FIELD: containers for storage or transport of articles or materials.

SUBSTANCE: double-chamber container comprises inner chamber, outer chamber which envelopes the inner chamber and head member made by shaping a polymeric material. The head member is secured to the top edges of the walls of the inner and outer chambers. The head member has two passages. The inner chamber is arranged inside the outer chamber for permitting communication of each passage with one of the chambers. The device comprises inner and outer mandrels. The inner mandrel is mounted inside the outer mandrel for moving inward and outward. The both of the mandrels are mounted for joined movement inward and outward in shaping space of the mould. Each mandrel has projection to form the passage provided in the head member and connected with the corresponding chamber.

EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and improved design.

The invention relates to a device for producing a two-chamber tanks containing inner and outer mandrel and the inner mandrel is located in the external mandrel with the possibility of lowering and pull-out, subject to the cavity for the head part and the dispenser for supplying heated portions of thermoplastic subject in the cavity of the mold.

A similar device is known from US-A-5219373. Two separately manufactured one-piece sleeves of different diameters put on their corresponding inner and outer mandrel, and then through the nozzle by means of injection molding put the head part with a common outlet and simultaneously connect with the ends of both sleeves. This method is time consuming because of the many individual operations and therefore cannot be used for production in large batches per time unit, in particular, since the sleeve has first separately manufacturing and coordinated manner to enter into the device.

Object of the invention is a device for producing a two-chamber containers, in particular in the form of re-'t we cork disposable packaging, with beautiful appearance and manufactured simply and quickly.

This problem is solved by a device with the characteristics included in the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the formula through its distinct is lnyh signs.

Below the invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment of a device for producing a two-chamber tanks shown on the drawings.

The appropriate welding equipment and guides for the film can be located for the manufacture of the inner or outer sleeves at different heights, so that they can move on height and/or, if necessary, also the axial retraction or rotation.

When sufficient rigidity, for example, a thicker film may be wound on the mandrel, and then mo is et to be a lapped seam (not shown), which can be glued, for example by applying glue or adhesive to both sides of the tape, or welded, which should provide appropriate feeding and gluing or welding device and, if necessary, also the cutting device known to the specialist, which is not described in detail here.
