From the analysis of the aforementioned analogues shows that the problem of finding and providing information on the network to subscribers of the communication network using a subscriber device that can send and receive short alphanumeric messages addressed only in obtaining pre-ordered information from the information provider. As for the input query, then it is in the process of “subscription”, which is carried out by using a computer terminal. The reason preventing the use of subscriber devices such as mobile phones for data entry, consists first of all in the absence of these subscriber devices convenient and large displays and keyboard designed for typing, which is a consequence of their small size and mobility and obviously fatal. Meanwhile, the amount of information to be entered in the profile creation process request is essential and requires the simultaneous study of volume of instructions, forms and materials to the background, allowing the user to understand what he needs or what he offer the AET. Given that errors in the data entry process, distorting the meaning of the request is invalid, it becomes clear that the following technical result is unattainable within the analogues of the present invention.

The present invention is directed to the solution of the technical problem by providing opportunities for subscribers of different mobile and fixed communication networks, able to receive and send at least a short alphanumeric message, e.g. an SMS message in the GSM system, to access information service consisting in the exchange of information between those who have any information suitable for use by someone else (i.e. information providers), and those who want to get some specific information (i.e. consumers), resulting in the expansion of the specified information service to the size of the coverage area of the above communication networks. Achievable technical result is:

- providing subscribers with the above-mentioned networks, using General and not adapted for this service subscriber devices (e.g. mobile phones), additional services to find and offer information on the network by sending and receiving by the subscriber according to the existing non-standard short message, addressed are not pre-defined set of interested subscribers, automatically;

- increase the amount of information transmitted in one short message, to the extent necessary to transfer data that identifies the object specific proposals or request of the subscriber;

- giving efficiency to the process of network communication by eliminating procedures prior approval of detention ordered or proposed information;

- eliminates the need to use one person two different subscriber devices, for example, a computer for data entry and mobile phone for data output;

the creation of such a method which would be user-friendly and sensitive to these subscriber devices, due to their compactness and mobility (lack of a large screen, comfortable keyboard, a specialized user interface for converting data in a specific format);

- improving the efficiency of the search and supply of information, i.e. improving the quality of information services due to the significant increase in audience participants in the information exchange for the account of customers of these networks;

- facilitating the recognition in the database of the information server information in response is to query user information, and reducing the amount of information that the consumer should be taken with a small display devices, while increasing the amount of useful to the subscriber information contained in one short message.
