FIELD: agricultural irrigation equipment used in mobile sprinkler units.

SUBSTANCE: boom-type sprinkler unit has frame made in the form of three-dimensional construction composed of pipes and mounted on vehicle equipped with pumping unit. Flexible water pipeline with sprinkling apparatuses is secured on frame by means of cables. Flexible water pipeline is made sectioned. Each section has flexible pipeline segment positioned on carrier member made in the form of pair of longitudinal supports having bent C-shaped profile and flat rings at their end portions. Wide strips of pair of bent C-shaped profile are arranged at an angle to horizontal plane and perpendicular to one another. Said profiles define, in conjunction with rings, trough of carrier member. Adjacent carrier members are connected with one another by means of connecting parts through spacer bushings. One, two or three spacer bushings are made in the form of brackets for connecting cable ends to join with frame. Ends of flexible pipeline segments are mutually joined via transition portion made in the form of bushing. Ends of transition member have conical entrance portions. Annular portion formed on transition member surface is joined with ends of adjacent segments and pairs of yokes on their surface. Cable ends joining brackets are equipped with eye ring receiving slots and mounting openings. Diameter of carrier member rings exceeds outer diameter of transition member by 1.5-1.9 times.

EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency.

The invention relates to agriculture, to the means of irrigating crops mainly sprinkler.

Known sprinkling unit containing a frame made of pipes with a handle mounted on it, the drum, the tubular axis of which is connected through a flexible hose drum to the riser of the sprinkler system, in order to simplify the design and improve maintainability arm connected with the frame hinge, made hollow and is hydraulically connected with the tubular axis of the drum, while the junction of the sprinkling apparatus is mounted on the free end of the arm, it is equipped with supporting wheels and the handle is equipped with a backup vertical position when watering with clip horizontal position during transportation (SU inventor's certificate No. 1500208 A1, IPC7A 01 G 25/09. The disadvantages of this sprinkler unit include the complexity of the design, most consumption, low productivity and low quality of rain.

The invention consists in the following.

The task, which is aimed by the invention is the simplification of the structure.

The technical result - reduce their material consumption and improve the quality of the rain.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known sprinkler Assembly comprising a frame in the form of the spatial shape of the pipes on the vehicle with the pump unit and mounted on it by means of ropes flexible water conveyance pipeline from the sprinkling apparatus according to the invention, a flexible water conveyance pipeline is made sectional, each section has a segment of flexible tubing, is placed on the support element in the form of a pair of longitudinal supports of the curved C-shaped profile and flat rings on the target areas, while adjacent bearing elements are mutually connected by means of fastening through spacer sleeves at the same time or one, or two, or three one of them is made in the form of brackets for connecting the ends of the cables for connection with the frame, and the ends of the segments Flex mutually interconnect the transition element in the form of a sleeve, the ends of which have a finite lead-in areas and an annular sample on the outer surface covered by the ends of adjacent segments and pairs of clamps on their surface.

Information confirming the possibility of implementing the claimed invention are as follows.

Sprinkler includes a frame 1 in the form of the spatial shape of the pipes on the vehicle 2 with the pump unit 3 and the floating intake valve 4. On the frame 1 is mounted through the pairs of ropes 5, 6, 7, and 8 flexible water supply pipe 9 in the form of left and right wings.

On the pipeline 9 posted by sprinkling apparatus. Flexible water supply pipe 9 is hydraulically connected with the pump unit 3 and the floating intake valve 4. Intake valve 4 on the vehicle 2 is installed with the possibility of transfer in transport and working position of the open time channel 10. On the pipe 9 can be installed culverts for furrow irrigation.

Flexible water supply pipe 9 is made sectional (see Fig.1-3). Each section 11 is segment 12 Flex 9. The segment 12 is placed on the bearing element 13. Bearing element 13 is in the form of a pair of longitudinal pairs 14 and 15 of the bent C-shaped profile and flat rings 16 and 17 on the end sections of the profiles. Adjacent bearing elements 13 are interconnected cf is the funds fasteners 18 through a spacer sleeve 19. Or one, or two, or three of them made in the form of U-shaped brackets 20 for connection of the ends 21 of the ropes 5-8 connection with the frame 1. The outer cylindrical surface of the transition element 24 is made of a ring sample 27. Wide shelves pair of curved C-shaped profile longitudinal pairs 14 and 15 of the bearing member 13 is placed at an angle of 40...45° to a horizontal plane and orthogonal to each other. Rings 16 and 17 and the bearings 14 and 15 form a groove of the support member 13, which is freely laid a flexible water supply pipe 9.

U-shaped brackets 20 for connection of the ends 21 of the ropes 5-8 with a frame 1 provided with grooves 29 for accommodation of thimbles 30 and the mounting holes for the fingers 31.

The diameter of the holes 32 of flat rings 16 and 17 of the bearing member 13 is 1.5-1.9 times larger that the outer diameter of the transition element 24. This is achieved by a free linear movement of the flexible water supply pipe 9 to the Assembly and the movable bearing element 13 as a form of dual console sprinkler ustanovqena design sprinklers has properties, elevated precast dismantling qualities when replacing as any section 11, and any of the segments 12.

Sprinkler operates as follows.

When operating the internal combustion engine of the vehicle 2 pump unit 3 open time channel 10 floating intake valve 4 water for irrigation is drawn under pressure to a flexible water supply pipe 9, and sprinkling devices are evenly distributed over the surface irrigated field. Working position of the left and right wings of the flexible water supply pipe 9 is provided with pairs of ropes 5, 6, 7, and 8. The ends of the ropes 5-8 are connected to the frame 1 sprinklers and D-shaped brackets 20 by means of thimbles 30 and the axes of the fingers 31. Each pair of ropes 5 (6-8) holds in position adjacent bearing elements 13 sections 11. The segments 12 are freely laid on the C-shaped profiles of longitudinal supports 14 and 15 and do not carry loads.

The holes 32 in the rings 16 and 17 adjacent bearing elements 13 do not interfere with the individual segments 12, and the entire wing of the flexible water supply pipe 9 to move in them. This remains a pipe 9 from any critical loads.

To replace the segment 12 in any section 11 enough to release a couple of Polukarov 28 and pull it up from the gutter carrying NEGP is enta 13. This provides for easy maintenance of the sprinkler installation.

The presence of the segments 12 of the pipes of polyethylene of low pressure eliminates the need for rigid cantilever forms.

The design of the bearing elements 13 in combination with ropes 5, 6, 7 and 8 ensures normal operation of the sprinkler installation with simple design and a significant reduction of the material.

Proposed truss includes central panel in form of regular pyramid with square base made of pipes with flanges for connecting bottom chords and four suspensions. Suspensions are orientated along ribs of pyramid and one post. Post is arranged in central panel on one of side faces along apothem. Left-hand and right-hand cantilevers are mated with central panel. Each cantilever consists of one end panel and thirteen intermediate panels. End panel is made in form of guy truss. Ends of front and rear water passing pipes are connected with guy truss pipeline by V-shaped water passing member. Panels of guy truss are formed by posts and distance pieces, inclined braces and tension members vertically orientated in longitudinal vertical plane. Water passing pipeline of guy part of truss is furnished with drain cock. V-shaped water passing member consists of steel pipes of equal section equal to sections of front rear water passing pipes and pipe line of guy truss. One of pipes of V-shaped water passing member is sectional and provided with threaded sleeve. Sleeve is fitted on threaded bushings. Bushings are installed with displacement outwards from ends of pipes. Bushings are connected by closed girth welds with end sections of parts of pipes to be connected. Insert made of plastic, for instance, fluoroplastic, is mounted between end faces of sectional parts of pipes and in plane of threaded bushings. Inner section of insert is equal to sections of pipes of V-shaped water passing member. Proposed two-cantilever self-aligning truss for sprinkling machines provides uninterrupted delivery of sprinkling water to short range heads of intermediate panels and long-range heads on guy part of truss.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for mechanization of drop irrigation of crops. Proposed truss has upper and lower chords, central panel in form of regular pyramid with square base and left-hand and right-hand cantilevers mated with pyramid. Central panel has square base made of tubes with flanges for connecting lower chords and four suspensions orientated along ribs. Panel is provided with one post located on one of side faces along apothem of pyramid. Each cantilever consists of thirteen intermediate panel and one end panel. Each end panel is made up of two posts, one brace, two front and rear water tubes of lower chords, one upper chord, two tilted struts and two horizontal tension members. Two heads are fitted on each intermediate panel and end panel. End is made in form of guy-rope truss. It is mated with truss panel by brace and tilted posts. Ends of tilted posts are relative mated from top and bottom by horizontally orientated brace. Mated ends of tilted posts are orientated downwards and arranged lower than brace. Ends of front and rear water tubes in guy-rope part are relative mated by V-shaped water supply member with tube of truss guy-rope part. Panels of guy-rope part of truss are formed by posts and braces, tilted struts and tension members orientated in longitudinally vertical plane. water supply pipeline of guy0rope part is furnished with drain valve. Proposed truss provides 15-20% reduction of materials usage.
