semilink 3 and directed square to mating plane of shoe 10. Blind hole 11 coaxial to cylindrical hole 9 is made in semilink 4. Blind hole 11 is made in form of truncated cone. Second end of dowel, also in form of truncated cone, is fitted in hole 11 being in tight contact with conical surface of hole 11. Shoe is fastened by bolts 12 to closing links.

EFFECT: provision of guaranteed section of tight contact of horizontal division planes of semilinks and conical surfaces of dowel and blind hole.

SUBSTANCE: according to first design version, width of each outer connecting clamp is within 12 and 15% of total width of track. Through hole for fastening detachable widener is made in outer part of connecting clamp relative to central axis of track. Cutout is made from side of support surface to form L-shaped profile in cross section of outer connecting clamp for use as upper and side support surfaces when mounting detachable widener. Novelty in track, according to second design version, is that width of each outer connecting clamp is set within 12 and 15% of total width of track, minus widener projection value. Through hole is made in outer part of outer connecting clamp relative to central axis of track. Cutout is made from side of support surface to form L-shaped profile in cross section of outer connecting clamp. Detachable widener is installed in said cutout made in form of plate with thickness decreasing with change into outer side from central axis of track provided with eye with threaded hole in which bolt is installed, coupling widener with outer connecting clamp through said through hole in clamp. Upper and side parts of widener rest, respectively, on upper and side parts of L-shaped profile of cutout.

EFFECT: increased support surface of track with provision of reliable connection of track clamp with pins of adjacent tracks, both with and without widener fitted in track.

SUBSTANCE: track chain contains tracks formed by links having internal and external lugs linked together by fingers. The external lugs contain rigidly connected bushings, while internal lugs are made as cast-solid structure with bushings for the drive wheel of tracking driver. Bushings of the external lugs are represented as cups. Circular stepped bores are made on the external surfaces of the cups from the side of dead end. The fingers are installed at radial clearance with regard to cups and bushings of the internal lugs and at axial clearance relative to cup ends.

EFFECT: improved operational reliability and durability of track chain, reduced manpower effort during repair.

SUBSTANCE: single-axle wheel-caterpillar vehicle comprises running gear arranged on both sides of the vehicle, and mechanism of rims orientation and fixation. Running gear is made up of tire-caterpillar accommodating a pair of rims with external-gearings gears intercoupled by gear-roller. Caterpillar embraces both rims and has toothed rim on smaller mounting size of generatrix. One of said rims is a support roller with fixed rotational axle. Second rim and gear-roller are oriented and fixed relative to support roller by means of mechanism of rims angular orientation and fixation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed rover comprises body with front and rear parts and two endless tracks. Each track has top and bottom parts in contact with surface. Tracks wheels comprises support and drive wheels. Internal combustion engine is coupled with tracks to drive them. Driver seat is mounted on aforesaid body. Speed control appliances and that to perform turning coupled with tracks are designed to control total and differential speed of tracks. Turning device is made up a steering wheel mounted at driver's front to be turned to the left or right. Driver's seat represents a saddle-type seat. Driver LH and RH feet supports are located on both sides of driver seat, behind steering wheel and between two tracks and below tracks top section. Steering wheel may turn about definite turn axis to allow driver to transmit his/her forces to vehicle frame. Speed control appliances are arranged on steering wheel to allow drive for manual control of vehicle speed.
