The invention relates to earth-moving machines, namely the working bodies of machines for digging, intended for opening the trunk pipelines are repaired in the field.

From the description of the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2146784 "Machine for removal of soil from under the oil(gas)-pipeline", IPC F 16 L 1 1/028, publ. 20.03.00, bull. No. 8 (prototype), well - known machine for digging with a work body in the form of two rotors with teeth (in the description - knives), symmetrically placed about the axis of the pipeline with the actuator and the device information and the cultivation of the rotor (in the description of the seizures).

While the machine is rotating the rotor with teeth loosen the soil under the pipe and move it into the recesses of the bottom of the trench As a rule, teeth or other loosening elements are located on the rotor rows in a checkerboard pattern, while in the series is set a few teeth, and the cutting edges of the teeth block the aisle. A large number of teeth on the working body leads to high consumption of the process of destruction of the soil, leads to their sticky as in cohesive soils, in General, which reduces the efficiency of the working body and leads to the necessity of periodic cleaning of the surface of the rotor manually in the cramped conditions of the trench.

Search address this issue by increasing p is omegatron between the teeth partially improve the situation only in certain ground conditions.

The objective of the invention is the increased efficiency of the development of the soil working body: reduce energy intensity and pressure force when digging under the pipeline by eliminating Hicks teeth ground by forcing cleaning sticky soil.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the working body of the machine for digging a pipeline, comprising a rotor with teeth, placed symmetrically with respect to the axis of the pipeline with the actuator and the mechanism for their information and cultivation, each rotor is provided with a cleaning device attached to a fixed part of the working body is static or with the possibility of rotation and located behind the rotor in the direction of travel of the machine, with treatment elements are constantly interacting with the outer surface of the rotor.

The advantages of the invention and its structural features are illustrated by the drawing, which shows a front view of the pin body with a cleaning device which is fixed statically (without drive) relative to the vertical axial plane of the pipe, the left part; the front view on the working body with a cleaning device equipped with a motor for rotation relative to the vertical axial plane of the pipe, right side.

The working body 1 of the vehicle 2 for digging pipe 3 includes a rotor 4 with the teeth 5. The rotors 4 posted by SIM is etrice relative to the axis of the pipe 3 on both of its sides and provided with a drive 6, the rotation mechanism 7 for information and cultivation of the rotors 4 and coverage of the pipeline 3.

The arrangement of the teeth 5 on the rotor 4 may be different, such as rows a, b, C with the spacing between rows in the horizontal plane or along a helical line, with gaps between the spiral lines.

Each rotor 4 provided with a purifying device 8 with treatment elements 9, such as brushes. The treatment device 8 mounted on a stationary bracket 10 of the working body 1, is mounted behind the rotor 4 in the direction of travel of the machine 1 and may have different options: without actuator with brushes 9 when static fixing station 11 with the same brush 9.

Other variants of the clearing device.

Treatment elements 9 (brush) cleaning device 8 is placed in between the rows of teeth 5 of the rotor 4.

The outer dimensions of the cleaning device 8 for cleaning items (brushes) 9 does not exceed the external dimensions of the working body 1 in the teeth 5 of the rotor 4.

Working the body 1 of the vehicle 2 as follows.

Prior to installation on the pipeline 3 working bodies 1 and the rotor 4 are dissolved in the hand mechanism 7, then machine 2 is installed on the pipe 3, and the working bodies 1 are included with the actuator 6 of the rotor 4 to the operating position.

Machine 2 translational moves along the pipe 3 and through the rotor 4 otkapivaet the soil under the pipe 3. The treatment device 8 m & g the m version is fixed on the bracket 10 with the rotor 4 in the direction of travel of the vehicle 2. The treatment device 8 with the actuator 11 with or without the help of treatment elements brushes 9 being in contact with the outer surface of the rotating rotor 4, cleans stuck in between the teeth 5 on the rotor 4 of the soil.

Using the proposed design increases the efficiency of the working body of the machine. By eliminating sticking of the teeth of the soil parameters of the process of development of the soil under the pipe, the energy intensity of efforts and pressure are maintained constant.

Thus, cleaning of the rotor is forcibly without stopping the machine.

The working body of the machine for digging a pipeline, comprising a rotor with teeth, placed symmetrically with respect to the axis of the pipeline with the actuator and the mechanism for their information and cultivation, characterized in that each rotor is provided with a cleaning device attached to a fixed part of the working body is static or with the possibility of rotation and located behind the rotor in the direction of travel of the machine, with treatment elements are constantly interacting with the outer surface of the rotor.
