Each such joint is performed due to joining lateral surfaces of truncated cones along lines of bases of their small and large diameters respectively. Said joints may be smooth, with radius transitions.

EFFECT: simplified design of bottle, enhanced technological effectiveness of making it.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in the manufacture of high-pressure cylinders.

A known method of manufacturing a high-pressure cylinders, including the orientation of the sleeve, forming a cap on the Cup (the ring), the fixing sleeve in the neck with the subsequent sealing of the violin. As shown in figure 2 the description in the ring formed by two heads, one being the bottom of the glass shell, the other the top, provided with an orifice in which is mounted a sleeve with a threaded valves (refer to the patent of Russian Federation №2153127, IPC F 17 C 1/00, B 21 D 51/24, publ. 20.07.2000, bull. No. 20).

The method comprises the manufacture of the two parts, then fastened with the help of welding operations. Manufacture of the two parts of the shell and sleeve and the introduction of additional welding operation significantly affects the complexity of the manufacturing process of the container.

A known design of a high-pressure bladder, comprising a housing in the form of a shell of the billet with otterbine two bottoms, one of which is provided with a neck with a threaded hole for installation of valves. The cylinder is supplied with pre-formed in the neck of the sleeve with internal thread.

The outer surface of the sleeve provided with annular projections, and the sleeve is made of a material, the temperature coefficient is the volumetric expansion than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the base material (see the description of the patent USSR No. 1838712, MKI5F 17 C 1/00, B 21 D 22/16, publ. 30.08.93, bull. No. 32).

This solution is structurally and technologically complex, because the bottle neck is made of two parts, connected to each other. It is not excluded the possibility of occurrence of a gap between the sleeve and the shell, which will require the need to introduce additional surgery - welding the junction of the sleeve and the shell.

The task and the technical result in part of the method and device is to simplify the design and improve manufacturability.

This technical result in part of the method is achieved in that in the method of manufacturing a high-pressure cylinders, including the formation of shells, consistent crimping at least one open end of the shell with the formation of the bottom and neckline, the formation of the bottom lead with education, at least two paired conical surfaces with the increase of the Central angle α1...αnfrom the shell to the neck.

In addition, the limit value of the Central angle α may not exceed 180° .

The claimed method and the device are illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a workpiece-shell of the pipe, figure 2 - formation of the first of truncated cones, figure 3 - formation of the neckline and the design of the tank bottom, made in the form of an aggregate of two right truncated circular cones, figure 4 - the design of the cylinder with smooth radius transitions of the compounds of the side surfaces of the truncated cones and the outer surfaces of the cap and shell with side surfaces of the truncated cones.

The claimed method and device to implement Southsea as follows.
