The invention relates to a machine tool, in particular for machining, and is intended for machining of complex configuration with pre-heating the treated surface to the desired temperature, preferably on the turret and multi-spindle machines.

The objective of the proposed invention is to improve the machinability of high-strength steels and alloys with additional or preliminary heating of the workpiece or of the site it should be deleted.

The technical result consists in the fact that the induction heating device for surface treatment of the slice containing the inductor 1, the mechanism for attaching and positioning of the inductor 5, the transformer 2 and a generator of high frequency currents 3 capacitor 4, it is further provided with a switch 6, the inductor 1 is equipped with a set of core plates of iron transformer 8 and has a protective casing 7, and the mechanism for attaching and positioning of the inductor 5 is made in the form of the tool holder with the possibility of installation on metal-cutting machine that allows the device to use cutting machines for cutting with preliminary heating of the workpiece, the switch 6 allows to use the device to set the navigation processing, the protective cover 7 prevents from damage inductor 1 during operation. The set of plates of iron transformer 8 increases the effect of magnetic field on the workpiece, which increases the intensity of the heat.

Figure 1 present the Leno device, mounted on a screw-cutting lathe, figure 2 - circuit diagram, figure 3 is a cross section of the inductor.

The induction heating device for surface treatment of the slice containing the inductor 1, the mechanism for attaching and positioning of the inductor 5, the transformer 2 and a generator of high frequency currents 3 capacitor 4, characterized in that it is provided with a switch 6, the inductor 5 is equipped with a set of core plates of iron transformer 8 and has a protective casing 7, and the mechanism for attaching and positioning of the inductor 5 is made in the form of the tool holder with the possibility of installation on metal-cutting machine.

The operation of the device. The inductor 1 is fixed on a support plate of the turret to position the cutting tool. When indexing the turret, with the progressive commissioning of the instruments on one of the lines (or more) installed the inductor 1, which is connected through the corresponding contacts of the switch 6, and the rotating part is heated, maintained the required time and in the subsequent indexing is processed. Thus, the inductor 1 is further provided with a set of core plates of iron transformer 8, situated on the side of the workpiece, which reinforces the impact of magnetic field on the workpiece and increases the intensity of AREVA. Thus, it is effective preheating with minimal losses when processing parts of complex configuration with pre-heating the treated surface to the desired temperature. The protective cover 7 prevents the coil from damage during cutting, and also reduces the energy consumption during heating. This improves machinability by cutting hardened and high-strength steels and alloys preheating of the workpiece or of the site it should be deleted if possible, install a different type of inductor (round, flat, profile) at the corresponding position.

The use of heating based on the reduction of mechanical properties of the processed material, which determines its ability to resist plastic deformation while maintaining the cutting ability of the tool, so cutting with heating requires, above all, the use of carbide tools.

The increase in temperature at the contact surface reduces the specific work of cutting. When processing stainless steel (up to 17% molybdenum), with heat stress in plane shear decreased to 50%, work on the formation of chips when this dropped to 40%.

Due to the heating is achieved a significant increase in resistance of cutting tools 4-5 times while improving the quality of the machined surface the displacement and lower values of cutting forces.

When processing the alloy hardness HB 580 at V=150 m/min heating to 430°With cutter life increased up to 40 times. When turning, die steel increased tool life almost 15-20 times was obtained by cutting with heating to 400-500°C.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method providing an increase of wear-resistance of the metal-cutting tools made out of tool steels by magnetic-pulse treatment with a preheating and an installation for its realization. The invention is dealt with the field of mechanical engineering, in particular with production of metal-cutting tools made out of tool steels by preheating and magnetic-pulse treatment. The technical result is increased wear-resistance of the metal-cutting tools made out of tool steels due to removal of internal stresses, increase of thermal conductivity, ordering of magnetic structure of a material. For achievement of the technical result conduct a preheating of the tools by high-frequency currents (HFC) with consequent action by a pulse of a magnetic field of high magnetic intensity. The method is realized by an installation containing a combined inductor with windings. At that a winding of the inductor, powered by high-frequency currents, is placed inside the winding powered by a magnetic-pulse device.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an installation for rolled metal cooling and is dealt with metal rolling, in particular with cooling of rolled metal. The installation for rolled metal cooling contains a body with an inlet branch-pipe and two rows of outlet branch-pipes displaced from each other by a half step.
