This invention relates to a method for producing a textile product, in particular with tufting pile, with geometric and non geometric figures.

The invention also relates to products obtained by this method, preferably in the form of tiles with drawings that you can easily connect with each other.

The level of technology

Ways to get floor coverings on a textile backing, made in the form of mats, carpets or tiles using a printing technology that is well known, under the seal of understand the painting using a printing cylinder or RAM with coloring substances applied locally on pre-painted or unbleached basis.

Other technologies involve the use of yarns of different colors, forming a continuous structure. The use of different yarns is selected according to the pattern.

Among these technologies, there is one called tufting, which allows to obtain color images by different combinations of yarn, usually two or three colors on yalniz tufting machine.

Thanks to the configuration of the needle cases, patterns are obtained strictly geometric and repetitive, and very limited in terms of diversity.

When consistently established pushers tufting machine cause vstupitelnye movement of the rows of yalniz (needle

beams) relative to the machine frame, in each row of loops it is possible to obtain the effect of shifting the pattern, though without changing the repetitive geometric nature of the pattern.

Therefore, have developed more sophisticated tufting machine, equipped with devices for controlling the feed of each yarn, allowing to receive loops of different heights. It also uses the yarn of two or three different colors, and location them in a certain order on yalniz in combination with different height of the loops allows you to create drawings, as disclosed, for example, in patents US 5,549,064 and US 4,317,419.

These figures are less than regular, as a separate loops, differing in color from the adjacent loops can sometimes be manifested in the form of a picture, if they have the same neighboring loops height, or can become invisible if they have a lower height, being hidden neighboring loops.

Pictures get on the fabric, which does not hold a form that does not allow you to work with geometric figures, which can then be cut into tiles, because it is impossible to guarantee that these drawings can be subsequently re-join. For this reason, all existing images are "finished" character for laying in the same direction, or geometrical nature for laying in chess then the (DKE), that limits the possibilities of decoration.

These products wear out quickly, as well as a high degree of contamination high loops.

In addition, the use of coloured yarn limits the adaptability of this method, and in the case when you want to change the color or pattern, there is a requirement for the minimum number of products (from 1000 to 2000 m2depending on the type of product), since each such change is accompanied by a change in configuration and, therefore, replacement of a large number of bobbins with yarn.

In addition, the material density is not constant in height, due to the presence of more short loops on separate sites.

Finally, the number of different images that can be obtained in this way is relatively small, which limits the creativity of the producers in terms of diversity drawings, etc.

Use yarn with different affinity (affinity) to the dye, it was also suggested to create different color effects, in particular, for dyeing across the entire width of the add on, possibly combined with the effects of unpainted areas. As disclosed, for example, in patents DE-A1-19610120 and US 3439999. In this case, the number of different designs are also very limited.

The purpose of the invention

This invention aims to avoid the disadvantages of the known solutions is the second. In particular, it is directed to receive structured textile products with images in a way that would be economically advantageous, in particular in the form of tiles, which provide greater freedom from the point of view of selection of the drawings and which, at the same time, can communicate with each other.

Detailed description of the invention

According to this invention proposes a method of obtaining textiles with geometric and non geometric drawings produced preferably in tufting machines, using at least two types of yarn with different affinity for the dyes to form a homogeneous and regular textile structures, as well as different coloring pastes with different affinity for each type of yarn, which is then applied in accordance with the selected pattern.

Tufting machine used to implement the present invention can be relatively simple, intended for the production of homogeneous geometric figure, without creating loops of different heights by replacing yalniz in accordance with a set of yarn (or unbleached, with different affinity to dyes, or completely dyed yarn, which in turn contains polymers with different affinity to dyes).

However, according to the invention can be used is to use also the above tufting machine, which is used to supply yarn to the two hollycam thus, in order to create the effect of a complex texture due to different heights of loops, while still in uniform and localized form.

Yarn produced from polymers and having different affinity to dyes, are well known.

We can mention, for example, acid polyamide yarn or the basic polyamide yarn having affinity, respectively, to basic or acid dyes.

Different types of yarn can be unbleached or fully colored.

This invention also allows the use of various types of woven yarn.

On the thus obtained textiles preferably applied standard roll coating and cut them on tiles, which are then individually placed in a specific way, with specific geometric tile pattern, a device that allows you to apply the above-mentioned coloring paste in accordance with the drawings, which can be easily assembled from different tiles.

The technology is especially suitable for dyeing by applying a coloring pastes using a special machine, equipped with a variety of heads for extrusion of various coloring pastes on the surface and deep into textiles.

Using the device on the frame type for painting tiles, you can easily create graphs: geometric and non geometric, which can be easily assembled, as used to build the finished product, with a rigid fixed form with known geometric distribution of the different yarns.

In this case, there is no need to use the so-called "unidirectional" laying these images.

Because this type of machine usually involves the application of six different dye materials, you can get a finished product containing up to twelve different colors, provided that each toothpaste contains two types of dye.

Using as the source of unbleached tiles with tufting pile of different textures, which creates the basis for a variety of effects, you get all the pictures and colors when using machines of this type that can print very small party, of the order of several square meters.

Using this technology, you can also create effects that do not go to any comparison with conventional print because of staining of each loop is determined by the affinity to dye this yarn. Thus you can get the original effects characteristic of this technology.

Thus, we can assume that in the beginning a hidden picture in the base material, which is then "p is ablaut" with the help of colour pastes.

The invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, which relate to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

figure 5 presents the appearance of a product assembled from tiles, shown in figure 4.

Description of the preferred embodiment of the invention

In accordance with known technology, illustrated in figure 1, the figure can be obtained by using the improved tufting machine. This machine allows you to get different products with tufting pile when using as starting materials yarn 1 of the same color (in the picture shown in black) and the yarn 2 of another color (in the figure indicated in white).

Relative to the height of the loops obtained from yarn 1, loops obtained from yarn 2 are high loops (2A), which form the rice is NOC, or short (2B) loops, which are not visible.

In the manufacture of products presented on figure 2, there is no need to use a tufting machine capable of changing the height of the loops in the process of flashing (although not eliminated),

According to this invention on a standard tufting machine serves the core yarn 1 (marked in grey), having an affinity for acid dyes, and acid yarn 2 (shown in black)having an affinity for basic dyes.

After flashing loops forming the pile, product, preferably a tile can have the figure, for example, in figure 3.

Because each type of yarn has a different affinity for dyes, each yarn is a special way to respond to one or more coloring pastes, which are put by a method of printing, the most suitable for obtaining the desired decorative effects.

Provided that such printing perform a method, called seal with indexing, i.e. taking into account the specific geometric tile pattern, as shown, for example, in figure 4, the tiles can be connected, not paying attention to the stacking direction, as shown in figure 5.

Although here the description of one specific embodiment of the invention, it should be understood that this is only an example illustrating how the proposed technology the technology.

You can use tufting machines, which create loops of varying height, matching or not matching a color pattern, or even arbitrary in relation to a color pattern that is desirable to create, because you can use more than two yarns of different colors. You can also use shades of the same color, and the use of any additional decorative, color, texture, structural or embossed effects, etc.
