FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing equipped with inlet and outlet openings, main float-type regulating members and additional regulating member, said members being located inside casing. Main float-type regulating member is made as biconcave lens formed in spherical layer of waterproof material having density below 1 t/m3. Additional regulating member is made in the form of elastic membrane with central opening. Protrusions made as parts of spherical segments are disposed in casing cavity below inlet opening and above outlet opening. Radius of upper protrusion spherical part is equal to radius of spherical part of biconcave lens. Radius of lower protrusion spherical part is less than radius of spherical part of biconcave lens by value equal to thickness of elastic membrane. Radial channels are formed in apex part of lower protrusion. Apparatus provides for normal operation in the process of drop irrigation with water without preliminary cleaning thereof.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, uniform and high-quality irrigation.

The invention relates to agriculture and can be used for drip irrigation.

A device for drip irrigation, comprising a housing with an inlet and outlet and located in it float regulatory element, in which the purpose of improving the uniformity of irrigation, the device is equipped with an additional float regulatory element located within the core and having a T-shaped through hole, and a telescopic pipe connecting the said inlet opening to the outlet opening of the housing (SU inventor's certificate No. 782766. M CL3A 01 G 25/02. Device for drip irrigation / Wthdrawal (USSR). - Application No. 2765876/30-15; Claimed 15.05.1979; Publ. 3.11.1980, bull. No. 44).

The disadvantages of this device include low operational reliability. It is also caused by the fact that its normal operation is required strictly upright position of the body.

The essence of the invention.

Task to be solved by the claimed invention is directed, enhanced operational reliability.

The technical result improved quality drip irrigation.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known device for drip irrigation, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet holes and placed in it the main Poplavko the first and additional regulatory elements, according to the invention, the main float regulatory element has the form of a biconcave lens, made in a spherical layer of waterproof material with a density less than 0.4...0.5 t/m3additional regulatory element is present in the form of an elastic membrane with a hole in the center of the body cavity below the inlet and above the entrance holes made projections in the form of spherical segments, the radius of the sphere to the top of the protrusion is equal to the radius of the sphere of a biconcave lens, the radius of the sphere of the lower protrusion is smaller than the radius of the sphere of a biconcave lens on the thickness of the elastic membrane, and at its top is made of radially oriented grooves.

Information confirming the possibility of implementing the claimed invention are as follows.

Device for drip irrigation includes a housing 1 with an inlet 2 and outlet 3. In case 1 are the main Pople who wkowy regulatory element 4 and additional regulatory element 5.

The main float regulatory element 4 has the form of a biconcave lens. The lens element 4 is made in a spherical layer of waterproof material with a density less than 1 t/m3.

The main float regulatory element 4 made for example of cork density 0,2...0,3 t/m3. The diameter of the element 4 is smaller than the inside diameter of the housing 1 by 10...15%.

Additional regulatory element 5 provided in the form of an elastic membrane with a hole 6 in the center. In the cavity of the housing 1 under the inlet 2 and over the outlet 3 are the projections 7 and 8 in the form of spherical segments.

The radius of the sphere of projection 7 is equal to the radius of the sphere of a biconcave lens. The radius of the sphere of projection 8 is smaller than the radius of the sphere of a biconcave lens on the thickness of the elastic membrane 5. On top of the ledge 8 are radially oriented grooves 9. The housing 1 has a cover 10, mutually mating threaded sections 11. The cover 10, the housing 1 and the elements 4, 5 have a high technological properties for replication.

Device for drip irrigation works in the following way.

Water from the distribution system piping drip irrigation through the opening 2 of the cover 10 is fed into the cavity of the housing 1. Due to water hitting the surface of the biconcave lens of the main float regulirujushimsja 4 he and membrane additional regulatory element 5 cover grooves 9 at the top of the ledge 8. Elements 4 and 5 is clipped output opening 3 in the housing. At this time is the addition of the body cavity 1 irrigation water. Along with the water in the direction of the protrusion 7 rises biconcave lens element 4. Filling the cavity of the housing 1 element 4 is mated with the protrusion 7 and blocks the access of water through the opening 2 in the cover 10. Due to the elastic qualities of the membrane element 5 assumes its original shape and allows access of water to the grooves 9. Through the slots 9 in the hole 6 in a strictly dosed quantity of water passes through the hole 3 on irrigated land. When the pressure of the water in the cavity of the housing 1, the membrane unit 5 reduces the living section of the grooves 9, maintaining a given rate of flow through the opening 6.

By reducing the water level in the cavity of the housing 1 element 4 opens the hole 2 and the nourishment of the body cavity 1 new portion of water.

The device allows to increase the uniformity of soil moisture, reducing the pressure of the water in the drip irrigation system. The device allows to increase the diameters of the inlet and outlet openings and thereby get rid of expensive filters water purification.

The described device provides high operational reliability watering with drip irrigation.

Replaceable porous member is made in the form of parts of cylinder joined to one another with their diametrical surfaces. Channels are formed on cylindrical surface of each cylindrical part. Upon joining of cylindrical parts along cylinder, channels define vertical channels. Cylinder may have one, two or three detachment surfaces. Helical channels are formed on cylindrical parts of replaceable porous member. Helical channel pitches in parts of cylinder to be joined are not multiple one another. Water outlet is equipped with float valve arranged inside water outlet above pressure suppressing chamber. Stopper at lower end of porous casing is equipped with accumulating chamber.
