FIELD: polymer materials and corrosion protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cold-drying anticorrosive coating compositions, which can be used in petroleum, gas, power, chemical, and other industries for protection surfaces of iron articles and structures. Composition of invention is based on binder, namely alkyd-styrene resin or poor alkyd resin in amount 11.0-44.0%. Composition further comprises 0.3-5.0% tannin or tannin derivatives as anticorrosive additive, 3.0-24.0% pigments, 5.0-22.-% fillers, and balancing amount of organic solvent.

The invention relates to compositions of corrosion-resistant coatings cold drying and can be used in oil, gas, energy, chemical and other industries to protect the surface of the components and structures of iron or steel, used in the atmospheric conditions in various climatic zones, in an atmosphere containing corrosive gases and vapors, in conditions with high humidity and gasoline.

Known for a number of paints and varnishes, applied to rusty surfaces: primer brand VD-VA-0112 THAT 6-10-1234-99 (see inventor's certificate SU A, 1996)containing polyvinyl acetate dispersion, dibutyl phthalate, chromium oxide, aluminum oxide, red iron oxide pigment, water, and phosphoric acid, the primer-modifier rust MS-0152 [THE 6-10-1729-79, A.S. SU 510496 But, 1976] on the basis of a copolymer of styrene with maleic anhydride, containing pigments, filler, phosphoric acid and solvents.

However, they have not sufficiently high protective properties due to high water absorption, quickly destroyed not only in water and chemically aggressive environments, but using them as a separate coverage in a normal atmosphere (for example, for temporary storage of metal).

Known protective material containing an organic solvent, alkyd-styrene resin, tet is occaronet zinc, tributoxyethyl, acetylacetone, the product on the basis of nitrated oil, 4-methyl-2,6-ditertbutyl or 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-dimethylaminomethylphenol [a.c. SU 1121997 AND].

Most are similar in composition and effect achieved by the present invention is a composition for anti-corrosion coatings containing alkyd-styrene resin, an anticorrosive additive sulphonate-type 150, representing a colloidal dispersion of calcium carbonate in the oil I-20A-stabilized calcium sulfonate, lanolin or wool grease, wax, lignite, petroleum paint resin, an organic solvent [A.S. However, it has insufficient protective properties. The technical objective of this invention is to improve the protective properties of the coating.

The problem is solved in that the composition for anti-corrosion coatings, comprising a binder, an anti-corrosion additive and an organic solvent, optionally contains pigments and fillers, as anti-corrosion additives - derived tannin or tannin, and as alkalmazasa resin - alkyd-styrene or skinny alkyd resin, in the following ratio, wt.%:

Alkyd-styrene resin or a skinny alkyd resin 11,0-44,0

The pigment is a 3.0-24,0

Fillers 5,0-22,0

Tannin or production tannin 0,3-5,0

Organic solvent - rest

The composition may further contain fat or medium oil alkyd resin in the amount of 5.0 to 8.0 wt.%, thickener in amounts of from 0.3 to 1.0 wt.%, additive for improving the surface properties in the amount of 0.3 to 1.0 wt.%, styracaceae linseed oil in the amount of 3.0-10.0 wt.%.

Technology of preparation of the composition according to the invention is as follows. Take the finished alkyd-styrene lacquer or skinny alkyd lacquer or alkyd-styrene resin or skinny alkyd resin dissolved in an organic solvent. Dispersed pigment paste consisting of pigments, if necessary fatty or medium oil alkyd resin and part of the fillers and of the solution of alkyd-styrene resin or thin alkyd.

3. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a thickener in an amount of 0.3 to 1.0 wt.% and an additive for improving the surface properties, which use the modified and the unmodified polysiloxane in the amount of 0.3-1.1 wt.%.

4. The composition according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises styracaceae linseed oil in the amount of 3.0-10.0 wt.%.
