SUBSTANCE: floor comprises height-adjustable stands with support plates to which beams with panels are connected. Each support plate has slots located in crosswise manner and opened from peripheral part thereof. Support plate is provided with covering plate having central orifice, cuts arranged in crosswise manner along its perimeter and radial extensions dividing covering plate into four equal segments. Panel plate corners rest upon segment surfaces. Covering plate has metal strips crossing at the 90o angle and disposed from lower side thereof. Two pair of slots are formed between covering plate cuts and extend in annular direction. Metal strip ends passing through above slots are bent on outer side of covering plate.

The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the construction of floors in rooms designed for installation of various electrical and electronic equipment, or in areas, which have facilities that use flammable or explosive substances such as operating rooms of hospitals.

Famous floor, consisting of panels with carpet in which to relieve frictional static electricity between the carpet and the subfloor is laid material associated with the earth and interact with the material of the rivet in contact with the shoes of the person. The closest analogue to the claimed invention is a sectional floor, including the height-adjustable stand with base plate to attach the beams with laid them on the plates, each support plate is made with a Phillips spaced pairs of slots open from the peripheral part thereof, and provided with a cover plate with a Central hole, Cresta is different spaced along its perimeter cutouts and placed between them on its outer surface notches, dividing the plate into four equal sectors, the surface of which rely on the corners of the plates (US 4982539, class E 04 5/43, 1991).

Sectional floor named because it consists of separate sections, each of which can function as a floor with the desired characteristics. In most cases the floors with the adjustable feet are designed for areas that have electrical or electronic equipment. When moving people or moving equipment on the floor occur electrostatic charges, which can create failures in the internal circuit of the electrical equipment or in more sensitive integrated circuit electronic equipment. The presence of indoor equipment using combustible or explosive substances, such as oxygen, can cause a fire. In this regard, a disadvantage of the known designs is the lack of structural elements contributing to the removal of electrostatic charges.

To solve this problem in the sectional floor, including the height-adjustable stand with base plate to attach the beams with laid them on the plates, each support plate is made with a Phillips spaced pairs of slots open from the peripheral part thereof, and provided with a cover plate with a Central hole, cross located along its perimeter cut and placed between the radial protrusions separating the plate into four equal sectors, the surface of which rely on the corners of the plates, the plate provided on the lower side intersecting at an angle of 90° metal bands, and between the cut pads in the ring direction made two pairs of slots, through each of which skipped the ends of a metal strip bent to the outer side of the lining.

Cutouts lining is made U-shaped in plan, with parallel edges of each cut are in the same vertical plane with the remote edges of the pair of slits, and their length is equal to the length of the slots.

The length of the radial tabs of the pads is equal to the distance between its center hole and cut.

The base plate is made in the form of a disk, and a beam cross-section is made in the form of a channel, the shelves of which is placed in the slots of the disk.

Fingerboard is equipped with a traverse is built between the zipper flanges, covering the ends of the disk.

The cover plate is made of a polymeric material having sound damping properties.

Sectional floor includes height-adjustable stand 1, each of which consists of a lower rectangular, mostly of a square plate with 2 fixing holes 3 for connection with the subfloor.

The bottom plate 2 is connected with a hollow tubular element 4, in the cavity of which is placed a threaded rod 5, which interacts with the adjusting nut 6.

The rod 5 is installed in the cavity of the tubular element 4 with the possibility of axial movement and rigidly connected to the top plate 7 made in the form of a disk.

The top plate 7 is made crosswise spaced pairs of slots 8 open with the peripheral part of the disk.

Between adjacent slots 8 at the same distance from the center of the disc placed at an angle of 45° 9 holes for fasteners.

The slots 8 are designed to install shelves beams 10 floor, which is made in the cross section in the form of a channel.

The top support plate stacked plate 11 with a Central hole, the cross placed on it is perimetro cutouts 12 and located between the radial projections 13, dividing the plate into four equal sectors.

On the surface sectors rely corners of the plates 14.

The plate 11 is provided on the lower side intersecting at an angle of 90° metal strips 15, intended for the discharge of electrostatic charges.

Between the notches 12 pads in a circular direction made two pairs of slots 16, through each of which skipped the ends of the metal strips 15, bent on the outer side of the lining.

The cutouts 12 pads made U-shaped in plan, with parallel edges of each cut are in the same vertical plane with the remote edges of the pair of slits, and their length is equal to the length of the slots.

The radial length of the projections 13 of the pads is equal to the distance between the Central hole and the cutout 12.

3. Floor according to claim 2, characterized in that the length of the radial tabs of the pads is equal to the distance between its center hole and cut.

4. Floor according to claim 3, characterized in that the supporting plate is made in the form of a disk, and a beam cross-section is made in the form of a channel, the shelves of which is placed in the slots of the disk.

SUBSTANCE: support includes square lower bearing plate made of flexible metal sheet material and upper bearing plate. The plates have central orifices. Central orifice of lower plate comprises rod receiving recess and is surrounded with annular depression having depth not exceeding sheet thickness. Central orifice of upper plate comprises flange. The plates are provided with radial grooves located so that convex surfaces thereof face each other. Depression and grooves have oval cross-section and oval or wavy cross-sections in connection areas in-between. Upper plate is made of the same material as the lower one. Orifices for fastening members receiving formed in lower plate and holes for gasket fixing made in upper plate are coaxial and created along stiffening ribs extending along square diagonals.

SUBSTANCE: support includes square lower bearing plate made of flexible metal sheet material and having central orifice for threaded rod securing and holes for connecting thereof to a base. The orifice diameter is less than that of rod. Support also has upper bearing plate rigidly connected with tubular member. Threaded rod end provided with nut is inserted into tubular member. Lower plate surface facing the base has crosswise ribs dispersing from central orifice and radial V-shaped grooves extending from corners thereof.
