FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock in underground mines for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level. For this purpose device is used containing pair of flight conveyors, forced-draught and suction fans, air chamber with air inlet hole provided with cyclone installed over flight conveyor to be loaded. Air chamber is arranged between conveyors and is furnished with air collector made in form of screen with cells, housing and brushes from side of conveyors. Additional hole is made in bottom of air chamber to deliver air jet at angle to direction of material movement.
EFFECT: device of simple design providing effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level.
The present invention relates to vehicles and can be used to move the rock mass in underground conditions, in particular when overloaded ore from conveyor to conveyor, located at the same level.
A device for the lateral discharge of the scraper conveyor containing placed at an angle to the direction of movement of the scraper and above the scraper chain unloading share with the horizontal platform and the window between the discharge space and a medium sheet pan [PRF 2083849, CL E 21 F 13/08].
The disadvantage of this device is that it is not adapted for handling the rock mass on conveyor, located at the same level as the discharge conveyor.
Known pneumatic separator for beneficiation of coal SHS-100 adopted for the prototype [Ngern, "Enrichment of coal", Moscow, "Nedra", 1988, p.79-82], which includes a sieve-feeder, conveyor heavy product, sieves for separating filler, an air chamber, a porous bottom with the porous plate and scraper conveyor lightweight product that uses air flow to separate and move the coal.
The disadvantage of this pneumatic separator is that it has a complex structure, large size, and it cannot be used when the overload ore from conveyor to conveyor.
Those who practical result of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages, namely, to create a device of simpler construction, which you can use safely and effectively to overload the rock mass from one conveyor to another, which are at the same level.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that under overload conditions of the rock mass from one conveyor to another, which are at the same level, use the device for handling granular material, containing a pair of scraper conveyors, discharge and suction fans, air chamber and the inlet of air in it, which according to the invention is equipped with a cyclone mounted above the scraper conveyor and the air chamber is located between the conveyor and equipped with air manifold, made in the form of a grid with cells of the casing and brushes from the side of the conveyor, while in the bottom of the air chamber made an extra hole for supplying air jet at an angle to the direction of movement of the material.
This decision will allow us to effectively and safely overload the rock mass from one conveyor to another, which are at the same level.

Device for handling bulk material includes air chamber 1, is installed at the place of loading rock mass discharged between 2 and 3 downloadable conveyors. The bottom 15 air chamber 1 has an opening 4 for air intake and a hole 5 for supplying an air jet at an angle, which is connected to the intake fan 10. Side discharged 2 and 3 downloadable conveyors bottom 15 has a brush 9. On top of the air chamber 1 is equipped with the air manifold, which includes a grid 7 cells, the casing 6 and the brush 8. The air manifold through the pipe 11 is connected to the cyclone 13 and the suction fan 12. The cyclone 13 is installed above the conveyor 3 and has a gate valve 14
The proposed device operates as follows.

The air is cleaned from dust and small rocks in the cyclone 13, where by the difference in air velocity dust and small pieces of rock are deposited on the bottom of the cyclone, and the cleaned air exits through the top opening of the cyclone 13. As the filling of the cyclone 13 periodically to open the gate 14 so that the accumulated dust and small pieces of rock fell to the total overload the weight loaded on the conveyor 3.
The air intake of a suction fan 12 is through the hole 4, and the brush 8 is achieved and brushes 9 bottom 15 air chamber 1 made of a strong flexible material and act as a seal to reduce air intake in the month the e overload rock. This increases the performance of the suction fan 12 and the effectiveness of congestion, as the main stream of air will flow through the opening 4.
The proposed invention has a simple structure, and also will allow you to effectively and safely overload the rock mass from one conveyor to another, which are at the same level, without reducing the performance of the conveyor line.

SUBSTANCE: method for extraction and underground use of coal includes cleaning extraction and dumping of coal, fixing and controlling ceiling and transporting coal along face to drift. On the drift, in moveable generator, coal is pulverized for intensive burning with use of jets in water boiler firebox, where high temperature of steam is achieved (about 1400 C°), enough for decomposition of water on oxygen and hydrogen. These are separated, then oxygen is fed back to jets, and hydrogen is outputted along pipes and hoses in drifts and shaft. Variants of underground generator for realization of this method are provided. Also provided is method for extraction of disturbed coal beds by short faces. It includes extraction and dumping of coal on face conveyor, fixing of ceiling behind combine, moving conveyor line and support sections in direction of cleaning face displacement, control of ceiling with destruction and partial filling. Extraction of coal is performed in short curvilinear faces by long stripes along bed, in straight drive without forwarding drifts, with preservation and reuse of ventilation and conveyor drifts, equipped with mounting manipulator robots, with fixing behind combine by automatically operating support deflectors without unloading and displacing sections in area of coal extraction. Extraction and transporting of coal is performed by fast one-drum combine and curvilinear reloading conveyor, supplying coal to drift conveyor or immediately to underground gas or energy generator placed immediately on drift. Also proposed is face scraper conveyor for realization of said method, wherein pans are made with step along front face profile, greater, than along back one, while forming common line curved towards face with constant curvature. Also proposed is a method for controlling complex for unmanned coal extraction.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, effectiveness, broader functional capabilities.
