FIELD: irrigated agriculture, in particular, equipment used for watering of perennial plants.

SUBSTANCE: dropper has casing and cover with inlet and outlet branch pipes, respectively, throttle and elastic balancing member with openings. Throttle is made in the form of hollow biconcave lens and positioned in casing cavity above elastic balancing member. Spherical segment-shaped slot is formed in cover body below inlet branch pipe. Radius of spherical part of said slot is equal to radius of throttle lens spherical part. Similar slot is formed in bottom part of casing above inlet branch pipe. Radius of said slot is greater than radius of spherical part of throttle biconcave lens part by value equal to thickness of balancing member. Channels are formed on casing bottom part surface and on slot surface to define spiral branches. Holes are made on peripheral part of elastic balancing member.

EFFECT: simplified construction and improved watering quality.

The invention relates to irrigation and can be used for irrigation of perennial plants.

Known dropper, including the body and the cover respectively with the inlet and outlet nozzles, orifice with a spiral channel and the rod and the elastic compensator with a Central hole and ledges in which to improve the manufacturability of intravenous projections made at the base of the stem, the height of which is greater than the depth of the spiral channel, and the diameter of the circumscribed around them circumference larger than the diameter of the Central hole of the compensator, while the outlet has a camera for posting it ledges and edges of the expansion joint when bending them under the working pressure (SU inventor's certificate No. 1444551 A1, MCL4A 01 G 25/02. Dropper /Rei, Averescu, Pauseresume (USSR). - Application No. 3957516/30-15; Claimed 24.09.1985: Publ. 07.06.1988, bull. No. 21).

The disadvantages of this dropper is its low reliability caused by clogging of the spiral channel of the throttle.

The essence of the invention.

The problem to which the invention is directed, enhanced operational reliability.

The technical result improved quality drip irrigation.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known drip vkluchaya the body and the cover respectively with the inlet and outlet nozzles, choke and elastic compensator with a hole, according to the invention, the orifice is made in the form of a hollow lenticular lens on the cover at the inlet cone and the casing above the outlet pipe is made depressions in the form of spherical segments with the radius of the sphere equal to the radius of the lens to the top of the recess, and the radius of the sphere is greater radius of the sphere lens on the thickness of the elastic compensator, on the surface of the recess of the casing and its bottom part is made grooves in the form of spiral branches.

Information confirming the possibility of implementing the claimed invention are as follows.

The dropper includes a housing (see figure 1) and the cover 2, respectively, with the input of the PA is robcom 3 and the outlet pipe 4, the inductor 5 and the elastic expansion joint 6 with an opening 7 (see figure 3, 4, 5 and 6).

The orifice 5 is made in the form of a hollow lenticular lens. On the cover 2 under suction inlet 3 is made a recess 8 in the form of a spherical segment. The sphere radius of the recess 8 is equal to the radius of the sphere lens throttle 5. In this part of the housing 1 above the outlet pipe 4 is made a recess 9 in the form of a spherical segment. The sphere radius of the recess 9 is made larger than the radius of the sphere lens inductor 5, the thickness of the elastic compensator 6. On the surface of the recess 9 of the casing and its bottom part is made of the grooves 10 and 11 in the form of spiral branches.

Elastic compensator 6 is equipped with a group of holes 7. Hole 7 is made on the peripheral part of the compensator 6. Cover 2 and the housing 1 are mutually mated threaded areas 12.

The dropper works as follows.

Water under pressure water distribution pipeline drip irrigation system through the inlet pipe 3 enters the cavity of the housing 1 closed by a cover 2 (see figure 4). Due to water hammer water flow orifice 5 elastic compensator 6 presses into the recess 9 in the bottom of the housing 1. The orifice 5 is closed holes 7 on the surface of the elastic compensator 6. When filling the cavity of the housing 1 irrigation water part through the channels 11 in the form of spiral branches in the recess 9 strictly on the analyses enters the outlet 4 of the housing 1. After filling in the network and achieve a pressure reactor 5 POPs up over the elastic compensator 6. The orifice 5 is in contact with the recess 8 on the cover 2. The water pressure in the housing 1 falls. Elastic compensator 6 is above the recess 9 to the position shown in Fig.6. At a lower water pressure in the cavity of the housing 1 part of it flows through the hole 7 in the outlet 4. This achieves a uniform release water dropper, regardless of variations in water pressure in the network. During the lowering of the water level in the housing 1 choke 5 goes down and opens the hole inlet pipe 3. Since then, the dropper works in the mode of irrigation, i.e. its bandwidth is determined by the degree of overlap of the channels 10 elastic compensator 6. Individual and group move throttle 5 and the elastic compensator 6 remove suspended solids, sediments, and organisms with holes 7 and channels 10 and 11 on the bottom part of the housing 1 and in the recess 9. The implementation of the grooves 10 and 11 in the form of spirals increase the velocity of fluid outflow, reducing the area of stagnant zones in the recess 9.
